We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy studio. It is perfect for two people. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a wonderful view overlooking the beach. It is in a super location with a fairly easy 15 minute walk down into the centre of St Ives. The wine and snacks were a lovely treat. Thank you!

Great cottage, well equipped. Ideal for 2 people as a base to explore. Great location, Fantastic views. Parking is a bonus.

The studio is a wonderful property, perfect position to get into town and the view was spectacular. Had everything we needed for a lovely time away. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The view took our breath away. Apartment was small but perfect for us. Very tastefully decorated with quality items. We arrived very late due to train issues so having a key box really helped us. We were also very grateful for the food and wine left for us. The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the area was so quiet it was very relaxing. The walk up the hill is hard and steep but we are fit enough and it gave us a bit of exercise! We loved having a view over the garden and watching the birds coming and going. We especially loved the tree which stood out and attracted loads of birds. We noticed a crows nest in the tree and watched the crow feeding his mate. We just adored the place and would love to return!

A lovely little studio for a couple with a stunning view overlooking Porthmeor and the Island. Always a bonus to have a parking space outside your door. Would definitely stay again.

A second stay in this studio, which though compact is beautifully sited (amazing view across Porthmeor to the island) and extremely well decorated and furnished. Excellent parking provision and very easy access to coastal path and centre of St Ives. I'm sure we will be back!

Great location with beautiful views. A very small kitchen area but was well equipped. We had planned for simple meals. Quiet area but not far from galleries, caffès and shops, and the coast path. The parking area is a real bonus We would stay there again

An excellent, well appointed and airy property, which is in exceptional condition throughout. Also located in an ideal area with excellent views of the bay, benefitting from a good sized parking space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly look to book again for our next visit.
