A Room With a View is a very clean and comfortable room, ideal for one person or a couple. It is also very convenient for the Railway station and shops. Just be aware that you can get quite a lot of noise from other guests staying in adjacent flats and from the fire doors banging.

What lovely little room! Perfect for a couples get away. Everything we needed was supplied! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Having stayed in RWAV previously with my husband and I wanted to try a holiday on my own as one St Ives this year was enough for him I decided that 5 Fernlea Court would be perfect for me as it was close to the train station and within a minutes walk down to town. I was just as impressed this time as last and with views to die for from the Juliet balcony it made perfect sense for me to stay here, thank you once again to aspects who have always been amazing . See you again soon x

We were very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed for our stay.The view over the harbour was amazing, with constantly changing tides & skies. Excellent location- shops, beaches, buses all close.

Excellent small space for singles & couples, in a great position for local amenities, shops and eateries, of which there are plenty to choose from. Local train and bus services are located very close by. And of course that fantastic view which can be enjoyed night or day. Yes, I would thoroughly recommend this Aspects property

Our second long awaited visit to the room with a view and it was definitely worth it. Great as a simple, all you need property. We’ll be booking again soon.

Great location, great bed and handy facilities loved the complemntry wine, teabags and marmalade. Parking in nearby station very reasonable and loads of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby and great scenery what more do you want !!

Lovely, well equipped apartment with superb views. Apartment could have been a little cleaner and needed a fresh lick of paint. Stairway to apartment was a bit smelly and needed hoovering. Parking is an absolute nightmare and we were too afraid to go off anywhere for the day for fear of not being able to park again on our return. Restaurants were difficult to book because it was so busy everywhere. Unfortunately after many visits to st Ives, this will be our last.

A delightful venue in an excellent position for using public transport. Love the flat and its facilities, and just gasp at that view! There's always something different to watch. At low tide the harbour scene could have been depicted by L S Lowry. A return visit is on the cards!

Room with a View is ideal for one or two people. It has everything you need and the kitchen built into the cupboard is brilliant. I have stayed three times in this property now, the location is perfect and the views are stunning looking out across the harbour towards the island, so relaxing when sometimes below it can be quite chaotic. Looking forward to my next visit.

Best location to stay in St Ives. Spacious studio room and loved having breakfast with a sea view every day.

The studio apartment is in an excellent location and a perfect size for 2 people. The space has been very carefully used for maximum benefit. The view is amazing and we never tired waking up to it. There is an iron and a hairdryer which is not stated on the website but there is no facility to dry towels and costumes after a day on the beach. PARKING - do not go straight in to St Ives. Park in the station car park. This is less than a 5 minute walk to the apartment and once parked up the car can be left there for the length of your stay at a cost of about £47 per week. Other car parks are too far away. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

As above the apartment 5 fernlea court is a beautiful very clean apartment. With outstanding views .we really enjoyed our stay..cornwall is beautiful

This flat must offer one of the best views in St.Ives - the town, harbour, the Island and open sea. Comfy bed and armchairs. Open cabinet doors and there is a kitchen! Clever use of space.

Great location.Convenient for town, beaches and setting off further afield. Good bus service from station nearby, railway station too.

All you need now is the weather - if bad - well, you still have the view!

Lovely apartment, fantastic view , what more could one want in fantastic St Ives.

My wife and I stayed here the last week in October and had a very enjoyable week.The accommodation was ideal for us with long stay parking a three minute walk away at the railway station.There was no need to drive down into town through the narrow one way system -a real bonus at this moment in time. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The views were fantastic,even on the few inclement days we had.No matter what the weather there is always something to do. We can’t thank aspects enough for a very good week,we wouldn’t book with anyone else visiting Cornwall -see you next year.

I would certainly recommend 5 Fernlea Court with its fantastic views - what a find. It had everything you could want in a small, but well thought out studio apartment. The scenery is amazing and with a mixture of shops, restaurants and cafes, St Ives is still a pleasure to visit.

Great location with good views of St Ives harbour. In walking distance of station and food shops. A good place to stay as a couple or as a solo traveler like myself. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect apartment for two , with handy location !

Fabulous studio apartment, scrupulously clean and tastefully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. The view is spectacular morning, noon and night! Perfect location at the top of a hill and close by to train station, bus stop and taxi office and shops for visitors without cars. It is a perfect spot for exploring in and around St Ives. The bottle of red wine and tea, coffee and milk was a nice welcome and much appreciated. Was well worth the 12 hour train journey! If travelling by train or bus, arrange key pick up at taxi office.

First class a accommodation and well positioned for st Ives town. Will definately be returning. Excellent value for money

Maybe a problem, occasionally I got minor blowback into the shower when flushing the toilet, it would be just shower water out of the vapour lock, but probably needs looking at

A beautiful, small but perfectly formed little gem for two people, with probably the best views in St Ives!

"A room with a view" we certainly got. What a perfect retreat as a couple we loved it. The studio is cleverly designed, the wine on arrival was a nice touch. Such a beautiful place to relax and unwind with everything on your doorstep. We will definitely return
