My wife and I with our toddler spent a week at Sea Holly and it was just perfect. The views from both the lounge and master bedroom are stunning. The beds were very comfortable, good shower and bath. Kitchen well equipped. It’s easy to walk into town without having to negotiate the very steep hill down towards Porthmeor Beach should you wish. Parking into the garage was tricky due to also being very steep but so handy.

Lovely location, very quiet.Great sea view from living room and main bedroom.Only 10 minutes walk from centre, with a little convenience store a short walk away.Very lucky with great weather.Aspects Very professional to work with, highly recommended.

A spotlessly clean holiday home in a quiet location with easy access to Porthmeor beach and the town centre. Porthmeor Hill is a killer but we cheated and caught the bus up to Ayr and walked the few 100 yards back to the house. The milk, tea, coffee and sugar were a lovely welcome after a long drive and the views are amazing, we would have been quite happy just sat there all day, looking out of the window! We have already recommended the property to family and friends and will be booking again soon! Thank you!!

Great property, excellent location. Unbeatable views.

Our second time to Sea Holly-the view from the sitting room never fails to amaze. Kept us fit going up and down the hills. Having a garage to park the car is invaluable in St Ives.

Lovely, warm, cosy little house in a great location and with a parking space too!

Highly recommend this stunning apartment with stunning views over porthminster beach and the island. Very well maintained with lovely new kitchen. Kept us fit with the slight incline but buses available who will drop near if needed from the tate. The views are worth it. Also very handy with garage opposite.

We have recently stayed at Sea Holly, and all I can say is it was absolutely amazing, beautiful inside and out and with amazing views! I wish we was still there! Lovely to be greeted with tea, coffee, sugar and milk, lovely cuppa after a long drive! Would 100% stay here again.

Stayed at 1 Carthew Court between 18 & 25th June. Had stunning views out to sea! The welcome items of a pint of milk, bag of sugar and tea & coffee were a nice gesture and much appreciated. The house was very clean & comfortable. It was just a 10 minute walk down to the beach/harbour/shops. The walk back took a little longer, due to it being uphill! Everything you need is supplied I.e crockery, utensils & cookware. There is even a garage to park your car! There are plenty of good bakeries, cafes, bars & restaurants. It is ideally located for visiting other places, with Torquay, Brixham, St Michael's Mount & Lands End all within half an hours drive or less. And to cap it all, the weather was fantastic! We'll be back!

The view from the settee in Sea Holly is amazing and so relaxing to watch the ocean in all weathers. Great to have a garage to put the car in. House was very cosy, perfect for a couple or small family. Kept us fit going up and down the hill to the town!

Lovely place & position, quiet with a fabulous view.

A fabulous property with all you'd need for a stay away from home. Beautifully decorated with amazing views over Porthmeor beach. Well looked after and clean. The garage was a bonus not only for the car but for storing beach gear. The hills to get to the property from town and the beach were a little too much for us to walk (two 65 year olds and an 84 year old) but it's an ideal location if you're young, fit and healthy. We would definitely recommend this property.

Such a wonderful place to stay in. Comfortable, clean, not huge but it felt bigger due to the fresh decor and light. We were so lucky with the weather but it was still a great view even on the one rainy day. Lots of different walks down to the town. The walk over to Clodgy Point one evening was fantastic. Recommend Hayle to get away from the crowds! Hope to return again next year!

Excellent view and a 10 minute walk to a good beach, be aware steep hill on return journey! Park your car in the handy garage and leave it there for the holiday; do not attempt to drive through St Ives unless you enjoy traffic chaos! Recommend excellent Bus or Train service to visit other locations, bus/ train station 15 minute walk avoiding the congested centre of resort.

We have stayed here for a number of years now and can’t fault the accommodation for location, cleanliness or comfort.

This is great place for a base to get out and about within St. Ives. It's close enough and quiet. The place is well equipped with all that you need and has great sea views.

We really enjoyed our week at Sea Holly, a very welcoming and cosy little house, located in a quiet area with lovely views, short walk to the beaches, harbour and town (didn't even mind the hill coming back up!). Could happily have stayed for 2 weeks!

We really enjoyed our stay and we were blessed with good weather. Steady 15 minute walk to town, might be a struggle for some coming back, as very steep hill at end of street. Great small area at the back for bbq’s, which had sun late afternoon.

Just back from a much needed week away. We absolutely loved 1 Carthew Court, just what we needed and very comfortable and accessible for us as a family. Our 5 year old and 2 year old loved the open plan downstairs space, the view was wonderful from the living room and upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering for the family, we were very comfortable and will definitely be booking again. Special thanks to Aspects and the housekeeper as the property was absolutely spotless, and the Aspects team went over and above for us.

Great place to stay with wonderful views.

Excellent home with stunning sea views in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. A garage is provided for parking your car. However, you need to be reasonably fit to the walk to the beach or the town via the steep hills. A lot of our neighbours made use of the local taxi service to get them back up the hill from the town centre. For a good night out, I'd recommend the Sloop Inn, the Lifeboat Inn or The Hub. And for a nice walk, explore "The Island" headland, and watch the surfers at Porthmeor Beach.

very good house to holiday in, well equipped and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Well worth the walk up the hill!

We had a great stay at this well appointed property. House was comfortable bright and airy and had good views.

Location was nice and quiet away from the bustle of the town center.

Well furnished and presented property with brilliant views - if only it was a little nearer the beach and not so far up the hill. We stay here regularly and always enjoy our holidays here - very restful and relaxing view of the sea.

We had a really great week here, with fantastic sea views, easy access to the beaches (with built-in get-fit opportunity to get back up the hill, but there are other routes that are gentler!), town centre and a couple of walking trails. We found the property to be very thoughtfully equipped, with nothing you could think of left out and in pristine condition. The whole experience was thoroughly charming and we were sorry to leave!

Everything was lovely - great location, very comfy beds/sofas and the lighting was really well thought out and created a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.

We had a fantastic holiday beautiful cottage, with a fabulous sea view from the lounge and bedroom , great location also our own garage for car which was a bonus , will definitely be returning

Great location and lovely views. The house was spotless clean and the beds are very comfy.

Great location, very comfortable. Ticked the boxes for all the family (2 Kids and mum and dad). We shall return.

Seaholly is a home from home, cosy, great views, garage space is a bonus and the courtyard is perfect when the sun comes out. Perfectly located to walk into St Ives, in a quiet residential part of the town. Love it.

Lovely house in a great location just a ten minute walk from the town centre.

We loved our holiday at Carthew, very comfortable and lovely view. Beware property is up a very steep hill so you have to be pretty fit. But loved the house and beautiful St Ives.

A lovely house in a great location. We look forward to returning next year.

Great holiday. The view is very relaxing and makes it a great place to chill. Love coming to this cottage and we have been coming for several years now and always enjoy it. Highly recommended, although it is a pity that it isn't further down the hill !

A wonderful place to stay with outstanding decor and amazing sea views !!! The only downfall is the very steep hill to walk up ,especially when it's very busy and parking is a prob in the resort, but if staying out of high season it's fine, a big bonus is car parking with house

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you liked 1 Carthw Court and enjoyed the lovely views from there. Being in such a fantastic location, overlooking Porthmeor Beach and making the most of those views, does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, approx 10 minutes for most, but we hope that you found it worth it. The property is a lovely place to return to, and the walk down into town, via Porthmeor Beach enjoys amazing views all the way into town! Tanya, Customer Services.

Lovely house with wonderful views and the parking is a real plus. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We've loved staying here. We didn't even mind the steep climb back!

An excellent base for a super holiday even without a car (provided you are fairly fit!).

Myself along 3 friends stayed here for 5 nights & we couldn't have been happier with the holiday. The accommodation is excellent, has everything we need & is set in a brilliant location. The personal touches added to the house make it even more enjoyable. Lovely stay overall and will definitely come back!
