St Ives Town

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.

So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

Really enjoyed our stay at Pump Cottage. Great, central location. Cosy, warm, spotless accommodation. Wish we were still there.

Pump cottage exceeded our expectations being so centrally located with only 2 mins walk to shops and 5 mins from a choice of beaches.

The cottage facilities were excellent and the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived.

Amazing cottage in the middle off everything you need loved everything about pump cottage and had amazing weather to just a beautiful place with lots going on

Cosy cottage not to far from beaches would book it again

Ideal property for easy access to both town and beach. Clean and homely with all the facilities you would need. Would highly recommend.

Just spent a lovely week in St Ives, Cornwall staying at Pump Cottage. The cottage was lovely, warm and homely and had everything you could wish for. On the first morning however, the boiler packed up leaving us with no hot water. I rang Aspects holidays, who sent a very nice plumber round to fix it, we did not have to wait too long. On Friday night there was some noise from the pub round the corner, but the rest of the week it was quiet. Pump Cottage is in easy reach of every where in St Ives.Do try the Scoff Troff cafe for dinner and the Cornish Deli for breakfast- you will not be disappointed! The only thing wrong with this lovely cottage was we had to leave it.

Thanks for your lovely comments and apologies for the issue you experienced with the boiler - we're glad we were able to fix it for you promptly. I'm pleased to say that the owner has since installed a brand new boiler so all is running smoothly again. We hope to see you again soon! Doug, Marketing Manager.

The cottage was as beautiful as I imagined and more, it has everything you need from dvds to kitchen utensils. It's located in a perfect spot in st Ives where its a few minutes walk to everything you need. We cannot wait to come back next year and would definitely stay in the same cottage

Lovely cottage with nice little courtyard garden. Ideally situated for town. Bear in mind that you may end up parking some distance from the property and up fairly steep hills.

Thank you for your lovely feedback! With the origin of St Ives being an old fishing town, there are many traditional cottages that do not have the facility of a parking space. Though there is no parking directly at the property, we hope that the other benefits and character that Pump Cottage offers made the walk well worth it. If ever you are looking at returning to Pump Cottage, our Sales Team would be happy to advise you on other car parks in St Ives. Lucy, Customer Services

Beautiful home and well equipped. Great location, minutes from beaches, harbour and shops. We want to live here! . . . And would definitely stay again :-)

Park Avenue is the closest car can (briefly) pull up outside cottage to unload luggage The "Hobbit Hole" doorway to the outside area might present problems to anyone with mobility or infirmity issues....or to elderly

Excellent warm cosy cottage, well equipped and in a great location. Beautiful original features - thoroughly recommended

Fab cottage, central location, décor excellent, homely and very well equipped.
