Add to this the apartment's superb position overlooking St Ives, its harbour and the whole of St Ives Bay - the views from this second floor apartment will keep you mesmerised for hours on end.
Two flights of stairs lead down from the apartment to the private, sea-facing gardens with a terrace and direct access to the South West Coast Path. From here, turn left and head down to St Ives' Porthminster Beach, along the level walkway to the town and harbour, or turn right and enjoy a 20 minute amble along a leafy, sheltered footpath to the golden sands of Carbis Bay. At the end of the day, returning to Harbour Heights couldn't leave you feeling smugger. A well-equipped, high-gloss kitchen makes it easy to rustle up a quick and tasty meal, just in time to sit on your balcony or with a glass of what-you-fancy and watch that infamous St Ives light slip away over the horizon.

View from property is spectacular best we've had. Owners of property are very lucky beautiful grounds around too. Bedrooms are great size. We were a family of four adults and had no problem with space. Kitchen has everything you need. We walked to beach and St ives most days steep hills so not good if you have walking difficulties but isn't far to walk and views and beach make up for that. We would defo book again.

We had a fabulous week at Morwenstow 9. The whole apartment was really well designed to maximise space and more importantly the stunning views. To sit out in the balcony and listen to the waves was fabulous. Beds were really comfortable too. The views out to St Ives and Godrevy were lovely. The location is great a 15 minute to St Ives downhill but obviously you have to walk uphill to come back! There is a bus stop directly outside too. A great apartment and great holiday.

Beautiful apartment everything you could hope for . It’s only a 15 min walk to the town/harbour on the coastal path directly accessed from rear of property although there is a very steep climb to negotiate on the way back, we are early 60’s didn’t bother us, we found it was easier to take the main road back. We would definitely recommend, and will no doubt use ‘Aspects ‘ again.

Lovely apartment - views are wonderful and it’s easy to spend hours watching the sea, harbour and the boats. Equipment is all you need and easy to use. The apartment is on the same level as the door from the parking area so very easy access.

This was our second visit to Morwenstow and we enjoyed it every bit as much as the first. The apartment is in an excellent position for St Ives and is comfortable and well equipped, we could not fault it and Debbie, who looks after the apartments is friendly and helpful.
St Ives is a great base for Cornwall with good road links to most places you might want to visit, we go for the coast walking, which is some of the best in the UK. St Ives has any number of good restaurants, whatever your budget.
Unfortunately on this trip we were unable to make use of them as the restrictions for the Covid 19 virus were announced a few days after we arrived so we made good use of the kitchen at the apartment.
We wish all those in Cornwall, as well as the rest of the world, good luck and hope for a speedy and successful outcome to this horrible situation.

If you are happy being away from the the town of St Ives this is a very relaxing place to stay with lovely views. Spacious ,modern and well equipped with parking for one car as a bonus. Easy access to the costal path but a steepish slope and steps to negotiate to gain pedestrian access to the town.
Would certainly go again as we liked it and suitable for two couples.

We were delighted with our stay in Morwenstow 9 and the quality of the accommodation and view from the balcony exceeded our expectations. The fixtures and furnishings were of a very high standard and all the little touches (welcome pack, towels etc) were spot on. The bright, modern feel of the place was the perfect backdrop to our holiday and made it all the more special (and our 6 and 8 year old boys loved it!). We have already recommended it to family and friends!

Fantastic views, easy to walk down to St Ives and look around shops or find a goos cafe. Excellently fitted out luxury apartment, we hope to return to penthouse for the top view, but would still return to Harbour Hieghts any time of year.
