Number One is a beautiful, ground floor property situated in the heart of St Ives Town, with the added bonus of parking right on the doorstep. As soon as you walk into this delightful home you can sense the quality and care that has been invested in ensuring the most comfortable of stays. Here you will enjoy the peace of being slightly away from the action of Fore Street, yet within a very short walk, when you want to take advantage of the vibe of the numerous shops and eateries on offer. Porthminster, Harbour and Porthmeor beaches are all easily accessible on foot or, with the benefit of guaranteed parking, exploring the beautiful West Cornwall coastline is definitely highly recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: There are extension construction works taking place at St Ives Theatre to build a new café. The external works are due to take place from the 15th April up until 8th July 2024, with internal activities taking place after that are not expected to be heard from outside of St Ives Theatre. Enjoyed a wonderful week at number one. Had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this property. Location is great for a holiday in st.ives and is only 5 minutes walk from the harbour. The parking space was a real bonus although would be no good if you own a large car. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again!

Having a parking space in St Ives would be enough to make this a worthwhile spot to book, but you have a lovely, cost little cottage too. Perfectly placed for Fore St and the Harbour and just a short walk from Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches too. This was our second stay here and we like it so much we had booked again before our holiday was up.

A lovely little property and perfectly positioned so close to the harbour and shops, whilst being in a relatively quiet location. The benefit of parking is a great bonus too. Very clean and well furnished inside. The only downside, as others have mentioned, is that there can be a lot of noise coming through from the property upstairs. Just the nature of a ground floor property and wasn't a major problem but something to be aware of. We loved our stay here.

Lovely comfortable cottage in good location for town centre. Perfect for a couple. Well equipped except for toilet rolls. Would recommend you bring your own as only one single ply roll provided.

This is a perfect property for two people. Within easy reach of all the facilities on offer. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Number One. It's in the perfect spot to explore St Ives, easy to access by car and although its close to all the local amenities (just 140 steps to the supermarket where we bought fresh croissants for breakfast!) it's in a very quiet location.

We had such an amazing holiday. The cottage is perfectly located, with a 10 minute walk to the Harbour. The cottage has parking at the front which is a definite must, and everything you need in the cottage for 2 people. It's small and cosy, with all amenities needed. I would definitely recommend booking.

Wonderful stay at number one. Location and parking was excellent as we spent more time in St Ives but found it easy to access when going out and about. Great for a couple exactly as in the photos. Another great find with Aspect holidays.

Whilst apartments can come with a risk of hearing some noise from adjoining properties, this doesn't seem to be a regular occurrence and seems to vary with different guests in the apartment upstairs each week. A wonderful little ground floor apartment perfectly located for all the restaurants and beaches. We'll turned out and cosy... We will definitely book again.

Excellent property, very clean and bright. The location couldn't be better just behind the bus stop to the main carpark in the town. Around a 3mins walk to the harbour. The car park space is also a huge plus, on a road that is very easy to access unlike other properties in the main part of the town. We will be booking next year.

I would recommend this property as it met all our needs. It wasn't to far to walk to the seafront. The shops and eating places were quite near.

Great spot for New Years celebrations as quiet but close to everything with the added massive bonus of a parking place right outside. Accommodation on one floor and up just 2 steps from outside so very accessible.

Parking is vital in St Ives. Parking worked well but it was 2 Ford Focuses that were parked in the gap for No 1 and the upstairs flat. If one or both had been large cars it would have been a struggle

This property is in a good position not too far from the town centre. Very comfortable and quiet. Parking was great good size space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to St Ives and our stay at ‘Number one’. The accommodation is very comfortable, well thought out, has everything you need and is well maintained. It’s position in relation to the harbour, town (approx 5 mins) and beaches was excellent and very convenient. Lovely cottage/flat in a brilliant location. Just a short walk to all the amenities, harbour and beaches, etc. Parking space right outside for a small/medium car is a great bonus in the middle of wonderful St Ives. Everything you could possibly need and more inside the flat and spotlessly clean. Great shower, comfy bed and brilliant kitchen for cooking up a feast! Due to Covid the owners couldn't decorate for Christmas this year but we took our own. Lovely sweet treats and wine left by the owners, that were much appreciated (thank you). Quiet back street in St Ives so slept like babies. We've spent Christmas in St Ives for the last 10 years, staying in different places, but this is by far the best (certainly for location). Christmas 2020 was very different but still very enjoyable thanks to Aspects and St Ives! We loved it so much we've booked the upstairs flat for Christmas 2021 already (variety is the spice of life!!!) and have recommended Number One to friends and family who might even join us?!

This property was exactly as advertised, super cosy & cute. Perfect for a couples get away. The parking outside is a dream & location is perfect. The peace & quiet was amazing, the exact perfect location to not be woken up by seagulls at silly o'clock, & barely anyone walking by the windows, yet only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Aspects covered every little detail I worry about, such as iron, hairdryer & cafetiere. The luxury of a dishwasher was a lovely surprise (it's the little things) can't wait to come back :)

The location of Number One is spot on - it’s down the road from the Harbour, bars and restaurants & only a short stroll to the beach. The only thing that let the property down was the cleanliness & the unfortunate noise from upstairs, due to the lack of sound proofing.

Excellent clean property in a great location. Very well maintained.

Lovely, well equiped and well presented apartment close to town with the rare bonus of a parking space right outside the door easily big enough for a Range Rover. Would not hesitate to book again.
