Situated on the fourth floor just a few steps up from the car parking space, 48 Carrack Widden enjoys superb sea and harbour views from dual aspect windows. Sleeping up to four with twin beds that can be pushed together to provide a king size bed and a double sofa bed. Ideally positioned, just a few minutes' walk to the bus and train stations, the magnificent Porthminster beach and all the shops and restaurants in the town itself.

We have stayed in St Ives many times but this was our first holiday using Aspects. The whole process was smooth and the property we chose had an outstanding dual aspect view of Portminster Beach, Smeaton's Pier and beyond, making our stay extra special. We would book to stay there again . . in fact we already have!

48 Carrack Widden is a perfect spot for our holiday in St Ives. The location is ideal and has allocated parking also. The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable and we always enjoy our stay here. We definitely recommend it to anyone visiting St Ives.

Clean comfortable flat with amazing views of St Ives, having car parking is a bonus as you can get in and out of St Ives without having to drive into the town, also the location is ideal for walking into town or any of the beaches. The one caution I would give is the car parking spaces are ideal for medium sized cars but a number of larger vehicles might struggle. Overall highly recommended

First visit out of season and we had a great week. The weather was kind, the majority of places were open and it was lovely without the crowds- coming back to a warm apartment each afternoon was just what we needed to be comfortable and to be able to relax. We always enjoy staying at 48 Carrack Widden. We have been there 4 times now and are already booked for next June. The location and beautiful views from the windows plus parking, what's not to like? We highly recommend to anyone wishing to have a peaceful holiday surrounded by such beauty.

A perfectly located apartment with great views of both Porthminster Beach out front, and towards the harbour to the side. The parking space was adequate for our SUV and access wasn't difficult at all. We have already booked next year.

Stayed twice now and have booked again for next year. The views from the apartment are stunning due to the apartment being on the corner. Comfy bed and pillows. Head height in the bedroom is limited due to sloping roof and the bathroom is very small. However, perfectly adequate for a week away. Great location, easy walking down into the town and beaches but the climb back can be a bit of a challenge!

The flat is in a ideal position for wandering around St Ives, also it is easy access into and out of St Ives by car. The views from every window are excellent and the accomodation is very good and well equiped. Only one bit of advice the parking bays are quite tight so if you have a number of cars on the large side parking can be difficult.

48 Carrack Widden is a cosy apartment with fantastic views in every room, even to loo. Well kitted out, could benefit from some modernisation but clean and perfectly serviceable. Lovely modern bathroom with big shower area but bathroom is a bit snug! Great parking spot, always a bonus in st Ives - would happily stay here again .

January is a great time to visit St Ives to enjoy the fabulous scenery and relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of welcoming pubs and restaurants to enjoy without the crowds! The flat is in the perfect location having amazing views and is very comfortable, warm and well equipped.

We loved our stay at 48 Carrack Widden! The tea bags, coffee and milk on arrival were a lovely touch and the flat had everything we could have needed! The location and views were second to none and we are already booking again for next year!

A good location only a short walk to the centre of St Ives. There are great views over Porthminster Beach and over towards the town. The flat is comfortable and well equipped. Another benefit is the parking space, which is right outside the apartment.

This is a fantastic apartment with fantastic views, but could be a little tight for four adults as in two couples. The car parking space in St Ives is a bonus but could be a little difficult in terms of width for a car much more than a Focus or Astra. We are a couple with a ford B Max who are originally from Cornwall. So will we book again? Even though we have a 7 hour drive to get there? Of course we would, and we have.

With a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area, the owners have tried to offer flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. So, whilst it can sleep up to 4 people, some may find it a little limited on space at full occupancy. We have tried to show the space and seating/sleeping arrangements as clearly as we can within the website photos and description, so we do hope that this was all as you had expected. Thank you also highlighting the parking space. Our literature indicates average parking spaces as being suitable for a VW Golf or something similar, but we will look into how we can help to make this information clearer for guests. Had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen area is very well equipped and a lovely gesture of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival. Lovely views from the double aspect lounge. All in all, a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is a great place to stay to explore St Ives and the surrounding areas. It has such good views from all the windows - even the bathroom! The property is compact, but has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed having our breakfast looking out over the beautiful view, watching the paddleboarders and dogs with their walkers. The location was perfect - nice quiet area, but you can be on the lovely white sand of Porthminster beach in 10 minutes walk, or in the bustle of St Ives Harbour with its lovely restaurants and local shops. You can also pick up the coastal path for lovely coastal walks, or hop on the St Ives Branch Line train to take you up the coast.

This is the perfect place to stay for a family wanting to beach comb or just enjoy the charm of pretty & magical St. Ives. Just a short stroll up from the train & bus station you will NOT be disappointed ......the property is not only beautifully decorated, warm & cosy with everything you need but the views are STUNNING!!!!!! Also I recommend the Toffee apple crumble slices & Millionaire slices from the Allotment deli - yummy!!!! I promise you that you will not be disappointed with this holiday and in my opinion it is a million times better than anything you will find overseas as the Cornish charm and culture especially in St. Ives and surrounding area is so magical its impossible to find that anywhere else! I also recommend the amazing Sundaes & array of amazing flavour Kellys ice creams on Wharf Road. Porthmeor beach has bigger waves for surfing and bodybarding and Porthgwiddon is more sheltered and calmer more suitable for families tho Porthmeor too of course as well as Porthminster which pretty much has everything! You will come away from this hol feeling refreshed, relaxed and mesmerised

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was our second time there, this time celebrating our honeymoon.
On arrival to pick up the keys we were greeted by a lovely member of the Aspects staff with a card and a bottle of prosecco. What a wonderful surprise!
The apartment as before was clean, comfortable with beautiful views from every window. The location with included parking is perfect for us. It is only a short walk to gain access to the beach and the centre of St Ives.
We will definitely be staying again in the future!

An excellent, small but perfectly formed apartment with the most amazing views out over rooftops towards the harbour and over Porthminster beach. With the windows open you can hear the sea. Perfect for a couple with plenty of comfy seating, comfy beds and lots kitchen equipment. Clean and quiet - I would say here again and would recommend it to friends too.

48 Carrick Widden - views from apartment windows are amazing, alot better than I thought. Parking was excellent with good facilities on site. Only 5 minutes walk to the town centre and beach. Comfortable for two people but I think it would struggle with four people.
