Eia Cottage is a delightful place to stay in a quiet spot but close to the beaches, harbour and restaurants. Everything was spotless and well appointed. The view from the deck is amazing and it was lovely to dine outside.

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, yet centrally located and within easy walking distance to the bus and train station. The train station offers pay and display parking which many people holidaying in St Ives opt to use. You are also only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre.
The Warren is a conservation area and is one of the oldest streets in St Ives so has a lot of character.
Located at the end of the street you will find Lambeth Walk and at low tide you can walk your four legged friend all year round on the beach right down to the end of Smeaton's Pier.
You will also find Blas Burgerworks, which has become legendry in its own right, with locals and visitor alike. They have a green ethos, it's not your average burger joint - absolutely delicious!

Property is in a great location and has really comfy beds! As a party of 3 adults and 2 children we had loads of room to relax. Aspects were good to deal with during our stay too.

Mr Proctor Aug 2020
What a fantastic location. The deck upstairs had a great view of the sea and the house was furnished with care. Really loved it. A short stroll into st ives town and it’s all there. Sleeps 6 even though you’d think it was a small cottage, comfortably.
Mrs Bentley Jul 2020
Adorably cute little property in an ideal location, so quick to nip into the main areas! Loved how they've managed to do the balcony, and it was great to just sit and watch the tide movements in the harbour! Really liked the fact it has a private car parking space, even if it is a bit of a walk! Seems a good compromise for such a good location. Very reasonably priced aswell for 4 adults, would stay again!
