September 2020

We had a great time at Chy Ryn and was in a perfect location to walk to town. It was a bit noisy due to the road but we slept ok and the Parking space behind is a big advantage. Would definitely book here again.

St Ives Town

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.

So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

Love St Ives and have really enjoyed our week break as a family following the 4 mths lockdown. Lovely property and spotlessly clean Very good parking but as mentioned on my questionnaire please employ more staff to make up beds for arrival and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as we have had in previous years with booking your properties after travelling 6 hrs from Wales. I know Covid 19 has come with many rules and restrictions but the basics as a made bed and a welcome pack make all the difference thank you

We are glad to hear that you had a great week away here in St Ives and that Chy Ryn worked so well for your stay here. Unfortunately, ourselves and the property owners have had to make a few changes as a result of Covid19, but should you return again, hopefully we will be back to a point where beds are all made up for you and also stripped by the cleaners at the end of your stay, and the usual welcome goodies provided again. We know how much these welcome items are appreciated and are sorry that these cannot be guaranteed at the moment. Tanya, Customer Services

Lovely house in a great location near the town centre. However, it is quite noisy until the early hours as it is on the main road out of town.

We are delighted to hear that you found Chy Ryn- St Ives to have everything that you needed. Chy Ryn is situated just a stroll from everything that St Ives has to offer, making it a very popular location for anyone wanting to be close to it all, without being right in the centre of town. It is, as you say, on one of the main routes into the town, so at peak times of the year especially, can be a busy spot, but we hope that you agree, is more than made up for by the lovely interior, facilities, convenient location and with the added benefit of a parking space. We have since added notes to the property description, on our website, to try and make the location as clear as possible. Thank you for your helpful comments. Tanya, Customer Services

Really lovely holiday property was comfortable and well equipped. Many thanks.

Aug 2019

The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable but didn’t have a ‘homely’ feel. A definite positive was allocated and secure parking!
