This second floor duplex apartment is filled with natural light and decorated in soft neutral tones with pops of colour throughout. After a day spent wandering St Ives' charming, cobbled streets, the apartment offers the perfect space to return to, with the open plan living area boasting views of the Island and sweeping across to Godrevy and beyond. The fully equipped kitchen and welcoming dining area provide all the comforts of home, while doors lead out to a small, seaward facing balcony, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh sea air. Upstairs, you’ll find the en-suite master bedroom with two double beds, with doors opening onto a courtyard facing balcony that’s a real sun trap ideal for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the sunshine with a good book. Downstairs, the sofa bed offers flexible sleeping for one guest with another shower room on this level. With its central location, you can happily leave the car behind in the secure underground car park and make the most of the beautiful beaches, coastal paths, and vibrant bustling harbourfront right on your doorstep!
St Ives offers a maze of cobbled streets offering a number of independent shops and quality restaurants and cafe bars. The three golden sandy beaches are all within walking distance of the apartment as is the stunning South West Coast Path. After a long day on the beach or walking the coastal footpath, the apartment creates the ideal space to relax and unwind whilst sitting on one of the two balconies.
