Tucked away just a few minutes’ stroll from the cobbled streets in the heart of St Ives, 9 Bullans Terrace offers a comfortable base from which to explore this bustling harbour town, and your four-legged friend is very welcome too. Inside, you’ll find a compact, yet thoughtfully designed, galley-style kitchen alongside a snug, welcoming, living area to relax in after a day of exploring. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms to choose from; the king-size master offers glimpses of the sea across the rooftops, and a second bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children but can be used by adults should they wish. Outside you'll find the decking area, which is a real little sun trap, offering the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, linger over a lazy al fresco lunch in the Cornish sunshine, or simply unwind with a good book. With the towns' shops, cafés, and restaurants all just a short walk away and the golden sands of one of St Ives’ five beaches within easy reach, this cosy bolthole is ideally placed for making the most of your time by the coast!

raised decking area with table and seating for four, steps leading down to lower lawned area.

Additional information
Please note that access to the outside area is across from the cottage and accessed via the shared adjacent pathway. The property is heated with electric panel radiators. While there is no washing machine at the cottage, a launderette is available in the town and is a short walk away. There is also no microwave and the garden is not fully enclosed, WiFi, One well behaved dog welcome, short breaks available.
