I think saying we are returners to The Puffin says a lot. Accommodation very comfortable. The car parking space outside definitely a bonus.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Having a parking space is a definite bonus and there is length of space for 4 adults for a week. Would book to stay here again.

Puffin is a reasonably priced town house for 6 people, though one bedroom has bunk beds. There are a lot of stairs but I believe this is noted in Aspects advert. It’s well furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds. Adequate kitchen/diner with separate laundry area with additional toilet. Would certainly consider staying there again. Aspect Holidays are very easy to book with and staff are excellent.

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beautiful centre of St Ives. The designated parking space makes it easy and convenient to leave and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spacious and decorated/furnished to a very high standard. It was spotlessly clean with lovely welcoming gifts left for us. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

Another lovely stay at the Puffin. Lots of space and light and very well equipped, clean and comfortable. A short walk from town but perfectly located for all the beaches and close to cinema and co-op etc. The parking space is really helpful too as parking is very difficult in St Ives. Aspects have always looked after us well and on this occasion we had to call them out to fix a broken front door mechanism which left us locked out of the house at 11pm. They couldn't have responded more quickly or courteously despite the hour and had us in the property and secure within an hour. The door was repaired promptly the next day, despite being a Saturday. Would really recommend Aspects as a company, we have holidayed with them on many occasions and they always communicate well and respond promptly to any queries. All the properties have been lovely and very clean too.

The Puffin is a comfortable, spacious home from home. Parking opposite the door a real bonus. The walking location to town was also valued. It was lovely we were able to accommodate and share times with our sons when they visited over the weekends.

Fabulous week as a family in st . Ives. Beautiful house in a great location close to town and an easy walk to all the beaches. The Puffin was a real home from home and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need.

The Puffin is a lovely modern, well equipped property with lounge, kitchen-diner, master bedroom with en-suite, family bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (one with bunk beds). Quiet property set back from the main road in a courtyard and with easy parking. Easy access to the town, bus routes and local shops.

Very good, straightforward booking procedure, staff always keen to help and advise.

This was the most comfortable and well equipped Aspects property we have stayed in so far. The thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, wine, ice in the freezer, detergent - even Halloween decorations for the children - were so helpful and welcoming and added to our very relaxing holiday. Great location for everything in St Ives but still very quiet at night. Will definitely be back.

The Puffin was perfect for us. 5-10 minute walk into town. Lots of storage space and the added bonus of a parking space which while for some bigger cars could be tight it was fine for our ford focus. We'll equipped and the bed was so comfortable. It's also very quiet at night which was great. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Aspects are great company too.

The Puffin was simply fabulous. Very well equipped and just superb for our family of 5. I had read reviews about the parking space being challenging, but we have a Peugeot 5008 and it was absolutely fine.

The location is wonderful, a short walk to everything St Ives has to offer, yet very quiet of an evening.

We stayed at The Puffin for a week having a parking spot was one of the main attractions for us , having previously stayed in St. Ives we knew what the parking was like and how hard it is to get a parking spot, the location was also key, which The Puffin ticked both boxes. Short walk to beaches and the habour. The house itself was immaculate inside and a really good size for our family of 5 . Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you

We loved the Puffin, perfect for our family of 5, really well arranged and appointed accommodation, completely faultless, already planning to rebook Easter 2022, the perfect way to celebrate the end of lockdown 2021.

Just returned from a short break at the Puffin and love the place! The location is perfect and just a 8 minute walk down the hill to the harbour. The Puffin itself is fantastic, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. If like us you tend to take everything including the kitchen sink with you, don't bother! The place has every appliance and utensil you could think of, including a kitchen sink! A new modern smart TV helps to relax in the evening and very good Wifi, even with 3 boys on multiple streaming devices :)

The parking space provided is very tight, especially if everyone has large MPV's, as they did when we were there. Our strategy was to pull up to the front door and get everything and everyone out first. Then go into the space as tight as you can to the left hand wall. It's tight, but just about achievable!

Overall we loved the place and would highly recommend it for a break in St Ives.

The car parking space is a little tight for a big car however we were still very grateful as parking can be very difficult in the area.

We have just returned from a week stay at the puffin. What can I say, beautiful accommodation with everything you need and more. Excellent location , only a 2 minute walk into St Ives. We will definitely be returning.
