This ideally situated, beautiful one bedroom apartment offers a modern, light and airy feel throughout. The sea views are second to none and you'll even be able to hear the waves crashing onto the shore from the comfort of the sofa. Within a ten minute stroll you can be at the beach or in the centre of St Ives, but with its own allocated private parking space, you can also explore the surrounding area with ease during your stay. A wonderfully romantic hideout at any time of year, for long or short breaks.
The many beaches of St Ives are ideal for sunbathers and surfers alike. Head to Porthmeor for surfboard hire and surf lessons, or relax on any one the beautiful beaches on the doorstep. You'll also find an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and pubs close by, so it's perfect for a self catering holiday.
from the parking area there are 14 steps up into a communal hallway then door to the apartment into:

44 Carrack Widden is very well located with excellent views over Porthminster beach and the station. The interior and furnishings appear to be modern and very clean. There is a dedicated parking space close to the apartment, although in common with St Ives parking generally this is somewhat tight. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for next year.

44 Carrack Widden is very well located with excellent views over Porthminster beach and the station. The interior and furnishings appear to be modern and very clean. You will not regret choosing Carrack Widden. The views from the front room are incredible. The location is just perfect for spending time on Porthminster Beach aswell as being able to walk into the town and harbour area and other beaches in St Ives. Was also well situated for coastal walks to Carbis Bay and beyond. The car parking space was easy and a real perk to have in this area.

We love staying at 44 Carrack Widden, have stayed there a few times now and already booked for next year. We love the location, ease of parking with your own space. Apartments have their own caretaker, who is great. Spectacular views across Porthminster. Costs keep increasing but no more than any other accommodation in St Ives.

We have had a wonderful two weeks in St Ives. This flat is well positioned,with the bonus of parking. The view is wonderful and we saw dolphins and seals from our window. Aspects holiday staff are amazing ,going that extra mile. Another bonus is that you do not have to go into town to pick up your keys. Looking forward to coming again next year or maybe sooner.

St Ives is a lovely town and offers some great eating places and shops to shop, the accommodation was in the right place for us and as said has a great view over the beach. Also close to the rail station should you need it, parking good as each room on the upper level has it's own space. Great holiday and would stay again

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful flat with the most amazing view of Porthminster beach. The flat was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you need : comfortable bed, great shower, lots of crockery and even salt and pepper, hand soap and washing up liquid. It’s in a great location for walking into St Ives harbour area or catching the train and with the added bonus of a parking space we were able to drive around the surrounding area too. Fantastic holiday thanks.

The property is in an excellent location, with spectacular views overlooking the beach and sea. The place was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Situated a little bit out of the centre, it was quieter, but not too far to walk into town for shops/bars/restaurants, albeit up a steep climb. Very suitable for a couple to stay in and the parking space was an added bonus. I would recommend the accommodation and would return again. Thank you for a lovely week.

Lovely modern apartment with an incredible view. The parking was a big plus, very easy to get to the main road without having to go near the twisty lanes of St Ives! The position and view are hard to beat. Would definitely recommend for a single person or couple who want to be in a quiet spot yet only a few minutes from the town and beaches.

Breath taking views over Porthminster beach, and extensive coastline , a large window to watch the sunrise was spectacular. A couple of minutes from the railway station, below the apartment. Good location for a short walk to the centre of town . Plenty of cafes and restaurants of excellent quality to choose from. Immaculately clean and well stocked kitchen. An added bonus of a car parking space. May be difficult for people with mobility issues, as steps up to the apartment and very hilly.

We had a 1 week stay at the beginning of August and we absolutely loved it! The property itself more than exceeded expectations and I mean no offense whatsoever when I say this but, the pictures simply do not do it justice. The view from the window is amazing which opens up and being a large window, this allows for a bright and airy flat which was really pleasing throughout our stay. Even though items had been removed (due to COVID) from the flat, we still managed to find useful games to take to the beach in the cupboard. The location was great to town and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, the way back kills you a bit with it's hills but worry about that later, it still burns off the dinner you had out! :)
Speaking of which, there are some fantastic restaurants within close proximity to the property which we took full advantage of. I thought it was a bit weird reading reviews of people saying they wanted to go back every year but I might just have to become one of those weirdos now!

44 Carrack Widden is a flat in a good location with provision of a parking space (a rarity in St. Ives!). It enjoys fabulous views out over Porthminster Beach to Hayle and Godrevy Lighthouse which really can't be beaten. It is a short walk down to Porthminster Beach and a little further to the town beach, Porthmeor (Surfing) Beach and the Tate Gallery. Everywhere is within walking distance and this makes it an excellent choice for a really relaxing break. The town is full of lovely shops and galleries to browse around and there is a good choice of places to eat. We have been coming here regularly for some 40 years now so it can't be bad!

It's ideally situated for easy access in to St Ives town, the beaches and the coastal path. Carbis Bay is an easy walk away. We'd love to return.
