We absolutely love 7 Trevail Apartments, this has been our third stay and definitely will not be our last! The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, it is so comfortable, beautiful interior and a great parking space too!

The apartment has everything you need, is very cosy and easy to park up your car and walk down to st Ives in 10 mins… Our 2nd visit to this apartment and won’t be the last.

Had a lovely stay at Number 7 Trevail Apartments. Very well equipped, clean and tidy. Decor, furnishings and accessories are all very well thought out and contemporary. Comfy sofas, lots of nice cushions and throws. Lovely modern clean spacious bathroom. It’s a steepish walk up and down to the town so may not suit all. A bonus to have a parking space right at the door. Can’t wait to return

Wonderful apartment that is decorated to a very high standard, is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need included to ensure your stay is comfortable. The parking space is a generous size and a real bonus in St Ives. The location, being 5 mins into town, is also brilliant as you can pop back to the apartment through the day with ease. Aspects are always a pleasure to deal with, thank you for providing a very professional service.

Great little apartment, ideal for a couple. Everything you need is provided. Only a 10 minute walk to/from the town (albeit a bit of a steep one on the way back).

Lovely studio apartment, close to St Ives. The property is located on a steep slope. Well equipped and decorated to a high standard. We found the bedroom a little too cramped with 5 floor to ceiling cupboards and no where to put a book, glass of water, etc by the bed.

The owners have tried to make the most practical use of the space there so that guests still have plenty of clothes storage, but that does mean a small compromise on not having bedside tables. Whilst it would be lovely to have it all, we hope that you agree that it is a worthwhile compromise and the property provides everything that you should need, in a convenient location, at a very good standard and price. The property is in a hilly area of St Ives, so whilst not being too far from the town and beaches, it does involve a bit of a climb if you are on foot which may not suit everyone. We always book with aspects and we find the service they provide excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and from the time you book till you leave they are in contact.

Our 4th stay at 7 Trevail apartment. Still pretty much the same as before. The addition of dishwasher and bath tub are welcomed change. Very convenient location for St Ives town, beaches and Carbis Bay. A parking space outside the front door is always a bonus.

Great little apartment. Clean and with everything you need. Parking space is a great benefit.

Lovely place to stay, 5minute walk from the town. Well equipped. Would recommend to couples. Wouldn’t say it could fit anymore than 2 people in comfortably. Would stay again.

It is a cosy property, ideal for couples or 2 adults wanting to explore the area. Whilst there are many properties down in the centre of town where it is fairly flat; much of St Ives is actually quite hilly, so it is not unusual to have a bit of an uphill walk at the end of the day when returning from one of the many stunning beaches, or from exploring all the lovely shops, cafes, restaurants, and galleries in the town. On the plus side, it means that you can enjoy a few more pasties, cream teas and ice creams in the knowledge that you'll be working them off at the end of the day ;-) Tanya, Customer Services

We love this apartment, everything you need for a great holiday and a good size parking space too. Great position with lovely walk to the town. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful and light property, we felt very at home. Very clean and very peaceful and quiet. Milk, sugar, tea and coffee on arrival which is wonderful and also some very useful plastic containers for the beach picnics! I know the walk up the hill is mentioned a lot, but I’m super unfit and it was hard but manageable! Don’t let it put you off a great property with parking (almost unheard of!). Nowhere is more than 10 minutes walk away. Big tesco nearby but we had it delivered. BOOK TABLES for any meals out as town is very busy. Curry house is fantastic and deliver too! We will come back to this property without doubt.

Great apartment, clean, comfortable, very quiet part of St Ives. Everything that you could want or need in the apartment was supplied. Ideal location for the Train station and Porthminster beach and the shops are fairly close. The only issue to be aware of, is the apartment is on a steep hill otherwise, highly recommended.

Lovely modern apartment with plenty of living space and kitchen area with a modern bathroom and walk in shower. Close to Porthminster Beach and a walk downhill to the town, although uphill all the way home on an evening after a couple of drinks! Car park space directly outside the front door was priceless.

Lovely apartment for a couple. Well equity and everything you need. We stayed as a family of 4 using the sofa bed however it was a bit of a squeeze. Location is excellent, a few big hills to get there but great exercise for the thighs!

We had a wonderful time staying at 7 Trevail Apartment. It is located on upper ground floor, very quiet and parking spot directly outside the front door.

Flat is conveniently located within 10 minutes walk to St Ives town centre, harbor front, Porthminster beach and Porthmeor beach.

It is a compact flat, perfect sized for couples.

lovely property and well maintained. Location approx 5mins walk from town centre, porthminster beach and train station(if travelling by train).Walk back is uphill! Free parking was ideal and good location for getting around Cornwall. The apartment was very well equiped washing up liquid, hand wash, tea towel, iron, ironing board, nespresso coffee machine. A pint of semi skimmed milk, sugar and Nescafe coffee was also there for us on arrival, nice touch! Will definitely be revisiting 10 out of 10!

Was our second visit to 7 Trevail Apartment and was just as good as the first! Absolutely love this apartment, very cosy, very clean and in a perfect location. Will definitely book this apartment again on our next St.Ives holiday!

Beautifully furnished and well fitted apartment at 7 Trevail apartments. Our place was a haven to return to after a long day of sightseeing.

The colour scheme of the apartment was quite beautiful. Very calming and serene. The sofas were excellent quality and so lovely with their orange throws and cushions. I wanted to take it all home!

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment to go back to, to relax after a long day out.
