Top class service from all involved at Aspects. We will be recommending them to family and friends. JF
Mr Forshaw Oct 2021
What a fabulous apartment for four with the comfiest beds and sofas we have ever had in a holiday home. A great place for two couples to share. Kitchen also well equipped. The apartment is decorated to a high standard with some lovely artwork and soft furnishings. The location is great with amazing views over the coastline and a small balcony where you can sit and relax after a day of walking and eating! The walk down to the town is good with a few different routes to follow. It feels harder on the way back up the hill but the steps and steep slopes got easier as the week went on and was very manageable. We loved our stay at Avocet and will definitely return.
Mrs Robinson Sep 2021
I was given a ring to let us know that the apartment was ready a little earlier than planned which was a bonus. The information on how to gain entry to the apartment was excellent. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Pots, pans, utensils, etc in the kitchen, fold up chairs for the beach and folders to give advice and knowledge of the apartment and surrounding area. A balcony and large windows with a partial sea view was great. We often had the patio door open. Yes you have a steep walk back to the apartment but that’s St Ives for you I’m afraid. Not far from Porthminster beach which is beautiful. A good selection of bars and restaurants but we would advise booking some whist restrictions are on as it’s busy and you may get turned away. Definitely would recommend Avocet without a doubt
Mrs Unwin Jul 2021
We had the most amazing stay and 9 Cordyline Croft. Perfect for everything we needed & more. With lots of extra precaution in place for COVID but still making us feel comfortable and safe. Thankyou so much for organising a special cake for my husbands big birthday. We loved it so much we’ve already booked for the same week next year. See you next year
Mrs Ockwell Oct 2020
A beautiful and spacious apartment, with all the equipment you need and more! We enjoyed the sea views whilst eating our breakfast on the balcony. Really nicely decorated and 10/10 for comfort. The walk from the town to the apartment is quite steep but we got used to it after a couple of days. Nice quiet location but only 10 minutes from the town so it’s perfect really! Couldn’t fault it, would definitely stay here again!
Miss Evans Sep 2020
Excellent, secure apartment in a quiet part of St Ives. Very comfortable and equipped to a high level. We very much enjoyed our stay. The walk back to the apartment from the town did however become a real chore. There were 2 routes back from the town. One route involved 110 steps and the other a long steep incline.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you liked Avocet. Sitting above the town, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk in; it does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, but we hope that you agreed that it was worth it for such a lovely property, and for those that are not so keen on the walk, there is a bus service that runs most of the year from the leisure centre, which is a short stroll from the property. Tanya, Customer Services
The apartment was lovely and spacious, with better sea views than we were expecting. It was great to have a balcony and it was in a very quiet location with absolutely no noise at all from neighbours. The apartment was very well laid out, was bright and had a good feel about it.
I have already recommended Aspects Holidays to friends.
Mrs Rintoul Jul 2020
Extremely comfortable, stylishly decorated property. Very convenient location being within walking distance of town, sports centre, restaurants and routes out of town. Sea view.
Mrs Mitchell Feb 2020
9 cordyline croft is a very comfortable and well equipped property in a quieter location in st Ives. Parking useful and we enjoyed the access to the harbour hotel facilities
Mrs Hodkin Sep 2019
An excellent well equipped property with allocated parking. We found it nice & quiet. A good 10-13 minute walk to Porthmeor, (our favoured beach) which was fine. The walk back up steep but good exercise so didn’t mind & knew this before booking. Would recommend.
Mr Beer Aug 2019
Beautiful apartment that is decorated and furnished to a five star standard. Aspects offer a very friendly and helpful service. We would definitely recommend.
Mrs O`Halloran Jul 2019
A lovely high specification of apartment. Great to get the use of nearby hotel spa facility. Lots of lovely resteraunts and cafes near by as well as great beaches. St Ives centre is about a 10 minute walk and very easy on the way down but is quite steep getting back up! Nice quiet area and great area for getting around Cornwall from and returning back to a great base. We all enjoyed!
Mr Cotton Apr 2019
Beautiful apartment with lovely views. The location was fine for us but there are a lot of stairs/hills to climb from St Ives. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you’ll need. So comfortable, we can’t wait to stay again.
Mrs Wright Sep 2018
Great, very well presented and equipped apartment. Felt like home away from home.
Mr Dale Jul 2018
A fabulous very well equipped apartment with sea views to the front and side. A short walk or bus ride will take you into the centre of St Ives and all of the amenities that they have to offer. With freeview television and wifi you can keep in touch with the world or totally relax on the balcony perusing the tourist information and planning what to do with you time. If the weather is not good there are board games and books for you to play and read and if you do venture on a rainy days there are umbrellas in the hall to keep you dry.
Mrs Beniston Sep 2017
