One of the cornerstones of our fully managed service is the Property Support Team who assist the Property Managers in getting the necessary paperwork and certifications in place prior to letting your property. Once you’re up and running, they will provide ongoing help with tradespeople and routine maintenance from a faulty lock to a broken boiler.
The Managed Services team organise the operational side of things, from sourcing you a housekeeper to overseeing the weekly clean.
Our Accounts Team ensures you are paid on time and, if required, will handle supplier payments. To ensure you never lose track, each transaction appears on your monthly statement and can be seen at any time online through your Owners Account.
Charlotte Trathen and the Bookings Team are on hand to assist guests in planning their holiday. Many are happy to book online, but for some, a conversation about the property or some local knowledge is required prior to placing their reservation. Our Bookings Team make regular trips out of the office to view properties and increase their product knowledge. They often work closely with owners to secure bookings and to help customers get the most from their stay by checking specific details about the property.
We do everything possible to ensure our guests’ holiday experiences are the best they can be, from the first enquiry to the moment the keys are returned after their stay. Tanya Deponeo and her team keep a close eye on everything from nearby building work to guest feedback, and as a result of this hard work, we have a loyal pool of guests who return year after year.
Our Marketing Team ensure all of Aspects Holidays’ communications with guests, owners and the general public are consistent, positive and ‘on-brand’. This involves everything from printed literature to optimising the site for Google as well as email, social media and web design.
