Driftwood Heights has breathtaking, far-reaching coastal views and being on St Andrews Street is within easy walking distance of both Porthminster Beach and the harbourfront. The reverse level design maximises the views across the bay and beyond, featuring a large window that frames the horizon. Tastefully furnished and decorated, the property has two bedrooms, with plenty of room for four guests to stay in comfort. The master bedroom has stunning views across the bay and by stepping out through a sash window there is a balcony, which is a lovely place to enjoy a drink while looking out at the fishing boats in the harbour and to Godrevy Lighthouse. For those who love the outdoors, a short stroll from your doorstep leads you to sandy beaches, scenic coastal walks, and an array of local shops and eateries along the narrow cobbled streets.

a parking space at Barnoon Car Park is an optional extra (currently until the end of March 2026), subject to availability, please enquire with the bookings team prior to your arrival, gas central heating, gas central heating, from entrance one flight of steep internal stairs lead up to the bedrooms and then a further flight on up to the sitting room, WiFi, short breaks available.

We had an amazing week at Driftwood Heights, the house was beautiful, clean and had everything we could need for our stay- including a washing machine which is always handy! The view and location was out of this world... I moved the sofa so I could sit right next to the window which was open 24/7 and my husband and son loved the balcony. We would definitely book again.

Internal stairs are a little steep and could prove difficult for those with mobility issues or very young children but it’s easy to see why the accommodation is laid out the way it is to make the most of the fabulous views! Place was very clean and comfortable and a great location too. We had an issue with some unexpected building works on the balcony, but both Aspects and the owner did all that could be expected of them to try and resolve it quickly. We even managed to see some seals through the binoculars helpfully provided! Thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would recommend to anyone who can manage stairs ok.

That view really is something - with the harbour on one side and Godrevy light on the other, it would be so easy to spend your whole stay just looking out the window, especcially when lucky enough to see the seals who sometimes visit the area! We always try to be open and honest with our descriptions and would hope everything was as you had expected, and would always recommend anyone with limited mobility to speak to us before booking, just to be sure they are choosing the best property for their requirements. It was unfortunate about the works on the balcony. Whenever we are aware, we try to give advance warning of anything like this, and we are sorry we were not able to do so in this instance. Great apartment in a good location, convenient for the railway station and the town. The apartment has comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen and the views across the harbour are lovely. There are two steep staircases in the apartment and the balcony is awkward to access (through a sash window in the bedroom).

The location means you can enjoy exploring all St Ives has to offer on foot, or park the car when you arrive and venture further afield making use of the nearby train or bus station. We loved Driftwood Heights. Fab location close to shops and beaches with the most wonderful view. Well equipped and the layout suited our needs we were grandparents with 2 teenagers.

Honestly could not fault this property!. We would 100% rebook here it’s in the perfect location for all shops and beaches, the view was unreal and we used the balcony everyday. The cleanliness and even equipment in the property was spot on and the team were so helpful whenever we needed.

Amazing location second time my wife and I have stayed here. Comfortable beds and all you need for self catering holiday very spacious property and as always very clean. Welcome pack is a very nice touch tea coffee milk biscuits and so on. Aspects are very good to book with but on this occasion we were told on day of arrival that build work had just started next door please be aware of this as it looks like it’s going to be ongoing for sometime. Don’t want to leave negative review but the work could disrupt your stay. Overall yes I would recommend to book with Aspects and stay at this property

This property is in an excellent position situated between the town and the railway car park superb views over the bay all quality furnishings and contents would. definitely book again

The views were wonderful and kitchen very well equipped. Comfy beds and lots of storage, including able to fit cases under the bed for more space was good. Ideal location for the beaches, town and shops.

We stayed in Driftwood Heights over the Christmas week. It is in a great location with lovely views of the harbour. Well equipped and comfy. The only negative is that some of the paint in the kitchen was coming away as a fine white dust which we vacuumed up from the floor, surfaces and crockery.
