St Piran's Day, celebrated on March 5th, is the national day of Cornwall, named after one of Cornwall's patron saints. According to legend, St Piran, a 5th century Irish Abbot, was thrown into the sea in Ireland tied to a mill stone; somehow he washed up on the Cornish coast still alive. Atlantic Vista has everything you need for great holiday. Lovely apartment in a great location, close to town and beaches

A bright, modern apartment which is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A very pleasant base for a holiday, with great sea views. The apartment building is very secure and we felt safe. There is a bus stop opposite the apartment, and buses go up and down the coastline. There is a Tesco Express two doors down which is really handy. The customer service from Aspects Holidays was excellent too.

Perfect location, the apartment is amazing! It has everything you need and more and the bed is so comfy. The overall building feels safe and well maintained too. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing holiday, lots of refurbishment work going on at the building, we weren't informed in advance or offered an alternative.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We were so sorry to hear of this, as we genuinely had not known that this was going to happen at this stage, until receiving this feedback after your stay here. The company carrying out the work had informed us that it would start from mid-July, so all guests booked in from 6th July had been contacted and moved to alternative accommodation. Had we been aware that this had started early, we absolutely would have been in contact and moved your booking. We have since spoken to you to personally apologise and we hope that we have been able to reassure you we would absolutely never have knowingly let guests arrive to such works without first contacting them. Tanya, Customer Services
