Brilliant place to stay for any sort of holiday

What a views from this apartment! Could just sit on the sofa and watch world pass by!!! Very comfortable apartment, you have everything what you need! Definitely would recommend and will come back.

We had a lovely five days at Rocky Point. The apartment is exactly described and in a brilliant location. The apartment is very spacious and would easily be comfortable for 4 adults .There was just the two of us and our dog.

The views across Towan are stunning.

We have stayed many many times in this area, mainly at The Headland Hotel. Rocky Point is a third of the price of the hotel and comfortably bigger than the hotel cottages.

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Finally, the customer service was superb. The dates we wanted were a bit out of the norm, but the team worked to sort this out. They are so helpful.

Thanks again, and we will no doubt be back soon.

Fantastic location with amazing views. Park up & leave your car, lots of brilliant walks to do. Plenty of places to eat & drink close by. The apartment is like home from home with everything you need. Comfortable & warm with the underfloor heating. Can’t wait to come back!

nice appartment with great view and in a good location some background clunking of heating / ventilation ? TV screens a bit small, not an issue with me no bluetooth speakers etc in appartment, again no issue with me

We are glad you liked it here. We have not heard of this noise before, so we will keep an eye on any further feedback on that and have it investigated if it continues. Thanks for making us aware. TVs and other entertainment in properties can be more important for some people than others, so we always try to be open and honest with what is provided in the website descriptions and photos, and we hope that this was what you had expected. Thanks for your review. Tanya, Customer Services

Perfect location to explore Newquay & the surrounding area by foot, just leave your car in the secure parking. Great to relax on the sofa taking in the view of Newquay bay & beyond. Had everything you need for a lovely stay & in walking distance to lots of lovely pubs & eateries.

Excellent apartment. Location good just outside Newquay town, close to Fistral Beach. Secure parking.

The perfect holiday

After having Spain cancelled twice we booked up Rocky Point and we are so glad we did. The views on the balcony are gorgeous, location 10 mins to Newquay town centre 5 min stroll to fistral beach. There is a wetsuit hire shop next to the car park which came in super handy for us. Cars are secured over night, the apartment itself has loads of added extras we weren’t expecting. Body boards for the kids, a little games cupboard. Plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets etc. Everything is there for you can’t fault it and will definitely be staying again

Lovely accommodation with great views . Everything there that you need for a great holiday . Location is perfect and car parking is super secure . We would definitely return to Rocky point via aspects holidays

Fab location Beautiful apartment

The property was very comfortable and secure with a fantastic view from both bedrooms and the living area. Communications for parking, getting into the property and departure procedures were clear. The property represented very good value for money and I would certainly stay again.

I really can’t fault this apartment. Overall, it’s in a great location with amazing views. Aspects Holidays are a genuine company, easily contactable and lovely to speak to.

Had an amazing stay at Rocky Point - the views were stunning, the location was perfect as walking distance from many great spots and beds were so comfy! Would definitely recommend.

Don't hesitate to book this apartment it is a wonderful place to stay. The location and views are to die for. We loved it and so did our dog Barley he walked his little legs off. Put your car in underground car park and forget about it until you have to go home. We will be looking to stay again.

Excellent location and spacious apartment. Kitchen had everything I could possibly want. A bit of noise from the outside car park but that’s just the location of the site. This is our second time booking with Aspects and it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely book again! Thank you!!

Absolutely loved our stay in rocky point ! Came during COVID-19 and we felt very clean and comfortable During our stay. what a pleasure It was to stay in this lovely apartment with beautiful views over the sea with our coffee The showers were lovely and hot and we used the body boards and bats What a fantastic holiday much needed !! Thank you rocky point and aspect holidays !!

Although we booked for 4 adults, due to the Coronavirus there was in fact only 2, my elderly parents did not travel

Reply from Aspects Holidays

It is such a shame to hear that recent events meant that your parents could not travel with you. We know how much everyone looks forward to their holidays and spending valuable time with their loved ones. It is a tough and uncertain time for everyone at the moment, but we hope that you still managed to have a nice break away despite this. Tanya Customer Services

Booking process was so easy and welcome Information brilliant. Lovely little welcome pack from Aspects to greet us Rocky point is a fabulous apartment overlooking the sea. Although it Is at the back of the apartment block, the setting is stunning and it is very quiet. The apartment is well stocked and very cosy. Plenty of space .A lift directly to car park , which makes packing and unpacking very easy . Location is brilliant , a quiet spot to admire the views, but within easy access to both the beaches, fab restaurants, and shops.
Although it was late September, we were able to sit on the balcony and look out over the sea, perfect. I would highly recommend this apartment

A fantastic apartment, well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Perfect location and our second stay at Rocky Point. The whole family loved it. You could not wish for a better home from home. We will definitely be returning!

Our 2nd time here still a lovely apartment just a few niggles with cleanliness which I cleaned myself. Kids love it here.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are very sorry if there were a few areas of cleaning that were not to the high level that you would have expected, we can only apologise if any areas had been missed. Having now received this feedback, it has been passed on to the housekeeper and we will be closely monitoring this, so thank you for your comments and we are glad to hear how much you love this apartment. We look forward to seeing you back here soon. Tanya, Customer Services

Beautiful location

I don't think you'd want to publish anything I have to say about the apartment

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so sorry that there were a few issues at the property during your stay. We always aim to be completely open and honest, so all reviews received are shown on our site, with very few exceptions. We want to ensure that the service that you receive, and the standards of the properties that we market, are to the high levels that you would expect, so do take all feedback on board. Unfortunately a lot can happen in a property in a short space of time, and we are really sorry that we had not been aware that there was a broken window handle and blinds, and if the rug had not been cleaned thoroughly. We would like to reassure you that, now being aware of these points; these were immediately rectified. Again, we are sorry that these had been missed, and thank you for letting us know. Beautiful apartment could fault it or location In walking distance to several beaches and the town. Can’t wait to come again.

Ideal location with beautiful sea views beyond the car park.
