Lovely big property stunning views very well equipped comfy beds now unfortunately the negatives no key on arrival outside was not very tidy bottles left lying around half eaten food left in children’s Wendy house which also had the handrail and step hanging off hot tub not working properly and then not at all which was rectified by us on google but to be fair a engineer came the next day. Overall the house was great but the outside was way below the standard of the house and with young grandkids we were left very disappointed with the outside

August 2021

Beautiful location with stunning views of the beaches and town. We got fit going up all the steps to and from town! Loved seeing the sea and hearing the gulls from the hot tub. Plenty of room for us all to be together or find our own quiet spaces. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing, huge and beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you will ever need. With a family of 11 staying there we had plenty of space, no one felt on top of each other. The garden is an added bonus especially with the hot tub, it kept the kids and the adults very happy. The views from the house are breathtaking and we had many nights admiring the lights from the town and harbour. It truly was a magical holiday.

Excellent, high spec property in perfect location for staying in and exploring St. Ives area. Maybe not so suitable for those with mobility issues, but certainly a lovely holiday home which is thoroughly recommended.

Superb property, fabulous location with amazing views of beautiful St Ives. Extremely spacious and well equipped home, light, airy and space galore. Perfect for a large group. Can’t wait to go back

15 Sea View Terrace is an amazing property, The house and the views from the windows are lovely. The short walk to the town is a bonus. We have booked with Aspect Holidays previously and once again the property we stayed in was one of the best holidays we have ever had. All my family who came with us had such a lovely time and cant wait to book again.

Amazing family holiday home ! Plenty of space for larger families :) Fantastic views of St ives ! Home from home comfort ! Hot tub was amazing and well maintained, the garden was beautiful, with large outdoor sitting area overlooking St ives and even had a slide and play house for children :) We had a lovely, relaxing holiday and will definitely return ............ actually we just booked again ! ;) Thank you x

Beautiful house with lots of space, great if you want to have a family/friend gathering. Amazing view but must be fairly fit to walk up and down the steps to get to the town it self.

We really loved our stay here, the house was perfect and the garden was a big surprise as the photos do not show just how big and beautiful the garden is. It had everything we needed and was also great to arrive to some basic supplies and the Prosecco went down well too. It has the most stunning views of st Ives and we enjoyed the quick walk into town and to the beaches. It really was the most perfect holiday, we kept saying how lucky we was to stay in such a lovely house, the only problem was getting the kids to leave the beautiful garden. The beds were very comfy and clean and Kitchen was very well equipped with good quality all round and we even enjoyed cooking a few nights. The home is well spread out so no one was stepping on each other’s toes. We had come from a self catering house in the cotsworld which we referred to as faulty towers, aspect holidays could teach them a thing or two about how accommodation should be and credit to the owners for maintaining such a beautiful home. We would defo like to come back to sea view terrace, if we can find space as it seems quite booked up next year. Happy customers, you will not be disappointed booking this home.

15 Seaview Terrace is a great holiday home! It is well-appointed with a lovely view, big garden and has spacious, well equipped accommodation. Very comfortable beds. It is quite close to the town centre and beaches. The car parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property is fine, the 2 spaces at the front are really only suitable for small cars.
