The flat was lovely and clean upon our arrival, exactly as described and actually quite spacious for a getaway for two! It's in an ideal location, far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the harbour so that we weren't bothered in our sleep but close enough that both porthmeor and porthminster can be reached on foot. Overall we have had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Remember to bring your own travel kit such as shampoo and toothpaste

A lovely week away in Cornwall in November

Comfortable, well-equipped flat, a ten minute walk from the harbour, and a very quiet refuge from the crowds. Comprehensive instructions provided for all the equipment, plenty of storage space and a good shower. The bed is comfortable but definitely firm! Those without a car might find the walk back up the hill from the sea front slightly challenging. We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes.

Raised a few issues with Aspects, which will hopefully be followed up for future guests.

Lovely 2nd floor apartment about 10 minutes walk from the Quay. Apartment is quiet as set back from the road. It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a week in St Ives. Would have been handy to have been provided with washing up liquid in the kitchen instead of hand wash.

Sandy Toes is a comfortable and well equipped flat within easy walking distance of the sea and centre of St. Ives. An ideal place to stay for a couple.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Sandy Toes this September. The apartment had everything we needed for the week, such as a great kitchen as we wanted to cook and a very comfortable bed. It was clean and lived up to our high expectations given brilliant previous stays with Aspects. The location was slightly far out, not a problem for us as we enjoyed the walk into town but less ideal for people who want to be in the centre of things. But for us it was a wonderful holiday and the perfect place to stay for a couple.

Sandy Toes was perfect for us. Would be only for able people as there are 3 flights of stairs. Accommodation was very comfortable and nice view across St lves. Sadly it rained 4 out of 5 days.but that's English weather just a shame it spoilt it

Sandy toes is a cosy comfortable apartment located perfectly in st ives, only a 10 minute walk into the town/wharf. Nice balcony view of the sea! Only downside is no parking space but there are places around to rent out a driveway.

I enjoyed Sandy Toes as a personal getaway for my first visit to Cornwall and St. Ives. It was quiet (well, except for the seagulls!), and the view over the rooftops to the sea from the balcony is wonderful. I appreciated being able to cook simple meals, and having a washing machine was a nice plus. Thank you Aspects Holidays, for making this American feel so at home!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Sandy Toes apartment, for our wedding anniversary. Lovely apartment and a great location. Definitely will be returning in the future.

We recently stayed at Sandy Toes apartment in the Stennack area of St.Ives that we thought would be a quieter area away from the noise/music from pubs and bars etc, unfortunately this was not the case as we had squarking seagulls nearly all day and throughout the night. The apartment itself is very nice,clean and comfortable but if you want a good nights sleep this is not for you. It is approximately a five minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants which is good and close enough to walk to all the beaches and harbour. There are two co-ops close by so handy for getting a few essential bits of shopping.

Fantastic stay, weather was great all week, so we were really lucky. Great location, highly recomend staying here

Very good location, only 5/10 minutes walk into the town and to the beaches. Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that I wasn’t so happy with, was how dirty the communal stairway was up to the apartment.

Sandy Toes is a lovely well presented apartment. Short walk to the town but slight hill up to the apartment. The apartmwnt has a balacony that over looks the sea, there was more of a sea view then we expected. Apartment is set back off the road which means it was lovely and quiet. It was very easy to book on the aspects holidays website and they kept us updated throughout the run up and during our stay. We had a lovely 5 night mini break and i cannot find anything at all wrong with the apartment or the service provided by Aspects Holidays. Very happy customer and would highly recommend to anyone.

Sandy Toes is a lovely clean and comfortable apartment . All essentials thoughtfully provided including hair dryer and iron /ironing board . The apartment is in a great location near to the centre of beautiful St Ives and would recommend the accommodation for a lovely holiday . Aspects holidays were a very friendly and helpful company to deal with .

It was a new build - just outside town with a short walk in for some gentle exercise Living area great with TV/DVD/CD - we took our own CDs - even has a balcony with glimpse of the sea Kitchen also good - host provided Tea/Coffee/Milk and Ice which was very useful/thoughtful Bedroom again faultless as was the bathroom with power shower Reasonably priced without things we didn't need - just right for us

Stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. The car park is just a 5 min walk away. Super clean, comfy bed, great bath/shower and excellent kitchen and living room facilities. The staff in the offices were extremely polite and helpful. This was our first time in Cornwall, and St Ives is truly stunning. We will certainly be returning and without a doubt will be booking our accommodation with Aspects Holiday!

This apartment is only a very short walk from the town centre but equally out of the usual hustle and bustle. It is very clean and well decorated with plenty of kitchen equipment for your meals. I woudl definitely recommend it for a stay at St Ives. Aspect holidays are also excellent to deal with and very helpful.
