A beautiful, comfortable and spacious home.
Two twin rooms (one larger, one smaller), and a spacious en suite double and a further large double. Each room with tv and lovely views either over the garden or towards St Ives with a glimpse of the water. Extremely comfortable beds and quality bedding.
The separate living area with large TV and PS5 was a delight for our son, and the very spacious principle living room with huge tv was lovely to sit in as a family as it was flooded with natural light throughout the day and gave direct access to the pool.
If you have small children please note there is no fence around the pool area, but for older children, teens and adults it was a fabulous space with a lovely seating area and also loungers next to it.
The games garage with pool table, ping pong and a sauna in the detached garage was fantastic.
March is a very special home that offers space, facilities, privacy, and a great location about 15-20 minute walk (downhill!) into St Ives. If you have a dog with you, you can also head right out of the property, next left along the lane towards the school and there’s a lovely wooded walk on the right just up past the school. Perfectly shaded for hot summer days!
One last piece of advice - don’t turn right into the drive when heading uphill from st Ives. If you go slightly past the opening and turn at the cul de sac of newer homes next right and approach the drive from the other direction as it’s an easier access.
