Harbour Watch is a lovely cottage with great views. We found the cottage clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with operating the radiators but, fortunately managed with the fire in the lounge as it wasn’t very cold when we were there. Admittedly we didn’t do very much cooking but there seemed to be plenty of cooking utensils etc. The downstairs shower room is quite compact. Great to have parking but it could be tricky to access when the road is busy and neighbours are all parked in their spaces, it’s a bit tight to manoeuvre with larger cars. We were happy to see a generous welcome basket at the end of a long journey. All in all a comfortable holiday cottage in a very convenient location.

This property is absolutely lovely and lived beyond expectation. The property was immaculate. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

Fantastic cottage in a great location with wonderful views. I really couldn't fault it, it had everything I needed and was comfortable, clean and just what I was looking for!
Miss Fletcher Jun 2024
Excellent location, property well equipped with plenty of storage, with parking too.

The cottage was the cleanest and best equipped we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. Couldn't fault it at all, and the customer service was excellent. I would happily recommend this company, and the cottage, to anyone (with the proviso that the cottage is quite small so best for couples).

This property is ideally located close to Porthminster Beach and only 10 minutes from the harbour.
However, it is much smaller than the descriptions and pictures lead you to believe. The second bedroom would only be suitable for young children due to the lack of head space. There is no space around the beds. The basins in the bathroom are VERY small. I found it difficult to wash my face without splashing water everywhere.
If you can live with this, the property is beautifully decorated and there’s everything you could want in the kitchen. The parking space just outside the door is a real bonus.
Finally, if you’re bringing a dog, please note there is no green space anywhere near the property for them to toilet on. If your dog is fussy like mine, you’ll have to walk down to the beach regularly (steep flight of steps).

We are sorry to hear that you found the property to be smaller than expected. We always try to ensure that our photos and description accurately reflect the property, so we are sorry if this was smaller than you had anticipated but will keep an eye on feedback moving forward.
While the property accepts pets, this does not mean that it has a secure outdoor area for dogs. This may not be a problem for some, but we can appreciate that for others it may mean a short stroll to the nearest park, or beach. If you ever have any queries about pet suitability we encourage you to get in touch with our bookings team and we'll be more than happy to help. Katy, Customer Services.
Lovely stay everything you could want. Very comfortable beds best night sleep for a long team. Excellent location 6 minute walk to the beach and also the bonus of a parking space.
The outdoor space is very small, I wouldn’t really call it an outdoor space perhaps somewhere you could hang your wet suits. The second bedroom would probably accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children.
I would definitely stay here again.

It's great to hear you had a good night's sleep while staying here! There's nothing better than sinking into bed to catch up on some well-deserved Zzz's after spending the day exploring the local shops, cafes and beaches of St Ives. We have updated the property description to show that the outside area is a small space, perfect for washing down dogs, or as you have mentioned hanging wet suits, rather than a social space. The second bedroom has twin beds so is perfect for either children or adults, though of course some guests may find the room snugger than others. We look forward to welcoming you back to Cornwall again soon. Katy, Customer Services.
Excellent location only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. Note that there are steps though otherwise it’s a long way round but the parking space is right outside which is useful. Excellently appointed and equipped. Beware that the Wi-Fi didn’t work when we were there as the MiFi unit provided wasn’t getting a strong enough signal. Overall though we were really happy with it and have rebooked for next year.

It's great to hear that you made the most of having everything St Ives has to offer right on your doorstep. As you've said, there are quite a few steps leading down into town but longer, alternative routes are available should this be a problem. Either way, you will be in the heart of St Ives within minutes! We are sorry that you experienced some issues with the Mi-Fi device during your stay, but we are pleased to say that the property now has Wi-Fi access, which should mean a better, and more reliable, internet connection. We look forward to welcoming you back! Katy, Customer Services.
Lovely stylish cosy house; works best for 3 adults or maybe two adults and two children. Comfortable beds, good showers and excellent location for accessing town and all beaches and coastal path for walks. Parking is a real bonus in the centre of town! Wi-Fi very sketchy and no outside space to sit in and relax - but has got an outside shower which is handy to wash off Sandy beach days. Dog friendly property.

Thank you for your feedback following your stay at 3a Tregenna Terrace. The property comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king bedroom and a twin, making it perfect for either families or friends coming on holiday. We are happy to say that Wi-Fi is now available at the property, rather than the Mi-Fi device that was available at the time of your stay. We have also updated the website description to elaborate that the outside area is a compact space with no seating, but as you said it is perfect for washing off sand after a long day at the beach! Katy, Customer Services.
Beautiful cottage with lovely interior, perfect location, walking distance to town and all beaches but out of the hustle and bustle. Added bonus that the property is dog friendly! Will defiantly be stopping again.
