This is also ideal for those looking to explore Cornwall, as you can easily come and go from your allocated parking space. Your four legged friends are also welcome at Chy Ryn, so you can take advantage of the year round, pet-friendly Bamaluz beach as often as you like! After a long day of exploring West Cornwall, you have the comfort of returning home to dine al fresco on the enclosed patio area as the sun goes down.

This is a really nice property, which has a lot of space and is very comfortable and well-equipped. We very much appreciated the location, as it is so near to the Porthminster beach and also close to the shops. We would definitely consider returning to this property and we had a very enjoyable week.

Great value property. Good location if you want to leave car parked up for the duration. Free parking outside is a bonus.

Had a lovely stay at Chy ryn. Clean and tidy, outside enclosed space was very useful having a small dog. Good sized parking space. Lots of storage space in bedrooms and utility room a big plus. Thanks aspects.

Our second stay at Chy Ryn, and i am sure there will be a third in 2023, ideal location,10mins walk to town and St Ives beaches, lovelly seating area in courtyard for sundowner drinks.

The location and parking is the making of this lovely holiday home. It was clean and comfortable on arrival and is extremely well equipped with new cooking utensils and crockery. Noise off the road can be heard but we found it to be quiet overnight and we slept fine. It’s an easy walk down into town and a gradual uphill stroll back .. we had a very enjoyable stay

Very pleasant stay, property had all we needed and was clean and tidy

Lovely accommodation in a great location, yes the road is a bit busy at times but I think the central location makes it worth it. Had a lovely weeks stay with plenty to do and see being a 5 min walk to harbour and beaches. St ives brewery just up the hill was a great find.

House was as described. Very clean inside, good quality bedding and towels, although strangely, there were no toilet roll holders in either toilet. The road is very noisy, lot of cars speed up and down the road at all times. Plenty of equipment if you are cooking. Walk was ok into town, not too bad to come back up. The only problem was the mess in the courtyard from the seagulls. Floor had not been swept in a long time, and the seagull mess was all over the chairs. I don't know why this was missed, as I was told the owners had been in that week, surely they would have mentioned that it needed cleaning.

Whilst the road can be busy at times, it is in an ideal location for easily getting out to explore all the amazing places around this area of Cornwall and the volume of traffic varies greatly at different times of the year and day, so is not always busy. We try to ensure it is clearly described on the website so that guests will be aware of this before booking, so we hope that this was what you had expected. We were sorry to hear about the seagull mess. The owners have regular cleans in place, but it isn't usually cleaned out there on every changeover, but I can see that someone attended on your second day to clean it up, so hopefully you got to enjoy for the rest of your stay. Good accommodation, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The utility and back yard are especially good for wet suites etc. Road a bit noisy but acceptable. We had a great stay.

Chat Ryn is a lovely house in a good central location. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. Having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. The only thing which stops this house getting a 10/10 is the road noise, which is excessive. Easy booking process and clear communication from Aspects - will definitely book again.

Had a brilliant week in Chy Ryn! the property has everything needed for a holiday home and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. There was ample space for our group of 6! Having stayed in various properties in St Ives over the last 15 years this is one of the best for location and value for money.

We spent a most enjoyable week at this lovely property. The accommodation is just as described and is a very comfortable home from home. We have stayed in many self catering houses and found this to be the best equipped by far - no need to have taken sharp knives with us! The parking spot immediately behind the house was a bonus and is big enough to accommodate a medium SUV. The facility of an enclosed courtyard was particularly valuable especially as we took our dog with us, so when we sat outside for the odd hour (weather didn’t permit any more) we knew he was safe and not likely to wander onto the adjacent main road. The property is situated on a main road but the traffic noise did not disturb us at all. It took us approximately 5/6 minutes to walk to the harbour and probably 10/12 to walk back up the hill but this was a good way of not gaining too much weight after eating so many pasties in a week. Would definitely recommend this property for a break in St Ives.

We had a wonderful stay at Chy Ryn. The house is lovely (the pictures do not do it justice). It was immaculately clean. Covid systems were perfect. The house is within a perfect walking distance in to St Ives.

This was our second stay at Chy Ryn St Ives. Very comfortable house with all facilities including a car park space. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return at sometime in the future.

Chy Rhy is a exeptionally clean and spacous place to stay. It had everything we needed, although some items were removed because of covid. It's on the main road into St Ives, so early morning cars can be heard but only from the front bedroom and we knew this before staying. Lovely outdoor courtyard albiet due to weather we couldn't make the most of. Covid proceedures are made really clear and easy to follow. If you're looking for a place to stay that is clean, easy walk into town and spacious, this is your place.

Love St Ives and have really enjoyed our week break as a family following the 4 mths lockdown. Lovely property and spotlessly clean Very good parking but as mentioned on my questionnaire please employ more staff to make up beds for arrival and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as we have had in previous years with booking your properties after travelling 6 hrs from Wales. I know Covid 19 has come with many rules and restrictions but the basics as a made bed and a welcome pack make all the difference thank you

We had a great time at Chy Ryn and was in a perfect location to walk to town. It was a bit noisy due to the road but we slept ok and the Parking space behind is a big advantage. Would definitely book here again.
