Simon, born and raised in Cornwall, has over 30 years experience in the property and hospitality industries, with a strong background in estate agency. Simon believes in being hands-on and building strong, face-to-face working relationships with his clients, always striving to give a first-class experience.

Simon is a proud member of East Cornwall Search & Rescue, based in Bodmin and covering the northern half of the county. Simon is specially trained as a Remote Rescue Medical Technician, supporting individuals who are injured in remote areas by helping them reach a road for ambulance transfer or, where necessary, coordinating recovery by helicopter. He is also able to provide essential medical care on scene when required.

When he's not out helping save lives, Simon loves to go on outdoor adventures, whether he's hitting the waves and surfing or kayaking around the coastline.
