Lovely apartment with a fantastic sea view. Close to amenities but quiet.

A lovely apartment in a great location, a short walk to numerous eateries and the beautiful sandy beaches of St Ives. The apartment is well furnished and equipped and very comfortable with a wonderful view from the lounge / diner. Because the apartment is set high up on a hill, there are numerous steps down to the town. This was not a problem for us and helped burn off all the extra calories from the Cream Teas and Cornish Pasties we ate! We didn't have a problem finding a space in the adjacent car park, but can imagine this could be a bit tricky in peak season.

An amazing house with the perfect location from the beach and town centre. Very well equipped and comfortable. There were also lots of extras e.g. clothes airers, a fan, games, books, blankets etc.

The twin bedroom does have more than one small window as displayed in the photo, and reasonable storage!

Close to the flat, was a steep set of stairs to get to the town, but we did not find this a problem.

The apartment is really thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the lounge and bedrooms are very comfortable and very nicely decorated. There were other thoughtful extras that we didn't discover until the end of the week, such as storage boxes under the sofas and beach toys in the outside cupboard. The only thing to note would be that, if you're travelling with small children, the beds in the small room are quite high off the ground; also, as the 2nd bedroom is the other side of the kitchen to the main bedroom, it's difficult to hear if they call in the night - would recommend bringing a monitor :) A great week - thank you!

Great property perfect for family of 4. The stairs up from the town would hard going for any older or people with health issues they are tough going but it worked all the food and rattler off haha! View of waking up at the dining table looking over the harbour are unreal! Great stay already looking at booking St Ives again!

Lovely property, in a great location with amazing views! Having the car park near by is handy to leave your car in for the week and not have to move it

Amazing apartment and perfect size for our family. Property was really clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Literally everything we could have asked for, and more (a very much welcomed cream tea, biscuits, tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk upon arrival!) Beds are incredibly comfortable. The views of the harbour from the front must be the best in St Ives, and the little garden area out back is so pretty!

We had a a lovely, relaxing stay in this comfortable apartment, and especially enjoyed having breakfast while enjoying the amazing view over the harbour and bay. Everything works as it should, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very good. It is an easy, though hilly, walk to the station, beaches, harbour, shops etc. Note that the twin room is very small.

A fabulous apartment! The view of St. Ives Harbour was spectacular! The apartment was decorated & furnished to a very high standard, the artwork & accessories that were dotted around made it feel very homely. I can't wait to come back!

15a Park Avenue is a super stay, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely book again.

St Ives is the most beautiful place in the world - when you have the weather would not wish to be anywhere else. Fabulous food options and boasts the best views. First came when we had our daughter in 1997 and still returning now with the grandson.

15a Park Avenue is a clean and comfortable ground floor apartment with great views over St Ives. Location wise it is close to everything in the town albeit at the top of a hill. We loved staying here as a family of four and would definitely book it again. The only real issue is the parking which is a little difficult in high season. When you get back you wil most probably have to wait for someone to leave in order to find a space. That said we always did so not too bad and wouldn't stop us returning.

Lovely accommodation with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Great location but parking can be an issue in St Ives during peak times.

A great little cottage, perfect for 4 with stunning views and a comfy bed. A very well equiped kitchen and nothing amiss. Would highly recommend as competitively priced as well.

The apartment was very bright, spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and we were just a short walk from the beaches and town centre, though it is quite hilly and there are a few steep steps from the centre up to Park Avenue. The car park at the end of the road was an added bonus though spaces are limited. Our stay was relaxing and we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. We would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable property with excellent views of the town and the harbour. It is in a very convenient location for reaching the town centre and also just a short walk from the railway station and Porthminster beach. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful views from the property. Very close to all St Ives has to offer. Nice standard of decor and very clean and comfortable. Steep roads or steps to access but that's part of St Ives charm. Need to pay to park at the car park at the end of the road. We went carless. Buses and trains are good. Would recommend for a couple or small family ??.

This is an excellent property for a holiday in St Ives. It is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing break. The view over St Ives harbour is magnificent and only a five minute walk into the town. Highly recommended.

What a great little cottage with stunning views over the harbour in distance. We felt quite settled and really enjoyed our stay at 15A Park Avenue.
