The beautiful Porthminster beach is only a few minutes' walk away, as is St Ives town centre with its many amenities. You also have your own outside area to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining with your favourite tipple in the evening, when the kids are tucked up in bed. It's a great holiday destination where you can relax and create unforgettable memories!

I've stayed in and around St. Ives many times, and this is a great location, having close access to the town centre and beaches and having decent parking. It's a short walk into town (steep walk back, but it's not far) The property is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 weeks and had everything I needed.
Parking is right outside and the property is situated on a quiet road so there's no drama taking the car out or parking up.

Aspects apartments never fail to please. We had a wonderful week's stay here. Next time we would book somewhere with a view, as there were none.....but we knew this before booking.

Small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Great location and parking is a real plus. Very good value for St Ives.

The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and in a lovely quiet position with the benefit of parking right next to the apartment. The apartment was beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need, we instantly felt comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was well positioned for Porthminster beach and the town centre. Can’t think of one negative will definitely stay here again. Really liked the apartment, it’s super clean and comfortable beds and sofas. Very warm and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. A short walk down to the beaches and town. Had a little difficulty finding it initially as it’s on Porthminster, not Talland Rd, it does say this in the directions, but address given was Talland Rd.

We really like this apartment have stayed previously and have another booking later in the year. It’s in a good location, parking is right outside the door and is really well equipment. Always clean, tidy and up together.

This was our first time staying in st ives and also our first time booking with Aspects. The apartment was excellent, in a great location and had everything you needed.

This is a lovely cozy Apartment located just a short walk to the centre of St. Ives, the beaches and railway station.

Beautiful apartment, well furnished with outdoor seating. Close to town - albeit with a couple of steep hills to come back up. Not much you could ask for equipment wise, including picnic bits and a brolly! Lovely coffee, teabags and milk on arrival.

Stayed at No6 Trevail apartments, had the most amazing weather for the week. The Apartment was OK as a base but we have stayed in better. The walk down to St ives takes about 10 mins down some very steep roads but the scenery is well worth the walk. We have been coming to St ives for the last decade but this time round, we noticed the exorbitant prices they are now charging for food and drink. If you want the best Fish, chips and peas in St ives, take a walk, bus, taxi or car ride back out up the hill towards Carbis Bay where you will find the Cornish Arms pub. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and fantastic pub grub for great prices. Other places we would recommend for food and drink are the Badger at Lelant, Birdies bistro Lelant/Hayle and Ped n olva hotel ( roof terrace if possible ) St Ives will always be a fantastic place but it is in danger of pricing itself out of reach for normal holidaymakers.

Amazing holiday ! Apartment had everything we could want ,and waiting in the fridge was milk and lovely cornish coffee and teabags ...nice touch after a long journey Very clean and well presented Thank you ??

Wonderful apartment with great facilities, and in a brilliant location, perfect family space and well equipped, parking is a huge plus for properties in St ives, and this space was plenty big enough for a large car as I drive a pickup and was plenty of room, aspects were great to deal with and always helpful when we had questions before our visit.

Lovely little apartment, with outside space. Steep hill up, but doable. 4 mins walk to train station so very close to amenities!

This is a great location with a 10 minute (if that) walk into town/beach. All the local amenities are nearby, train station is on the doorstep to get to other parts of st ives. Highly reccommend

Nice comfortable well equipped apartment in a good location with easy parking. Tackling the uphill walk back from the town wasn't that bad at all. Would certainly stay there again.

If Carsberg did holiday apartments this would be it. So well thought out from comfortable sofa & bed to everything you could need in the kitchen. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. The apartment was in a great location and well equipped.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location close to St Ives town centre and harbour. Be aware there is a steep walk into town but this didn't affect our holiday at all and if you know St Ives it is fully expected. Spacious and well equipped for a holiday apartment and the private parking space was a godsend !!

Excellent apartment, we have stayed here before and come back all the time. Car park space right outside the back door which is a bonus, every little detail has been thought of even down to stuff for picnics you won’t need to bring anything. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Lovely apartment, close to town. There was everything you could possibly need. The parking space was a bonus. It is uphill from town if you struggle walking. I would return to this apartment.

An excellent apartment, value for money and easy to locate

The accommodation was spotlessly clean on arrival and had excellent facilities. The kitchen equipment was of a very high standard and the dishwasher was a great addition. There was plenty of crockery, pots and pans so a full meal could be cooked if required. The central heating ensured the place was always warm and the bed was very comfortable. It was great having a parking space as it would have been impossible to park without this being available. It is quite a steep walk down to the town or beach so take it slowly and enjoy the views.

We highly recommend Aspects holidays their staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have been using them to book our holidays for over ten years and wouldn’t consider using any other company. The properties we have stayed in are always spotlessly clean and very well equipped

We had a lovely week in St Ives at 6 Trevail apartments. The property was lovely, well decorated, spotlessly clean, and a nice (albeit steep) walk to the beach or town. The equipment provided was plentiful, one of the most comprehensive of all the holiday rentals we've stayed in. The parking space was very helpful as St Ives was very busy we week we were there. Fantastic collection of DVDs for evening entertainment which proved a big hit with our children. A tip for those on the EE network where signal is lacking in the apartment - switching on the Wifi calling option on your mobile phone resolves the coverage issue.

Beautiful apartment bright and nicely decorated very modern and had everything you needed . But on top of a steep hill when you come from main part of town you have to walk up three hills to get back to this apartment. With a little child may be a little difficult .

The owners have tried to ensure that their guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, but sitting at the top of the town, away from the hustle and bustle, does involve an uphill walk. It still has the huge benefit of being within walking distance to all the great places and beaches in the town, but the walk may not be suitable for everyone. For those that may struggle with this uphill walk on the way back after a fun day out exploring, please do not hesitate to contact us before booking, for advice on bus services and local taxi firms that may provide you with a solution. Our apartment was lovely, spacious and very comfortable especially the bed. The kitchen was well equipped. Very clean inside too. Ideal location, only a short walk to town and beach. Would definitely recommend.

A stylish and modern family apartment, with the bonus of a parking place. It is conveniently situated both for the shops and the beaches. There are plenty of home from home extras included, to give you a comfortable stay. Be aware that if your phone uses the EE network, you won't get a reliable signal inside the apartment. I quite enjoyed that, and it's no problem if you step outside. There is a good Internet connection.

6 Trevail apartments is one of the best equipped holiday lets I have stayed in ( and I have stayed in quite a few )The owners have pretty much thought of everything to make your holiday comfortable. A good selection of dvd’s and books,picnic equipment,beach equipment and a well stocked kitchen with decent untensils.
