Whitehorses at Morwenstow is ideally situated. Views day and night over St Ives are stunning. Sea colours ranged from grey to blue to even pink one day. Walking through the back gate and down to Porthminster is lovely, a bit steep on the way back. Car park is large. Would love to return.

This was our 5th year in these apartments which is enough of a recommendation in itself. Have already booked for 2024 as these are the only apartments we have been able to find that offer such good facilities for people with mobility issues.

White Horses Morwenstow is an ideally situated apartment with easily accessible and ample parking for even larger cars which is a big plus for StIves. The apartment is modern, bright, clean and constantly updated and refurbished. The welcome pack was lovely and very much appreciated. The views have to be the best with glorious sunrises over Godrevy and amazing sunsets over StIves - breathtaking and beautiful. Access to the town and harbour via a path behind the apartment is a lovely if steep walk. I cannot rate this property highly enough.

Another wonderful New Year break at Morwenstow. Have stayed in both Seaglass and Whitehorses and loved both of them. Incredibly warm and cosy for the Winter with very modern bathrooms and kitchen. Really loved the harbour view from the balcony at Whitehorses which would have been great to watch the New Year fireworks from if you didn't want to go into St Ives with the crowds.

Lovely touches such as milk, bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival helped make it special too and the cleanliness is amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into St Ives and it is a steep hill but there are buses and there are lovely views to admire whilst walking there and back. Will return soon hopefully.

Another lovely stay in the apartment. Always relaxing watching the boats and people paddle boarding. Easy to get out and about and explore as you know there’s parking when you return. Ace Taxis provide a very efficient and reasonably priced fare to and from the centre of St Ives for an evening out. Perfect - can’t wait to return in 2023.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning view over St Ives Bay! We could not have asked for any more from an apartment or location. Extremely clean and had all of the modern amenities we could have hoped for. We will be back!

Fantastic flat, gorgeous views and parking space. Debbie who met us was lovely and showed us round the flat could not of been any more helpful. Bus stop outside the apartments was so helpful, saved the walk back up the hill, 2 stops for £1.60 great value. Definitely recommend.

Whitehorses Morwenstowe surpasses all expectations. The apartment is fitted out to the very highest standards. There is nothing to be wanted that wasn't provided. The housekeeping team are so kind and helpful. The parking outside is great. The views have to be the best in StIves - the sunrises over Godrevy have to be seen to be believed. We have visited many times and have already booked our next stay

Brilliant apartment which made us feel so at home, fantastic views and so handy for walking into St Ives.

Wow! What a fantastic apartment. It absolutely fitted everything we wanted. The view alone was enough - we spent hours each morning and night just listening to the sea and watching the world go by. The apartment is light and spacious and the facility's were amazing. The walk to St Ives is about 1/2 mile and takes maybe 15 mins or so which was perfect for us as we were close enough to enjoy the town and far enough way to have the perfect view. Debbie the housekeeper was fantastic and accommodated our early arrival and let us know we had left behind something important so we could turn back and collect it before getting to far home!! The added addition of valuable car park space was very convenient too. We honestly couldn't have asked for more - it was just perfect for what we had wanted. We will definitely be back.

A very clean and modern apartment with spectacular views.

Third time at Morwenstow and the high standard first experienced is being maintained. Location is excellent a very easy walk down into St Ives, and you can even get a bus back up, so being able to leave a car in your generous and safe car park is a big plus. The views are amazing and cleanliness outstanding. We are back for another week in March 22, and looking forward to it.

Another lovely holiday in this apartment. Easy to spend hours sitting on the balcony looking at the view. Easy walk down the hill into St Ives and if you have a bus pass it’s easy to get back up! ( two stops from bus station )

Brilliant service from Aspects

Whitehorses is a beautiful flat with simply the best view of the harbour and town. Could have sat and watched the view for hours (& on some days we did!) Flat was really quiet, no noise from other flats, traffic or town. Nicely furnished and good quality equipment. Quite a walk back uphill from town, sometimes I felt too lazy and took a bus back -bus stop right outside flat. Direct path to Porthminster beach but again it is quite a climb back, but that is the price to pay for such a spectacular view. I would not hesitate to book Whitehorses.

This apartment was perfect for our holiday. Very high spec, beautiful view, walk to the beach and parking !! Amazing.

Would highly recommend Morwenstow apartments. We stayed in White Horses. Loved the cleanliness and clean look of the apartment and the wonderful balcony with the beautiful views. Kitchen very well kitted out with high end appliances and well stocked cutlery and crockery. Plenty of wardrobe hanging space and very comfortable beds with pristine bedding. Bathrooms very clean and modern with excellent showers. An extremely impressive apartment, will definitely be returning soon.

The most amazing apartment, the view from the balcony was beautiful! Heated floor in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The whole apartment was well equipped! Would defiantly be visiting again and would fully recommend it.

Beautiful apartment & great location! After always staying in the centre we was worried about staying further out however it was great to get away from the busy paths!

The garden area was amazing and we would definitely recommend however it was very stuffy in the evenings as the bedroom didn’t have a window (only double doors - which meant we couldn’t sleep with them open) so Unfortunately this left us with sleepless nights :(

There’s nowhere like St Ives when the sun is shining!

Whitehorses is the most perfect location for a relaxing and romantic holiday in St. Ives. I have been visiting St. Ives for over 30 years (sometimes 5 times a year) and this is the best accommodation with the best views that I have ever stayed in. It is simply perfect. Aspects are a delightful company to deal with and their staff are fantastic.

St Ives is one of the most beautiful places on earth, and the view from our flat was so beautiful we almost didn't ever want to leave. The doors slide fully open and create a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. The kitchen is quite small, but fine for light cooking. It is up on the hill, so prepare to feed your fitbit a lot of steps, steep steps! But it's worth it for the view!

Just perfect in every way!

First time in Cornwall absolutely happy with the service provided by Aspects. The apartment was perfect and very high spec. Location was perfect for quietness and also to explore St Ives harbour walking distance. Would stay again without hesitation. Ranj and Vicky

This is a great property with absolutely fantastic views of St Ives. Property is well appointed with everything you need. A short walk into St Ives with a good selection of Restaurants (would recommend Porthminister Kitchen, The Digey for lunch and the Thai on the front). Parking is a real bonus this close to the centre. This was our second stay and we hope to return soon.

The apartment in St Ives was exactly as described in the brochure. Only had to be there two days before we booked it again for the next year!

The view was the selling point for this property. Lovely to see at the start and end of the day and see the changing scenes. You really are floating about the sea. The lady on arrival who cared for the property was very helpful.

The Morwenstow apartments are in my opinion the best in St Ives and although expensive are well worth it!

Great location and views

First class accommodation. It was exactly as described on the web site. We felt as though we were the first ever occupiers. It was also great that a company representative seemed to be on site most days ... not that we had any problems. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The property even surpassed our expectations. The view ist just overwhelming and we appreciated the quiet area close enough to the sea, beach, harbour and the village to walk there in short time. The housekeeper knows how to make guests feel welcome and provides a very friendly service. The apartment is equipped with modern appliances and contemporary furniture. Everything clean and user-friendly. We would also like to mention the provided parking spaces in front of the building, which were very convenient.

sometimes photos are misleading and make places look better than they really are but here its the complete opposite...

We loved staying at this apartment, very tempted not to publicise our views in case it gets too booked up. The views are stunning and we had some glorious sunsets to watch from the balcony. It is in great condition, a pleasure to stay in and only a 5 minute walk to the lovely Porthminster beach. We dragged ourselves home reluctantly.
