Positioned just off the seafront and within throwing distance of the harbour, this first floor apartment, invites guests to settle into holiday mode from the moment they set foot inside. Upon entering, you'll be blown away by the stunning views across St Ives Bay and beyond to Godrevy. The apartment is set over one level throughout, comfortably accommodating four guests, in two bedrooms, both with fresh white linens and soft furnishings, creating a quiet space to retreat to after days spent exploring the coast. The large windows in the open plan kitchen and living area beautifully frame the stunning views over the bay, and here you'll be able to entertain and unwind, whether cooking, eating or simply relaxing together, all while gazing out to sea. Just metres from the front door lies the picture-perfect harbourfront, and the crystal-clear waters of Porthminster Beach, with Fore Street sitting just around the corner too.

electric panel heaters throughout, 10 internal steps lead up to apartment front door from a compact communal entrance, WiFi, short breaks available.
I only wanted 2 things from my break in St Ives: a sea view and a location that was walkable to both the train station and beaches. Blue Water delivered on both and more. The views are truly gorgeous and it was great to hear the sea as well as see it.
The flat is such a lovely place to stay - light-filled, smart, spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom and well-equipped kitchen look to have been upgraded compared with the photos. There was very little street noise and I slept well in the comfortable bed.
Thank you to the Aspects staff for arranging a much-needed last-minute break. The booking process was so quick and straightforward. Thanks as well to the local staff for being so kind and understanding when I had key safe confusion (totally my fault - the instructions were perfectly clear). I've used Aspects before and they really are outstanding.

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, tucked away yet only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and the heart of St Ives town. We travelled from London and left the car at home. Blue water is perfectly located between railway station and harbour. The view from window was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Don’t forget to take your binoculars: we were lucky enough to have HMS Prince of Wales drop anchor but there were always smaller boats to-ing and fro-ing

Amazing location and views from the window. Close to everything. Railway station, wharf area, beaches, bus station
We had one rainy morning. It was so much fun to just sit and see sea change colors, while we enjoyed coffee.
It is a new property with no reviews. We talked to Aspect and they assured that this is a great property.
