St Ives Town

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.

So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

Excellent holiday accommodation. A lovely upstairs living area with fantastic views.

A wonderful property with everything you need and lovely views from most windows and outdoor space.

An oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town!

We have just returned from a week's stay at The Studio - it was a joy from start to finish.

The views over the town and out to sea are simply stunning! We could have sat on the balcony all day.

It is a superbly equipped property with everything we needed and then some. We have been to St Ives regularly over the years and can safely say The Studio is the pick of the properties we have stayed in by a mile!

The location is fantastic, being only a few minutes walk from Porthmeor Beach and the town itself. The access is quite narrow in parts, but this is St Ives and pretty much the norm! We loved it.

Fantastic location and beautiful view. Apartment is in excellent condition and loved the outdoor space. Just a couple of suggestions to improve the stay … Property could benefit from a barbecue and also a curtain in the main living area. We where fortunate enough to have amazing weather and the living room/kitchen area was uncomfortably hot, feel a curtain to keep this area cool would help. Not detracting from this we had a wonderful week in the Studio.

Thank you for your really helpful feedback and we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at The Studio. The owners have tried to keep the property as light and bright as possible, with the decision to leave the living room without curtains to really make the most of the light and the views. We appreciate that this can warm the property up more when you are lucky enough to be here when it is so hot and sunny, so it may be something that the owners consider in the future. Your suggestion has been passed on to the owners as well as the suggestion of a BBQ. Thank you for your helpful comments and we hope to see you back again. Tanya, Customer Services

We loved our week at the Studio, a beautiful, stylish, spacious apartment with fabulous views from all rooms, the Sunny balcony and mediteranean style garden made it lovely to sit outside too. Great location for St Ives at the top of one of the prettiest streets!

We had a fantastic week at the Studio. Its situation is just perfect, so close to everything yet tucked away allowing privacy, peace and calm. The Studio is modern, clean and fresh with fantastic views. Would highly recommend.

The Studio is just stunning the views are amazing and everything is provided. Bring some binoculars you will need them. Beautiful towels and bedding. Parking not so good but it keeps you fit!!

We are glad you liked this lovely property and those beautiful views from there. Unfortunately, a lot of the traditional fishing villages were not built with today's traffic in mind and so the roads can be quite narrow, and parking is very limited in the town. The owners have managed to secure a parking space at the rugby club, and so although this is a bit of a walk from the property, we hope that you enjoyed the convenience of having a guaranteed space, rather than searching around for a space to become available in one of the local car parks. Thanks for your comments and we hope to see you back in Cornwall again. Tanya, Customer Services
