Good Holiday Good location and a bonus with car parking.
Mrs Wilkinson Sep 2024
Great location accommodation in the town centre, with a parking space. Clean and comfortable. Ideal for 3, or 4 if using the sofa bed. Have used property several times due to location and parking and being within a reasonable budget.Would recommend , ideal for a family.
Mr Thomas Aug 2024
Great apartment with lovely sea views and close to everything
Mrs Price Jun 2024
Second time staying at this property and already booked for next year. Everything you need for a stay in St Ives, parking space a big factor even if you don’t need it during your stay, everywhere walking distance unless you want to explore other parts of Cornwall. Always been quiet while we have stayed ( other than the seagulls??)
Mr Shelley Jun 2024
Location good, with easy walk into St Ives. Good choice of takeaway and restaurants in 100 metres. Having parking is a big plus especially in St Ives. Plenty of places to visit within a 30 min drive. Would recommend staying at No.1 Fascination Court.
Mr Brown May 2024
Second time we have stayed here. Great location with parking. Peaceful. Nicely fitted out with a balcony as well!!
Would not hesitate to stay again.
M Simpson Oct 2023
This was our 3rd time at this property, already booked for next year. Lovely having a seaview and a parking space is a bonus.
Mrs Wilkinson Sep 2023
We (family of 4) stayed for a week and loved the location, the outdoor balcony, the high ceilings of the flat and the space was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The outdoor bit for wetsuits was really useful, and the parking space was a great bonus. Our family thought it had a great homely feel. We didn’t feel it was noisy at all. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Mr Wilde Jul 2023
1 Fascination Court is a well placed and well equipped apartment with the added bonus of a parking space on the doorstep. We found it very comfortable.
Mrs Ledgers Jun 2023
Great location with parking space (maybe a problem for larger cars but this is Cornwall so you should expect small roads/ spaces) very comfortable and has everything for a holiday
Mr Shelley Jun 2023
1 Fascination Court is really well located with easy access to all that St Ives has to offer. It is well equipped and comfortable. Having a parking space is a real bonus. A view across the bay and rooftops from the sitting room and verandah add to its charm.
Mrs Lydka-Wells May 2023
Stayed before. So close to everything. Small balcony a bonus to sit and have a glass of wine after a day on one of the lovely beaches.
Mrs Wilkinson Sep 2022
A comfortable and homely property with a lovely seaview from the living room. The parking spot is very tight but to be expected as space is at a premium in St Ives. It is literally a 5 minute walk into the centre of town to access shops and places to eat. The bathroom is very small but functional and would benefit from some updated plumbing. There are two flights of narrow stairs to access the accommodation. Velux windows give the property an airy feel and the decor is pleasant throughout with plenty of storage space. We found the youth hostel opposite quite noisy on occasion.
Miss Roche Jul 2022
Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk into St Ives. Flat was very clean and and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a big plus, good views over St Ives. Parking was tight but better than some we have stayed at in the town.
Mrs Davies Jun 2022
Last minute booking (booked Friday 3rd June and arrived Saturday 4th June) and aspects were spot on as always accommodation was as stated online with all you need for a self catering holiday less than a 5 minute walk from shops and beeches we would return to this property again loved it The welcome bag is just what’s needed after a long journey milk tea coffee scones cream jam and gin great idea Laura Thanks for a great stay
Mr Deeley-Brewer Jun 2022
Apartment 1 at Fascination court was lovely and had character, everything you could need was provided. There is a little balcony with a distant sea view, idea to sit with a nice glass of wine. The parking space is a brilliant bonus and we didn't use our car all week as everything was in walking distance. The only downside was a couple of incidents in the street which resulted in noise late in the evening.

We are sorry to hear that. Being just off the main routes for traffic and footfall in a very popular coastal town, with pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries, a theatre, and cinema all within a very short, convenient walk from the property, there can always be a bit of a risk of some noise every now and again. Generally, it is a pretty peaceful location for such a busy town though and we are very happy to hear how much you liked it there. Tanya, Customer Services
Great apartment with private parking, a definite bonus. Comfortable, homely and very close to all amenities. Would certainly recommend if youre going to holiday in St Ives.
Mrs Crombie Oct 2021
We had a fab stay here. The location in proximity to the town was perfect and the bed extremely comfortable. The outside space was such a lovely bonus and the views across the bay were really special. Check in and out as always was seamless and the property was well equipped. If you’re not good with steps this wouldn’t be suitable as it’s a top floor flat. Also, if you’re a light sleeper or like an early night, there is a little noise disturbance from a youth hostel opposite and the local pub (although only at the weekends). We had another amazing holiday with Aspects, thank you!
Miss Fuller Sep 2021
We had a very pleasant stay at no.1 Fascination Court this Summer. The property is a good, comfortable size for 3 people and manageable for 4 adults if necessary with the use of the sofa bed in the sitting room. The property is clean and well kitted out. A hair-dryer in the main bedroom was handy to have. Location wise the property is perfect with the added bonus of a car park space, ideally for a medium sized car, but we managed with our larger car and two others parked in a row. There wasn't too much noise at night despite it being peak season, actually it was the seagulls that made the most noise early morning. I would be happy to recommend this property and Aspects as a company for a comfortable stay in St.Ives.
Mr Thomas Aug 2021
We had a most wonderful stay and would definitely return to this property. Location is perfect, balcony ideal for drying washing / wet beach towels. The parking space is a decent size and I easily fit my SUV on it.
The holiday party was my son and I, he loved it as much as I did. The view of the rooftops and the sea is just gorgeous.
A perfect base for exploring St Ives.
Miss Fairlie Jul 2021
Uncomfortable beds but other than that 10/10 would return if beds/mattress changed

We are so sorry for what you experienced on this occasion. Unfortunately, the previous guests smoked in the property, despite the strict no smoking policy in all the properties that we market. Despite every attempt possible to try and clear the smell with airing, returning with odour bombs, replacing all bedding and so on during your stay, we know from speaking to your during your holiday, it just would not clear quickly enough. Whilst there was absolutely nothing that we could have done differently, with something completely out of our control like this, we really do understand your disappointment and are so sorry that it affected your stay and that you would not recommend this property as a result. It would not usually smell like that and with the owner being in after you, it provided more time to ensure that it was smell free for future bookings. We hope that you still enjoyed St Ives and that it hasn't put you off returning to this lovely part of the country. Tanya, Customer Services
Lovely flat on a quiet street, very conveniently located in the centre of St Ives. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living spaces are tastefully decorated. There is a lovely balcony overlooking rooftops towards Godrevy Point: a great spot to watch the nesting gulls and the changing weather. The flat was ideal for us to use as a base for walking sections of the South West Coast Path. Off street parking is a bonus but be prepared for the narrow streets! We would definitely stay here again if we were to head back to St Ives.
Mrs Burgess Jun 2021
Lovely accommodation, in a prime location of St Ives. The flat was fully equipped and somewhat clean. Love how there was board games available so on a rainy day or an evening you can have a good laugh whilst playing one of the many games available. Has a lovely balcony to see the sea and they also have a store cupboard outside for buckets spades etc. Would recommend and would revisit.
Miss Bates May 2021
Very nice place to stay with added bonus of car parking. would love to stay again.
Mrs Wilkinson Apr 2021
A lovely apartment which had every home comfort and look forward to visiting again very soon.
Mrs McConville Nov 2020
A lovely little flat near to the action in St Ives but removed enough for quiet evenings. The parking space is very useful for getting out and about when you want to see a little more of Cornwall.
Mr Umfreville Oct 2020
We loved the property. It was a perfect little place for three people for the week and the parking was an added bonus. Unfortunately the noise from the hostel was a real problem for us and disturbed us most nights.
Miss Preece Aug 2020
We loved our holiday at number 1 Fascination Court and the central location was ideal to get to all the best bits of St Ives.
Ms Downs Jul 2020
We had a lovely stay at 1 Fascination Court with our Grandson who is 8.
The property was ideally located for shops and the beaches.
Mrs Davis Feb 2020
A lovely property very well equipped and maintained. It is in a central location but away from the busiest part of town. Has a very useful parking space at the property and even a small balcony ideal for summer meals.
Mrs Hubbard Feb 2020
We love this property and hope to return again next year. We have had a delightful two weeks. It is our fifth time in as many years.

Mrs Hubbard Jan 2018
Love this place! This was our third visit and we have already booked for another. Great location but not right amongst the noise and busyness.
Mrs Hubbard Aug 2017
Such a lovely well equipped property to stay in. Perfect location to just walk into St Ives, with the added bonus of parking albeit a little tight for a large car. Many thanks for our stay, we shall definitely return!
Mrs Lewis Apr 2017
We liked everything about Fascination Court. It's comfortable, clean, enjoys a great location, has a lovely little terrace area and you can see the sea! Can't wait to return.
Mr Keys Oct 2016
Beautifully clean, some lovely little touches make this property a lovely place to stop. It is so convenient for everything in St Ives whether it be the beaches, harbour, the restaurants or the shops. We would definitely recommend this property. We will be stopping here again in the future

Thank you for taking the time to send in your review. We try to give clear descriptions and show accurate photos so that guests can make an informed choice on which property is right for them and their party size. It would certainly give parties of 2-3 a good amount of space but with it's double bedroom, single bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting room, can accommodte up to 4 people. We are glad that you found it perfect for your visit and hope to see you back again soon. Tanya, Customer Services.
Third time visiting and great as usual. Fantastic location and great to have a parking space.
