Paul, originally from Southampton, holidayed in St Ives with his family for three weeks every summer. On one of these holidays, he met his now wife, and in 1996 he moved to St Ives to begin his life with her. At first, he ran a local surf shop, before getting a job in an estate agency in town, which launched a lifelong career in property. Paul went on to run a local agency in St Ives, covering the west Cornwall market, for nearly 30 years. 

Paul is very customer service focused and believes that building and maintaining a rapport with clients is paramount. He looks forward to helping both established and new clients maximise the potential of their holiday homes. 

Paul is a longstanding member of the St Ives Lifeboat crew. He volunteers as a Crew Member for the Inshore Lifeboat and as a Crew Member and Navigator for the All Weather Lifeboat. Furthermore, Paul is one of the casualty-care trained crew members, meaning he can give lifesaving care to those in need.  

In his spare time, if he has any left, Paul enjoys long walks with the family and their dog, Monty, along with playing as much golf as he can at West Cornwall Golf Club.  

Paul says, "Having been to St Ives on holiday for 3 weeks every summer, I knew that I wanted to be here. Following meeting Sally, I made the decision to move down to St Ives. I quickly became engrossed in the town and the lifestyle, and now class the town as home. Being able to go for long coastal walks or bumble around in the harbour meeting friends is great. The Lifeboat has become a huge part of our life, and I find it so rewarding helping others and giving something back to this wonderful town that has accepted me. Working in the property market has given me a great understanding of the needs and wants of holiday home and second homeowners. I look forward to helping our owners achieve their holiday property aspirations."
