Fabulous apartment, beautifully decorated and all facilities provided. The views from the property are stunning but the walk from the beach and town centre is not for the less mobile.

The apartment was located well for St Ives and other surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into St Ives (all downhill). Slightly longer on the way back up but a shuttle bus runs from near the Cinema in town up until 8pm and will drop off at the end of Belyars Lane if you ask the driver. Later than this you would need to book a taxi if unable to walk.

Comfortable, spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area. Lovely views from the balcony.

Main bedroom is very large with an excellent large en-suite. Has a Juliette balcony looking out to the Lighthouse. However, second bedroom can only fit in two single beds, 1 bedside table and a single wardrobe, so need to take this into consideration if wanting to use the apartment for four adults.

Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area with dedicated on site parking spaces which was great asset. It is a bit of a walk downhill to the town centre and back up hill but it’s not too far and is manageable. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Saw this beautiful apartment on website.Looked lovely.We chose it for its location and the sea view.Was even better,exceeded our expectations.It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need.Decor is lovely.The sea views are absolutely stunning.We knew from reviews the walk down to the beautiful beach,or into St Ives would be a steep walk back up,but it was worth it,Loved Lighthouse View.

We spent a week at lighthouse view and on the whole it is lovely. The views are excellent! There are a few things that I feel are missing and let it down. There is no key fob for the gate so had to get out each time to open it. The flat is not on floor 1 as per the plaque inside the building, it is G floor when you get in the lift. The outdoor seating probably could be upgraded. There could probably be somewhere to put toiletries in the en-suite shower and also somewhere to hang hand towels near the sink. It’s probably best to leave as many windows open when you go out as it gets very warm and stuffy during the day. It’s just little things that mean we wouldn’t return.

A well appointed apartment in an elevated position providing lovely views over St Ives bay. The Salt Apartments is a quality development with privacy and security and provided a peaceful location. It should be noted that a reasonable level of fitness / mobility is required as the town and beach are a 10min walk and, depending on which route is taken, can involve 110 steps down, and back up. Although we didn’t need them, there were always taxis available if the walk back became too much

Lovely apartment. Enjoyed the exercise getting back up to the apartment. Great parking. Lovely view from spacious balcony. Peaceful location. Was an issue with the lock but Aspects got a locksmith to change the lock and was all sorted in about one hour! Amazing service.

We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse View. The views are stunning and the apartment is perfectly located for the town as well as a short walk to the gorgeous Porthminster Beach as well as picturesque Carbis Bay. It is modern, well equipped and very clean. The bed is super comfy and linen fresh and white. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout, spacious with beautiful bathrooms. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. To have guaranteed secure parking is also a real bonus.

A beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped apartment with lovely views. It was warm and cosy even in December. The two secure parking spaces were a real plus and the balcony would be fantastic in the summer months. It is a 10 - 15 minute steep walk back up the hill from the town centre so may not suit those with limited mobility, but it was a bonus for us as St Ives has so many lovely cafes and restaurants it helped work off some of the many calories we consumed! We would definitely recommend Lighthouse View.

Lovely location and modern apartment, would stay again

A really beautiful apartment, even nicer than described. The parking was a real winner in busy St Ives. Porthminster beach is lovely, and the rest of the town easily accessible. Everything is downhill - hence the great view!

We had such a wonderful stay at Lighthouse View and would love to stay again, it certainly has the wow factor.

It was such a treat to open the blinds and look out to see Godrevy Lighthouse every morning. The balcony spot is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink, so lovely to have some outside space, especially with a wonderful view.

The rooms are spacious and the apartment has been beautifully furnished, it was a pleasure to relax in after a long day at the beach.

We know St Ives very well and love the location of being close enough to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the main town in August!

Thank you for providing a luxurious home from home, we couldn't fault it.

You never know whether the description of a property will match with reality, but apartment 5 at the superbly-located Lighthouse View definitely met, indeed, exceeded our expectations. It has been fitted out to a high specification and the owners clearly love their holiday home and have added nice personal touches. We cannot recommend it too highly.

This was our first holiday in wonderful St.Ives and we will keep coming back over the years. Naturally, we may consider alternative locations to base ourselves, but we know that apartment 5 would always be a first rate choice.
