This imposing Georgian, seaside villa commands an elevated position overlooking St Ives town, the harbour and the ocean beyond. With plenty of living areas to relax in, along with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms, larger families or groups of friends will love its sense of space. gas central heating, there is one parking space at the front of the property measuring 16ft by 23ft. and a further 2 spaces at the back of the property. Please ensure care is taken to be courteous of the neighbours' vehicles and not to obstruct their access at both the front and rear of the property, please ensure children are supervised when playing in and around the garden lodge, WiFi, short breaks available.

The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The views were amazing and overlooked the harbour and beyond. The location is great - just a short walk into the town down centre. A great place to stay.
