Welcome to The Penthouse, a sensational, luxury penthouse apartment located within the secluded Salt complex, set in the sought-after leafy location of The Belyars in St Ives. The apartment boasts stunning sea views across St Ives and out over to the Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond to Gwithian, from both the living room, and whilst dinning alfresco on the wrap around balcony. The open plan layout has been exquisitely designed and comes with original paintings throughout and sumptuous throws and furnishings. In the spacious master bedroom featuring a vaulted roof, you will find the most amazing floor to ceiling window, where you can sit quietly looking out over St Ives Bay and be mesmerised by the ever-changing sea colours. Immediately below the apartment, within a short walk, you will find the blue flag Porthminster Beach with its award-winning restaurant and new beach bar. You also have the choice of the five gorgeous St Ives beaches, all with golden sands and with numerous options for water sports such as surfing and kayaking. With such a vibrant art scene a visit to the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth sculpture garden are highly recommended, or you may just wish to wander the quaint cobbled streets, enjoying the array of bars, outdoor cafes, restaurants, and sampling the wealth of small high-quality independent shops at your leisure.

a selection of games and DVDs are provided in the apartment, washing machine is situated in the hallway cupboard, underfloor heating, lift from entry level to 3rd floor, please note the property is situated uphill if walking. WiFi, short breaks available.
A lovely flat. Wonderful view, lots of space, comfy sofas and great internet. Nice kitchen and comfy beds too. We love St Ives and it was great to be back. The flat is up a hill from the beach - takes about 15-20 mins to walk up depending on how fit you are.

This is a stunning apartment, which is very well equipped with everything you need. The views are amazing. A steady walk downhill into St Ives but it is easy to use the local bus from outside the co op for the return journey, just ring the bell to get off at Talland Road. The allocated parking space is a real bonus. Lovely restaurants and pubs to visit nearby.

The Penthouse - Salt Apartments - awesome sea views! Although not our first holiday in St Ives, this was our first holiday in The Penthouse. The balcony views are amazing. The apartment is clean, extremely comfortable and the owners have been so thoughtful in providing so many extras such as books, games and dvd's. There is a real 'homely feel' about the way the apartment has been furnished. Masses of cushions and throws which are expecially useful when on the balcony on a chilly night! Really recommend this beautiful apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Salt. Would definitely recommend and book again. St Ives is beautiful and it’s a bonus to have free allocated parking with the apartment. We walked everywhere, the only place over rated was Carbis Bay, over priced and not worth bothering with. We went for a coffee which cost £5 each and it was smaller than Costas small cup. The beaches in St Ives are beautiful and more sheltered from the wind.

11 Salt apartments is close to town with lovely views out to sea. The furnishings are very good and modern, with a kitchen that has everything necessary for long stay in St Ives.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. A private parking space in a gated area below the apartment is like gold dust in St Ives and a very welcome bonus! Lovely views and not far to walk into town (although the uphill return takes a bit of energy!). We have already booked the same apartment for next year’s holiday in St Ives and looking forward to our return. We found the Aspects staff to be very helpful with any questions we had.
