This beautiful, two bedroom apartment suits small families or couples travelling together, and has been stylishly furnished with a modern interior.

Warm mornings can be spent sitting out on the patio with a coffee, before heading out on a short walk down to the harbour and the surrounding golden beaches where you can sunbathe and surf, whether a novice or a pro. Head back as the sun starts to set over the town, to wine and dine together around the table while planning tomorrow's adventure.

We loved our stay here. Very spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the equipment we needed. Great location with a short walk into town and the beaches, and a parking space right outside the front door. We have booked again for next year!

Lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location only a shirt walk into town, with the bonus of a parking space. Very clean and well equipped. The retractable gate on the patio was great for our little dog when we had the doors open.

Spacious, modern, well equipped, good facilities, great to have a parking space and somewhere to sit outside. Appreciated the Welcome Pack and of course, the sea views.

Fabulous light, airy and very modern apartment in a great location close to Porthminster Beach which is dog friendly until mid- May. We particularly liked the views out towards Godrevy Lighthouse from the nicely positioned armchairs in the side window alcoves of the lounge area. A very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives town centre but still only a few minutes walk away downhill. The apartment was well equipped with everything required for a relaxing holiday. The added bonus of a parking space right outside the front door made our stay complete.

This is a spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with on site parking which is very helpful in St. Ives. The location is excellent and very convenient for the beaches, shops and harbour. The walk back up hill from St. Ives is short and quite steep but our 3 year old and 6 year old grandchildren managed it every day without complaint. Lovely window seats to sit and view the sea. We would definitely stay here again. With several apartments in the block it provides an opportunity for multi family holidays.

A fantastic house with great views , so comfortable and warm . This is our second time staying and loved it again , beds are so comfy , the walk back up is a trek but it keeps you fit and so close to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again . Thank you Ian , Anne & family x

Exceptionally clean and spacious apartment offering everything we needed for a 'home from home' holiday

Small but useful patio area with soft gate which thankfully was spotless of any evidence of being dog friendly

Situated approximately 5 minutes walk downhill to the town centre/harbour (maybe 10 minutes uphill back to the apartment ! )

We usually book with a different holiday company but found Aspects to be better value for money

Great apartment in a lovely quiet location. The outside seating area was great to relax after a long day. Very spacious compared to other places we have stayed in St Ives. It is up a hill which is fine for us but it’s worth noting if you struggle with walking. The parking space is brilliant as parking in St Ives is very difficult. Nice and clean and mostly well equipped. Few essentials missing (Bin bags, Foil, kitchen roll). We have always had these provided in previous rentals. No proper welcome package? Just some milk .. Maybe this has stopped though due to Covid…

A new niggles….A lack of storage in the bedrooms. Apart from being able to hang a few items we had to leave everything in suitcases. Also the amount of accessories they have used to furnish the property is a bit over the top. we felt there was no where to put our things as it was so cluttered. All in all we had a lovely week away, we would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to use Aspects again.

The owners have tried to furnish and decorate the property to add colour, comfort, and a more homely feel, while keeping to a certain style, as opposed to being sparsely decorated. So, there are a few more items around compared to other properties, and we have tried to show this and the items that are available for storage in the bedrooms as best as possible in the website photos and hope that it was what you had expected. When it comes to welcome packs, these will vary in each property. Every owner provides tea, coffee, sugar, and milk as a minimum, but anything more than that is down to each individual owner. Well proportioned warm property with a great parking space within easy walking distance of town & all beaches. Impeccably clean, well maintained with attention given to what a guest might need (Bar a TV in the main bedroom). There are a few things that could definitely be improved, sofas were incredibly uncomfortable to us and this being the first property in 20 years of renting that didn’t provide anything other than tea,coffee and out of date milk (no sugar), however this was rectified immediately by Aspects. Location, convenience and cleanliness will always outweigh these minor moans and this property excelled on those fronts. Thank you for a nice stay.

We are glad that you liked it here and had a lovely stay, albeit finding the sofas uncomfortable. It can be very difficult to find mattresses and sofas that will suit everyone's taste, everyone being different; and it is disappointing to hear that the sofas were not to your preference. Your feedback is automatically sent to owners, so that they can see guest suggestions, and we will also monitor comments to keep an eye on guest's preferences over the coming months. We were sorry that the housekeeper had forgotten the sugar and left out of date milk but glad that we could get that sorted out quickly for you. Customer Services

The house was very clean when we arrived, huge bedrooms, such comfy beds. It has a great view to the sea from the side windows, would be good to have two comfy chairs in each Alcove for the view. Perfect distance to the beach, train station and Restaurants and the added bonus of the great car space outside.. Just beware of the steep hills going back to the house, we even used the leisure centre which is just behind the house, we found a short cut. We loved the house so much we have rebooked it for next year Great service from Aspects and the hire company for a cot and pushchair.

Good location, good apartment, great parking as well.

This was our 3rd stay at chy kensa, we absolutely love it. The apartment is fabulous and located perfectly, also having parking is such a bonus. We will return for sure and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment . Had the most wonderful stay , extremely comfortable in every way - fully equipped kitchen , games, books, there is nothing we would change . The views from the apartment are fabulous and the private parking is priceless .

Lovely apartment, within walking distance to town. Beware the hill, not suitable for those not fit to walk, but there are a couple of local taxi firms available. St Ives has many attractions, great holiday location.

Absolutely fabulous place so much space and spotlessly clean. We loved everything about it. Apart from the hill back up to the apartment but that’s a feature of St Ives!! Will definitely return.

We loved staying at Chy Kensa apartment 6. The decor was lovely, and so clean. The beds were super comfortable and they had everything you could possibly need. And having the parking space directly outside the front was superb. We loved sitting watching the sea view from the lounge window. The only downside was that it was up so many hills, I was 31 weeks pregnant so found this very difficult but we should of researched more before we booked. However if I wasn't pregnant the location was amazing,and we would definitely recommend and book in the future.

A wunderful apartment, very well equiped and very calm.

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. We regularly stay in apartments both here and abroad, so it’s always a delight to find a great one you know you’ll return to. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a home from home. A great bonus to have the two bathrooms (one en suite), and super spacious bedrooms. The on site allocated parking space is generously appointed, not squeezed in. But with the apartment being close to town and beaches - we only used the car for day trips. The apartment has sea peeps from the side windows and a small seating area right by the lounge patio doors which we made good use of. The overall design and layout is well thought out and the decor is contemporary, with a choice of ambient lighting for cosy evenings in. We would highly recommend this apartment and intend to return at some future date. Thank you to the owners, the cleaners and to Aspects - we had a wonderful stay.

After our original apartment had an issue with a water leak Aspect Holidays really came into their own and sorted out new accommodation instantly.Well we really landed on our feet with moving to No;6 Chy Kensa. What a fantastic property! Two massive sized bedrooms, one with generous en-suite,large bathroom and spacious lounge/diner. Decorated in a very modern style with great views of the sea. It was that good I would love to buy it and retire there!

Everything was first class, the Apartment was beautiful, light airy and clean Bedding and towels were lovely Parking space right by the door ! Flowers in the borders, outside seating area was an extra bonus as well on sunny days.....
