Lovely cottage with stunning views! Super comfy especially the bedrooms and a convenient 10 minute walk to town and Porthminster Beach only 2 minutes away albeit on a steep hill. Great service from Aspect Holidays too. Will definitely visit again!

Our family of 4 had a brilliant holiday at Bay Hill Cottage. The view over St Ives from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen is totally stunning. We sat looking out from the living room in the swivel chairs for hours.

Porthminster beach is a 5 minute walk and the rest of St Ives not far at all. We loved being able to walk into town and got used to the steep hill returning home.

The cottage has everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

This is our second stay at the property. The views are phenomenal. The Cottage is very clean and well equipped. It’s in a lovely location with its own parking spot which is a bonus for St Ives.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Bay Hill Cottage. The situation is tremendous with stunning views of the bay, harbour and town. The cottage is well appointed, comfortable and very clean, beds are very comfortable & cosy. Although there were six of us the cottage felt spacious. We certainly hope to return.

Wow amazing views and a beautiful property, very cosy, clean and comfortable. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen and facilities and enjoyed cooking four evening meals whilst staying at Bay Hill. Situated in a great location 10 mins walk to town or 2mins walk to Porthminster Beach but it’s at the top of a steep hill so don’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

What a wonderful find Bay Hill Cottage was we have been coming to St Ives for many years and have stayed in so many properties but this one is special it has some of the best views you will ever get from every window, just sitting looking out to them every day was fabulous, Bay Hill Cottage had everything we needed and is so lovely inside it is very tastefully done, it was the perfect place to spend our 35th Wedding Anniversary, we will definitely be back we’ve loved it there so much and had a fantastic week enjoying all it had to offer and being so close to the beach was an added bonus.

Lovely, comfortable and cosy accommodation with amazing views, a wonderful place to relax after days out on the beach and exploring. Only a short walk to the beach and town, great location with the bonus of a parking space. Very well equipped with plenty of storage, we would definitely recommend staying here ??

We have just had an enjoyable week staying in this lovely cottage. We had a great week. Lovely views of Porthminster bay, especially from main bedroom: this was a pleasure to wake up to each morning!

Absolutely amazing views from the front windows.....so relaxing to sit and watch the ever changing sea. The accommodation excellent perfect for a family. Lovely big tiled entrance to an amazing kitchen easy to take off sandy shoes and coats before venturing to the living room. Parking space great. Short stroll to Porthminster beach. We had a very relaxing week definitely recharged our batteries.

A well situated Cottage with excellent views over St Ives beaches and bay. It was well equipped, clean, warm and cosy. Lots to do within a very short distance. We will definitely book again.

The house was amazing and exactly the same as in the pictures online. The views were truly breathtaking. Sea views from all three floors. The house was furnished beautifully. The owners had supplied towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, wipes, kitchen roll and some toilet roll. I would recommend this property without a doubt. There was a second toilet which we didn’t know about which was good as there were 5 of us staying. There was a washIng machine and dishwasher too. Eating out was difficult due to restrictions. You did have to book in places beforehand.

Love St Ives, cottage cosy with the most beautiful views across St Ives and close to the beach and shops. Hope to come back again.

Ideal location, only a 10 minute walk into town, stunning views over St Ives bay, parking right outside the property, couldn't have asked for more!

After more than 20 years of visiting St Ives, this was the best view we've ever had. The house is very comfortable, homely and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and a dining room with a view too. Would certainly return to this property in the future.

We had a very relaxing holiday,the cottage is in an excelent location with fantastic views over the whole of Porthminster. Our friends were totally blown away with St Ives and the cottage, Fantastic holiday,Look forward to next year.

Excellent views of the surrounding area, ideal layout & flooring to ensure sand & beach mess are minimised to one area close to the entrance rather than carrying through the whole house - important with small children!
