Situated on the fourth floor just a few steps up from the car parking space, 48 Carrack Widden enjoys superb sea and harbour views from dual aspect windows. Sleeping up to four with twin beds that can be converted to a king size double bed and a double sofa bed. Ideally positioned, just a few minutes' walk to the bus and train stations, the magnificent Porthminster beach and all the shops and restaurants in the town itself.
from the parking area into a communal hallway then door to the apartment into:
galley style, electric hob and oven, fridge.
double sofa bed, two large chairs, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs, sea views over Porthminster beach and the harbour.
twin beds which can be pushed together to create a king, sea views.

parking for one average size car at rear of complex, night storage heaters, communal laundry facilities, short breaks available.
This was our 3rd stay at 48 carrack widen and as always it didn’t disappoint. A very comfortable, well equipped and homely flat with the most amazing views of st Ives and porthminster beach, We have already booked to return next year,

St Ives is our happy place in summer or winter its magical ,loads to do and explore good food and shops filled with lovely pretty and or tasty things, lots of happy friendly people , brilliant transport links ,restaurants serving fresh local produce cooked to perfection and beautiful beaches to walk or just sit and relax and listen to the waves it's a little bit of heaven x?

Held on the anniversary of the consecration of the Parish Church of St Eia in 1434 AD, Feast Day offers visitors to witness - and even join in with - some centuries-old traditions. A morning precesison led by the Mayor to bless the Well of St Eia. Following this, the Mayor will 'Hurls the Silver Ball' into a crowd of children who assemble on the beach below. The one who returns the ball to the Guildhall steps by midday receives a silver coin. In the afternoon the Mayor then throw pennies from the balcony of the Guildhall for children to collect.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was our second time there, this time celebrating our honeymoon.
On arrival to pick up the keys we were greeted by a lovely member of the Aspects staff with a card and a bottle of prosecco. What a wonderful surprise!
The apartment as before was clean, comfortable with beautiful views from every window. The location with included parking is perfect for us. It is only a short walk to gain access to the beach and the centre of St Ives.
We will definitely be staying again in the future!

An excellent, small but perfectly formed apartment with the most amazing views out over rooftops towards the harbour and over Porthminster beach. With the windows open you can hear the sea. Perfect for a couple with plenty of comfy seating, comfy beds and lots kitchen equipment. Clean and quiet - I would say here again and would recommend it to friends too.

The views are excellent! You can see the beach from the window. Nice modern apartment with good use of space and the added bonus of a parking space makes things so easy.
Nice and peaceful in the complex also. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and center of St. Ives.

48 Carrick Widden - views from apartment windows are amazing, alot better than I thought. Parking was excellent with good facilities on site. Only 5 minutes walk to the town centre and beach. Comfortable for two people but I think it would struggle with four people.
