Superbly positioned overlooking Porthminster Beach, this gorgeous first floor apartment with its own parking and stunning sea views is the perfect place to holiday with family and friends. Sleeping up to four, the two bedrooms are both comfortably styled offering a great retreat at the end of a day sun seeking and exploring the delights of St Ives. Light, bright, and welcoming, the sitting and dining area is open plan to the kitchen, with large windows framing the gorgeous views across St Ives Bay toward Godrevy Lighthouse, you can cook, eat and kick back on the sofa with the sea as your backdrop. For cooler evenings the flame effect log burner will keep your toasty throughout the seasons, for cosy nights playing games, or catching up in front of the large Smart TV. The Solid oak flooring flows throughout creating a smooth transition between rooms, with original Victorian features such as stained-glass windows, whilst original local artwork graces the walls through the apartment. Outside the seaward facing balcony spans the front of the apartment and is an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso coffee machine, whilst soaking up the views towards St Ives harbour and breathing in the Cornish sea air.
Offering guests, a fantastic base from which to explore the beaches and attractions of St Ives, a 10-minute amble downhill will lead you onto the quaint cobbled streets and beautiful harbourside, which boasts a wonderful collection of cafes, restaurants, and welcoming pubs, and not to forget the shops, and galleries, where you can while away an hour or two. For beach lovers Porthminster Beach with its prestigious Blue Flag status, award-winning café, is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and relaxation and is literally a stone's throw from Seagrass. If you fancy a day out of St Ives why not head further along the coast knowing you have a designated parking space to return home to, with ease. If arriving by public transport the nearby train station provides excellent transportation links and can be found a 5-minute walk from Seagrass.

Lovely clean apartment overlooking the beautiful bay of St Ives. Parking space which is a bonus but a steep hill to walk up from the parking. However you do get used to it and the apartment makes up for it when your back in. Roughly a 10 minutes walk to the Harbour.

A great flat in an amazing location. Having access to a parking slot, even down the steep hill, was a real plus. It was nice to be out of the noise of the centre whilst being only a short walk along a well marked path away.

I had a brilliant stay in Seagrass in St Ives. The apartment was spacious and light with the most wonderful views over the bay. The apartment was both comfortable and tastefully decorated making it a pleasure to stay there. The location was also good. Only a short walk to Porthminster beach with its beach cafe and restaurant. However a very steep climb on return to the apartment. But with the views its well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Seagrass. The location of this lovely flat perched just above Porthminster Beach is excellent, and the views from the gorgeous stained glass sash windows are unbeatable. One could spend a long while just gazing out at the spectacular view of the beach and the sea beyond.
The flat is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme and well appointed for a comfortable stay. The team at Aspects Holidays were excellent. They were very responsive both before and during our holiday and did everything they could to ensure we had a smooth moving in process and a fulfilling holiday.
I would highly recommend both Seagrass and the team at Aspects Holidays.

Lovely, comfortable well-fitted-out apartment with a fantastic view over St Ives. Only around a 10-15 minute walk to town and a couple of minutes from the beach. The facilities were excellent. Very good value for money.

Seagrass is well equipped, comfortable and clean and the views are stunning from this first floor property. A great base for strolling into St Ives (10-15 minute walk) with its amazing beaches, art studios, shops and the Tate gallery. Stunning walks in both directions, towards Zennor or to Carbis Bay and Lelant. The car parking space is a 5 minute walk down a very steep hill and it's hard work walking back up to the property. A great base for exploring South Cornwall.
