Located in the centre of St Ives is this beautiful, two-bedroom, apartment called 2 Green Court. It boasts comfortable yet stylish furnishings, inviting you to relax as though it's your own home from home, and the large windows in the spacious rooms let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped for dining in, but with the town at your disposal, and the variety of local cuisine on offer, you'll want to make the most of the delicious restaurants, cafes, and bakeries - enough to keep you well fed for the week! Within minutes of stepping out of the apartment, you can be enjoying family fun in the arcade, before hopping on one of the numerous boat trips, heading out to Seal Island, or taking a romantic stroll for two as the moonlight glistens over the harbour.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to come along on holiday here at 2 Green Court, perfect for a trip to the nearby Bamaluz beach, dedicated year round for your pooch to meet friends, play fetch in the sand, and jump and paddle in the turquoise waters. The allocated parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, approximately 15 minutes' walk away, permits a worry-free arrival and means you can forget about the car during your stay and explore this idyllic town on foot.

gas central heating, the apartment is centrally located and is close to a local pub so you may hear noise from this during busier times, the terraced area is shared with other apartments in the building, hallways and the entrance are also shared. As you are on an upper level, when double decker buses drive past they are the same level as the windows, but there are blinds and curtains for privacy, one parking space is allocated at the St Ives Rugby Club located approximately a 15 minute walk away, WiFi, one dog welcome, short breaks available.

2 Green Court is in a great location in the centre of the hustle and bustle of St ives. The rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable. The information provided to help us during our arrival and stay was just right and the welcome goodies an added bonus. I raised a question I already had the answer to but I still got an immediate and helpful reply. Excellent

Property in great location to the town and beaches but can be noisy at times. Well equipped. Nice welcome package. Comfortable beds. Dog friendly.
The property could do with a good clean. Smaller bedroom more suited for a family stay with small children rather than a 4 adults. Allocated parking at the rugby club is a very steep walk and may not be suitable for everyone.

The twin bedroom is perfect for children, but is also big enough to sleep 2 adults, allowing flexibility for all groups. Parking is certainly at a premium in St Ives, especially during peak times, so we hope you agree that the allocated space at the rugby club is an added bonus. If the walk to and from the car is too much, there are bus and taxi services available too! We hope we can welcome you back to Cornwall again soon. Katy, Customer Services.
We enjoyed our stay at 2 Green Court. The flat is decorated beautifully and everything is very high end. Only downside it can be noisy but that’s as expected as it is on a pretty busy road. Location is very good
