Another fabulous stay at 10 Trenwith place. Fantastic house for our adult family of 7, and Bill our dog. Such a great location, good size house with fab living and eating space for us all, we just love it!! I'm sure we will return again. Slight issue with housekeeping and sofa bedding which Aspects sorted immediately when open on the Monday, which we appreciate. We’ve been coming to St Ives every year for 35 yrs and always wanted to spend Christmas here ,it couldn’t have been better the house was perfect our family couldn’t have been happier, will definitely be booking 10 Trenwith Place again

We cannot praise this property enough. It is clean, bright, spacious and homely. Beautifully presented having everything you could need for a perfect stay. We have found this property to be the best that we have stayed in through Aspects or any other rental agency. The owners have thought of everything that you could need. We will be returning again to this property as it is perfect for our needs.

This was our fourth stay here.As a family of 5 there is plenty of space for everyone. The location is excellent. Just a short walk into town and minutes away from the beaches. As regular visitors to St ives for many years this is by far the best property we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our 2nd stay at 10 Trenwith Place and proved even better than our first. The house was perfect for our needs. Sharing with my daughter, partner and 3 grandchildren. They absolutely loved their 1st stay in St Ives I'm sure it won't be their last. Thank you for a great house that was perfect for us. St Ives is a great destination all year round. We have booked several times with Aspects and will continue to do so. Quality properties!

Perfect if you want to take your dogs with you, although it did have an odour of dogs and some dog hairs on the cushions, the bedding was clean . It is a great property though , very comfy with everything you need . 2 mins walk to the front . Not so good for older people with 3 lots of stairs. Overall I would recommend, the yard was great for our 2 little dogs and the little outdoor balcony was lovely to sit on .

A superb property - we had everything we could need, including a welcome basket (the cider went beautifully with lunchtime pasties!). Thoughtfully equipped and comfortable, we felt at home straightaway. An easy walk into town or to the beach, which made Bill our black Labrador very happy, and gorgeous weather made for a really relaxing holiday. We’ll be back next year - with two Labradors!

We had a fantastic holiday at 10 Trenwith Place, the house was so well equipped and the beds comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and a TV in every room. Our son was over the moon with the cupboard full of beach toys! The location is superb, and it's on the flatter side of St Ives, so no nasty hills to walk up and down. There are many stairs in the property, so that wouldn't be great for those with mobility issues. There is a car parking space provided but the lane to get to it is very narrow; our other guests had a Clio and were fine getting in; we parked our 4x4 in the car park at the top, which was £49 for the week and a few minutes walk from the property. You can pull up at the front of the property to load/unload, which is very useful!

Fabulous holiday. The house is in a great spot with easy access into town. Very spacious, lots of stairs! Fab views from the balcony that we made lots of use of at all times of day. The car park space itself is quite roomy, but yes the access down to it is tight. We have a Volvo XC60, which isn’t a small car, and we had an inch to play with down either side to get to the space! I wouldn’t have parked down there, but my husband likes a challenge! The only thing I would say is that there is no door upto the attic so it’s quite open, just in case you wanted privacy. All in all a lovely house, had a fab holiday in St Ives as always.

We had the best holiday here & defiantly recommend to anyone with a larger family & pets We met the owners briefly who were so lovely Pet friendly our dogs loved it as did our 3 children or varies ages The welcome scones & supplies were so thoughtful ThAnk you , we will be back hopefully soon

By far the best property we have stayed in at St ives. Ideal for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) plenty of space we really can not fault anything. Will be back in October and next year. Fantastic place

Lovely house in a great location in St Ives with beautiful views over the bay. Everything we needed and more for a self catering holiday and a lovely touch from the owners of a welcome pack. We would definitely recommend.

Location was perfect, close to everything yet really quiet. Having a parking space was really good, the space itself is quite spacious but the access road to it is tight so a big car would struggle to get down, my little KA had no issues at all plenty of room. Everything we needed and more was in this home from home: games, books, hairdryer even beach bits like the wind breaker and body board which we didn’t expect but made our beach days more enjoyable. The house is so comfy and warm and inviting. Loved the little touches of milk, tea and coffee on arrival, just what you need after a long drive before you have chance to shop. The house was very clean and neat. The view was spectacular from the top bedroom. The bed was comfy and we slept really well, felt right at home from day 1. The kitchen was very well equipped. Showers had great water pressure, just all positive from us. Loved our stay here and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the owners for a lovely home and holiday

Our 1st impression on entering 10 Trenwith Place was ‘WOW’ & it proved right . Facilities were excellent , properly was spotless & the view from the loft conversion was stunning . Very close to town but not noisy . I would rate it as 12 out of 10 ! Absolutely brilliant stay in a home from home !

Great location with bonus of a (tight) parking space. Dog friendly property but our lurcher struggled with the steep stairs. Best equipped property we have ever stayed in!

It is a great property in a fantastic location within St Ives, and with parking right outside, which is something that not a lot of properties have here, you don't have to worry about trying to search for a space every time you want to take the car out for the day. It is down quite a narrow lane though, so getting into and out of the space can take a bit of manoeuvring, which we try to highlight as best as possible in the description. We stayed at the cottage wk/cm 19th March 2022, it’s a great cottage and perfect location as so close to Town Centre, and had parking Space outside the property for our car. The cottage is so well planned out inside and so very spacious and clean and tidy, I will certainly go back again and recommend the property to anyone.

What A lovely week in St Ives! 10 Trenwith Place is a great house, with plenty of room for all the family, and some!!....and a parking space too, which is fab! We had 2 cars and put the 2nd car in the trenwith long stay for £47.50...its a five minute walk ( uphill) from the house, so very convenient. This is the first time we've stayed on this side of St Ives, and it meant great views of the harbour and sea from the top bedroom, we loved the chairs and the small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee in this room. It was good to be so close to the cinema, it is really great value and the Escape room was popular with some of our group too ( not cheap but really fun apparently) Tesco's delivered to us, which can be very useful for families and bigger groups but there are also 3 co-op's within about 5-6 minutes walk from the house. A short walk to the beaches and the harbour, shops and restaurants, there is so much to see and do without needing the car....which is lovely! The kitchen is well equipped if you do self cater, we did on a few evenings and the big dining table in the kitchen was great for every one. TVs every where is also good for a big group. One bathroom and 2 shower rooms are really useful! We had a lovely relaxing week here, with everyone doing exactly what they wanted whilst being based in this well located fully equipped holiday home. Thankyou!

Perfect property for either a large family or two. The location on the bathrooms ( 3 in total) made the use of sofa bed easy. Plus additional fridge and kettle in the main room meant you could make a cuppa without disturbing anyone. Great location and great to have parking. This property had everything you needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I'd say it's more spacious that'll the pictures suggest.

This is by far the best property we have stayed in. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family which consists of 5 adults. I can't recommend trenwith place enough.

This house is a real home from home, it has everything you need and is a lovely place to stay. We were in St Ives for our daughters wedding and there was plenty of room for the bride and all of us to get ready and relax the rest of the week! The house is in a good location and has a lovely balcony to sit and relax. Good view of the harbour and lighthouse. The welcome pack that was left for our arrival was a lovely surprise. 10 Trenwith Place was a delightful property, Spread over 4 floors, our 11 year old labrador Has never been so fit! Everything you could possibly Need was provided, including a welcome pack for Our arrival, as parking in St Ives can be an issue it Was great to have a dedicated parking space but The entrance to it was a little tricky but manageable. Would have no hesitation in recommending the property,some very narrow and steep stairs so maybe not suitable for the very elderly or infirm We had a lovely time and would certainly book again.

A very comfortable and beautifully decorated property. We loved the artwork and decor. Sitting with a drink enjoying the view from the master bedroom was exactly what we wanted to do. Will definitely be staying again.

Just had our second stay at 10 Trenwith as we love the place so much. The location is spot-on being just minutes from town, it has a parking space, it is exceptionally well-equipped with pretty much everything you could ever need (and then some) and the views from the balcony/top room are outstanding. Woke up several days to a beautiful sunrise across the town and bay.

Will almost certainly book again next year.

Very comfortable accommodation with lovely sea views from the top bedroom (4th floor) and balcony (3rd floor). Only 2 minutes from St Ives centre with shops and harbour and restaurants. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to the top though so bear this in mind when booking. Otherwise an excellent stay.

The property is excellent, with the wonderful views from the top floor bedroom to the excellent fitted kitchen in the basement. The steps from the huge basement kitchen to the spacious ground floor sitting room are a little narrow, but is all part of the character of the house. A clean and well provided house in easy reach of everything.

The service from the staff at Aspect Holidays was first class, any enquiry was easily dealt with. THANK YOU.

The narrow road to the parking bay is not suitable for anything over the size of a family car.

We were delighted with this property , it exceeded our expectations as we were quite a late booking due to current circumstances. It had everything we wanted and 3 bathrooms were a bonus . The close location to the town and beach meant we did not need to use a car at all. There is a very strong possibility that we will return as we all felt it would be difficult to find anywhere better

Excellent property in very good location. Kitchen fully kitted out with everthing you could need the whole property had everthing for a very comfortable stay. Would have no hesitation in booking it again if staying in st ives.

This is a lovely spacious and well equipped house. It is very convenient for the town and beaches and has the bonus of a decent parking space. A real home from home.

This is a well presented property and a great layout for us as a family of 6 with a dog. Location is superb and even managed to park the car in an tight space.

This house is wonderful and the location excellent, very well equipped. We could not find fault would recommend it Aspect holidays very difficult to get the check in information PDF wouldn’t open even more difficult to speak to them and a major draw back is check out at 9 o’clock ! Allowance must be made for COVID-19 but they still could answer the phones And have a later check out

Well appointed cottage with every comfort and convenience provided. Superb decor and furnishings. The best cottage we have ever rented in St Ives. Ideal location.

Very easy to get to the cottage ,parking a little tricky at first would suggest reversing into space .But a very pleasant cottage and very convenient for the town .

A lovely property to stay at. Very homely with every aspect of what you would ever need whilst away is covered. The attention to detail was second to none. We met Pete and Julie the owners and they were lovely people. The tea, coffee, Jam, Clotted cream and milk were a very welcome touch on arrival. Its a super comfy house, lovely rooms and fabulous view of the sea from the top room. We made use of the parking space too, albeit a tad tight to manoeuvre into. The dog and our nearly 2 year old son loved it. Stay here, you won't regret it

Fabulous house lots of space everything you would need home from home . Lots of games and buckets and spades for your use . Parking a god send in st Ives with a little bit of faff. Tip for parking reverse in after we found after a couple of failed attempts.

This was our first visit to Cornwall, St Ives and using Aspects Holidays. Four adult cousins. Everything far exceeded our expectations all round! The Aspects team were fantastic in every way, a really personal and personable service, friendly and professional.

10 Trenwith Place is an absolute gem of a find! It's close to town but still has its own parking space and should be labelled as "very dog friendly". Comfortable, clean and so well equipped - there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there, and plenty of things that we didn't use besides. The books and Xbox are a nice touch. Very spacious - even at capacity you'd still have plenty of space as there is more than enough seating provided in both the living room and kitchen for everyone. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect holiday home. Plenty of room for a large group or family. Very clean and lovely bedding. Beds very comfy. Plenty of tellys. Very close to town. Would definitely use this house again. We used it for new year. But would love to use it in the summer as well.

Great location for everything , this is our second visit to the property in 3 yrs and will be definitely booking again for next year, home from home Just set back from the hustle and bustle, not even 5mins from the harbour front Plenty shops for all kinds of groceries and food,2 min walk away so no need to do a big shop or even a delivery shop to your door Cinema and leisure centre on your doorstep to entertain the kids if the weather is bad 5 out of 5 all the way Even the people next door who where renting at the same time have rebooked for the location

This cottage was absolutely amazing and had everything you could ever think of. We are looking at booking a holiday there again. It was the most spacious cottage and had so much storage. The w3lcome basket was such a lovely idea. Would highly recommend it xx

Superbly equipped cottage with loads of books and games and tech to keep the whole family occupied on rainy days.

A great family base for exploring St. Ives with lots of extras to help entertain teenage children. A lovely 'retreat' can be enjoyed for parents staying on the top floor with excellent views of the roof tops and the harbour.

We had a fantastic two weeks at Trenwith Place; it truly exceeded our expectations and the photographs in the brochure are great but do not do the property justice. The space available was more than enough for our party of 8 and gave ample space for people to relax individually or socialise as a group. All round a fantastic place and a lovely holiday.

An excellent well equipt cottage that exceeded all our expectation. The balcony was nearly always in the sun and we sat and enjoyed the sun and a drink every day .It was a lovely way to unwind after a walk or day on the beach.

The owners are extremely thoughtful and provide toys/games for families with young children, DVD& book collections and games consoles for older children.

Well placed, 8 mins from the beach, 5mins from the town - location is far enough away from the town to be quiet but close enough to all ameneties.

10 Trenwith Place is a fantastic family-friendly house, ideal to explore the town and surrounding area. Central location, walking distance to both Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches! The house itself is amazing - the pride and love that the owners have for the property is clearly reflected in the condition of the property. They have also kindly provided everything we might need - nets and beach mats for the sunny days, and books and board games for the not-so-nice days.
