We had an amazing stay at this beautifully appointed apartment. The moment we stepped in we were stunned with the view from the large picture windows. Everything provided to make your stay comfortable. So close to Portminster beach ( with cafes, toilets and beach shops) down a steep hill and a 10- 15 minute walk into St Ives. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops to browse . The apartment has a designated parking space provided at the carpark near the beach accessed at the bottom of steep hill! We loved returning to the apartment after the beach to chill on the little balcony or the comfy chair by the open window watching the train come in and out and beach life. Will definitely return to this lovely place to make more memories.

We stayed here for a week, the location is amazing just a short walk down to Porthminster beach and a lovely walk into town.The view out from the living room is stunning!! Literally breathtaking, there is a comfy chair to sit and just admire the view and read your book.

The apartment has the essentials on arrival coffee, tea and biscuits - minus the milk! The kitchen is well stocked up and has a dishwasher. The apartment is very clean and the layout is amazing. The beds are very comfortable and we had great nights sleep there.

While the apartment is lovely the parking is not for the faint hearted, the hill going down to the carpark is very narrow and busy. We parked the car for the week and went places either on foot or the local bus.

I would recommend staying here and we would return again. Thankyou for helping us to making lasting memories with our kids.

Great apartment with an amazing view. Perfect for a couple wanting a stay in St Ives. The location above Porthminster Beach is one of the best in the town. Note there is a steep road up to the apartment from the beach.

Perfect location to admire the view of the harbour and Porthminster beach, comfortable flat and the balcony nice to sit out with a drink.

One of the best places we have stayed for a great sea view - what a pleasure to look out every morning and evening. Beautifully styled apartment with stunning feature windows and stylish, comfy furnishings. We read about the steep walk up the hill but it’s something we quickly got used to!

Seagrass is a beautifully furnished apartment with incredible views over St Ives bay. A gorgeous place to sit and watch the sunrise. The only drawback is that because it's a flat in old building, the noise from other apartments was very obvious while we were staying – especially from the back bedroom. While it's great to have a private parking space, the location – down a very steep and narrow lane, a sharp turn off the main road – wouldn't suit nervous drivers.

Lovely clean apartment overlooking the beautiful bay of St Ives. Parking space which is a bonus but a steep hill to walk up from the parking. However you do get used to it and the apartment makes up for it when your back in. Roughly a 10 minutes walk to the Harbour.

A great flat in an amazing location. Having access to a parking slot, even down the steep hill, was a real plus. It was nice to be out of the noise of the centre whilst being only a short walk along a well marked path away.

I had a brilliant stay in Seagrass in St Ives. The apartment was spacious and light with the most wonderful views over the bay. The apartment was both comfortable and tastefully decorated making it a pleasure to stay there. The location was also good. Only a short walk to Porthminster beach with its beach cafe and restaurant. However a very steep climb on return to the apartment. But with the views its well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Seagrass. The location of this lovely flat perched just above Porthminster Beach is excellent, and the views from the gorgeous stained glass sash windows are unbeatable. One could spend a long while just gazing out at the spectacular view of the beach and the sea beyond.

The flat is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme and well appointed for a comfortable stay. The team at Aspects Holidays were excellent. They were very responsive both before and during our holiday and did everything they could to ensure we had a smooth moving in process and a fulfilling holiday.

Excellent views

Lovely, comfortable well-fitted-out apartment with a fantastic view over St Ives. Only around a 10-15 minute walk to town and a couple of minutes from the beach. The facilities were excellent. Very good value for money.

Seagrass is well equipped, comfortable and clean and the views are stunning from this first floor property. A great base for strolling into St Ives (10-15 minute walk) with its amazing beaches, art studios, shops and the Tate gallery. Stunning walks in both directions, towards Zennor or to Carbis Bay and Lelant. The car parking space is a 5 minute walk down a very steep hill and it's hard work walking back up to the property. A great base for exploring South Cornwall.
