We loved Dunlin so much during our last stay in September that we took every opportunity to stay for another week just 9 weeks later. Says it all really!
The property is perfect. Luxurious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and lovely and warm. It has everything that you will need and more. So lovely to watch the November weather out of that wonderful picture window (we seemingly got all seasons in a week - just fabulous).
My only regret is that the property is already fully booked for the peak 2025 season. We would 100% return out of season again though, our stay was perfect in every way. We were so relaxed. It is our new favourite Aspects property.

Dunlin is a high quality property in a beautiful location. The house is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday during November and even paddled at nearby Porthminster beach on several occasions. Sitting at the dining table or on the settee, or in the bedroom there are amazing views over St Ives Harbour. Walking down into St Ives there are steep and much less steep routes to choose: not a problem for two people in their sixties. We really appreciated the lovely welcome pack. The parking space is generous. We would have no hesitation in staying at Dunlin again.

Many of our holiday cottages in Porthminster boast magnificent sea views and are mere moments from the soft sands and turquoise waters of the beach. Whilst the vibrant heart of St Ives harbourside is just a short walk away. Porthminster is perfectly placed for an unforgettable family holiday by the sea. Read more about holidays in St Ives here.
Indulge in lunch with a view at Porthminster Beach Cafe.

Our stay at Dunlin was perfect in every way possible. It was very difficult to tear ourselves away from that wonderful view every day. Just wow!
The property in itself is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, so modern, and the beds are an absolute dream. On the main road into St Ives, but we heard minimal noise from the road due to the triple glazing installed.
We found it extremely difficult to leave and will return in a heartbeat.

Such a breathtaking place. Beautiful views, scenic walk into the harbour and the house itself was one of the best I've stayed in. Stunning bedrooms, high quality furniture and appliances. Exceptionally clean and the house contains everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend, I hope to stay here again. X
