St Ives Town

Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.

So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

This is exactly as it says on the tin "A room with a view".

Our second long awaited visit to the room with a view and it was definitely worth it. Great as a simple, all you need property. We’ll be booking again soon.

Great location, great bed and handy facilities loved the complemntry wine, teabags and marmalade. Parking in nearby station very reasonable and loads of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby and great scenery what more do you want !!

Lovely, well equipped apartment with superb views. Apartment could have been a little cleaner and needed a fresh lick of paint. Stairway to apartment was a bit smelly and needed hoovering. Parking is an absolute nightmare and we were too afraid to go off anywhere for the day for fear of not being able to park again on our return. Restaurants were difficult to book because it was so busy everywhere. Unfortunately after many visits to st Ives, this will be our last.

We are very sorry to hear that you had felt the cleaning and paintwork to not be to the usual high standards that you have come to expect from properties that we market. After an extremely busy season, the property has probably seen a bit more wear than usual but rest assured that your feedback is sent straight on to owners, and we will also highlight this in our next inspection. You should however, always arrive to high cleaning standards and had we known of your disappointment at the time, we would have immediately sent the housekeeper back. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, so that we can now monitor this. Parking is in extremely high demand in St Ives, but we have many properties that come with their own private parking so that you don't need to worry about this, and we hope that as things continue to settle down, restaurants will have a little more availability again. We are sorry that this years' experience has put you off returning to St Ives and hope that one day, that may change, and we can welcome you back again. Tanya, Customer Services

A delightful venue in an excellent position for using public transport. Love the flat and its facilities, and just gasp at that view! There's always something different to watch. At low tide the harbour scene could have been depicted by L S Lowry. A return visit is on the cards!

Room with a View is ideal for one or two people. It has everything you need and the kitchen built into the cupboard is brilliant. I have stayed three times in this property now, the location is perfect and the views are stunning looking out across the harbour towards the island, so relaxing when sometimes below it can be quite chaotic. Looking forward to my next visit.

Best location to stay in St Ives. Spacious studio room and loved having breakfast with a sea view every day.

The studio apartment is in an excellent location and a perfect size for 2 people. The space has been very carefully used for maximum benefit. The view is amazing and we never tired waking up to it. There is an iron and a hairdryer which is not stated on the website but there is no facility to dry towels and costumes after a day on the beach. PARKING - do not go straight in to St Ives. Park in the station car park. This is less than a 5 minute walk to the apartment and once parked up the car can be left there for the length of your stay at a cost of about £47 per week. Other car parks are too far away. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

As above the apartment 5 fernlea court is a beautiful very clean apartment. With outstanding views .we really enjoyed our stay..cornwall is beautiful

Perfect for 2

This flat must offer one of the best views in St.Ives - the town, harbour, the Island and open sea. Comfy bed and armchairs. Open cabinet doors and there is a kitchen! Clever use of space.

Great location.Convenient for town, beaches and setting off further afield. Good bus service from station nearby, railway station too.

All you need now is the weather - if bad - well, you still have the view!

Our second visit and hope to come again.

Lovely apartment, fantastic view , what more could one want in fantastic St Ives.

My wife and I stayed here the last week in October and had a very enjoyable week. The accommodation was ideal for us with long stay parking a three minute walk away at the railway station. There was no need to drive down into town through the narrow one way system -a real bonus at this moment in time. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The views were fantastic, even on the few inclement days we had.No matter what the weather there is always something to do. We can’t thank aspects enough for a very good week,we wouldn’t book with anyone else visiting Cornwall -see you next year.

A light and comfortable apartment with the best views of St Ives. Would definitely recommend.

I would certainly recommend 5 Fernlea Court with its fantastic views - what a find. It had everything you could want in a small, but well thought out studio apartment. The scenery is amazing and with a mixture of shops, restaurants and cafes, St Ives is still a pleasure to visit.

Great location with good views of St Ives harbour. In walking distance of station and food shops. A good place to stay as a couple or as a solo traveler like myself. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The apartment is small but perfect, modern and clean. The view is beautiful, really stunning. We had a lovely week in St Ives and would love to stay here again.

A well apponted studio apartment with a fantastic view! Tried and trusted Aspects Holidays always on hand if needed, you are made to feel like a special guest!!

Great room with a great view !!

Lovely little studio apartment. Fantastic views and location. 2nd stay here and would definitely come back again.

Perfect apartment for two , with handy location !

Fabulous studio apartment, scrupulously clean and tastefully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. The view is spectacular morning, noon and night! Perfect location at the top of a hill and close by to train station, bus stop and taxi office and shops for visitors without cars. It is a perfect spot for exploring in and around St Ives. The bottle of red wine and tea, coffee and milk was a nice welcome and much appreciated. Was well worth the 12 hour train journey! If travelling by train or bus, arrange key pick up at taxi office.

Great stay. Beautiful accommodation enough for two happily with all could need. Can’t wait to come back to the view.

An Ideal retreat for two. Fantastic view of the Harbour from the Juliet balcony and great location for walking into the town.

Beautiful, stunning views even on a misting morning. Lovely, comfortable accommodation , perfect for a couple. Close to town which has lots to do and plenty of places to eat and drink. Highly recommend and would love to come back

Wonderful studio apartment. Fantastic views and so close to everything. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed sitting watching the world go by from the balcony. Would highly recommend.

A very pleasant studio with everything you need . A fabolous view from Juliet balcony , convenient to railway station and local bus service . We have stayed here twice now and would stay again when we next visit Beautiful St Ives .??

A cosy apartment with one of the best views of St Ives!

Loved everything about 5 Fernlea Court a room with a view it definitely was

Amazing view, clean and exceeded expectations! Would highly recommend. We miss it already!

Fantastic apartment. Amazing view, exceptionally clean and modern. Location was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beaches. The view across the harbour was truly stunning. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this apartment.

Stunning view of our favourite place St Ives!!

First class a accommodation and well positioned for st Ives town. Will definately be returning. Excellent value for money

Maybe a problem, occasionally I got minor blowback into the shower when flushing the toilet, it would be just shower water out of the vapour lock, but probably needs looking at

The perfect break to ease your troubles away, will definitely come back here again

Beautiful view and top notch bijou apartment.

A beautiful, small but perfectly formed little gem for two people, with probably the best views in St Ives!

"A room with a view" we certainly got. What a perfect retreat as a couple we loved it. The studio is cleverly designed, the wine on arrival was a nice touch. Such a beautiful place to relax and unwind with everything on your doorstep. We will definitely return
