Magnificent sea views of St Ives Bay can be enjoyed from the sitting room. Close to both the bus and rail stations and the many shops, restaurants and galleries, a car is certainly not needed. For those who would like to explore a little further, there is an allocated parking space for one average size car at the rear of the complex.

Excellent location. Good quality accommodation.Convenient car parking on site.Town short walk. Return walk uphill all the way. Plenty of taxis in town if you prefer lift back for the very short ride.

38 Carrack Widden is a lovely flat with fabulous views out over Porthminster Beach to Hayle and Godrevy Lighthouse. The flat is clean, tidy, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. It has the advantage of a parking space right outside the property, which is worth its weight in gold in St.Ives! You can park up and leave the car there until you leave as it is about a 10 minute walk down to the harbour front and a little less to Porthminster Beach, the Bus Station, and the Train Station. Although coming back may take a little longer!!

This is a really good apartment, comfortable, well maintained and very convenient for St Ives centre. This was a second visit, and we'd be more than happy to stay there again.

38 Carrack Widden was a perfect choice, given that we wanted to be within walking distance of St Ives centre. It was extremely convenient, well maintained, well equipped, and comfortable, matching the description on the Aspects website. I'd not hesitate to recommend the apartment as a great retreat for two, and we shall be returning again shortly.

Amazing view of porthminster beach. Short steep walk to the beach and harbour. Immaculate apartment in great location with the bonus of a parking spot (which is a little narrow, but not a problem for us). Very large bed and shower. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Only small issue was that there was no dishwasher so bring your washing up gloves or enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in st ives. Very close to the railway station.

A lovely flat with a fantastic veiw of the sunrise over Carbis Bay. Good to have parking without too many stairs to the flat. Easy access for buses and trains and Porthminster Beach. Walking back from town is uphill but good for working off that extra cream tea!

One of the nicest places that we have stayed, and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay , within easy walking distance of st Ives.

Perfect apartment, location, with parking and St Ives although quieter than in summer still had a lively buzz during the day stunning beaches and plenty of lovely food available to sit in or takeaway even the sun was out for the majority of our week in St Ives.

Just returned from a fantastics weeks holiday in St Ives made even better by our stay at 38 Carrack Widden. The view from the apartment is amazing, you will never be bored of that view!!! The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. Comfy environment, spacious for 2 guests and not too warm. Really appreciated the card on arrival from the owners - nice touch. Perfect location. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone and we would love stay again.

38 Carrack Widden is a very well furnished, clean, and comfortable flat, in a front line position with uninterrupted views of Porthminster Beach, Hayle, and Godrevy Lighthouse. It is in a great location, being only a few minutes walk to the centre of St. Ives and the harbour front and with the added bonus of parking right outside the property. The walk down to the town and back up might be a bit challenging for someone with mobility issues, but, other than that, this is an excellent holiday flat and I would highly recommend it.

Lots of natural light with the big windows and that view is breathtaking

We had a few evenings in sat in the window having a glass of fizz as it was such a lovely stunning view! We also had most mornings eating breakfast in the window watching the dogs on the beach and the early runners/swimmers

Had another marvelous stay at 38 Carrack Widden in October. Great apartment, lovely, clean and comfortable. Amazing view. Wish I could live here. Hope to be back soon.

Stunning apartment with great views overlooking Porthminster beach. Lovely comfy bed, large shower cubical, big screen tv and DVD player. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Free off street parking is included. Highly recommend The Cornish Bakery for the best pasties and cream teas and the Harbour restaurant for fish and chips and door step bread and butter. Check out the little cinema is so quirky and tiny.

If you want to enjoy a quality rental property, where the owners genuinely want others to enjoy their second home, then you won’t be disappointed with number 38 Carrick Widden. Fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality, including the fluffy towels. The bed is super comfy and there’s nothing better than sitting in an armchair with a glass of wine, looking across the sea to Hayle and Godrevy……even if the rain is pouring down! Thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight and hope to spend many more holidays here.

We absolutely loved 38 Carrack Widden. We have used Aspects for all of our St Ives Holidays & can't imagine using anyone else, always fantastic & helpful. The little touch from owners Bob & Norma were lovely, fresh coffee, milk tea & a gorgeous card, really helpful information, even dvds & games to use. The king-sized bed was a dream, parking space right outside a double wardrobe to hang my many outfits but the view of porthminster & over to Hayle was perfect. 38 Carrack Widden is a lovely flat. It is well positioned, and a quick walk into town. The carpark is a welcome addition although the space for number 38 is a little tight if you have a big car.

38 Carrack Widden is a very comfortable and well furnished apartment in St Ives. Great views and easy parking, an essential for us in St Ives. Gentle walk into town. Bit of a hill coming back. Aspects are very helpful, we have rented through them the last three years. Only a minor problem once and dealt with quickly. We like the fact that we can pick up the keys in Hayle on the way down, without getting involved in the St Ives traffic system and drop off on the way home.

You won’t be disappointed by number 38 Carrack Widden. The additional, personal touches such as ground coffee and a small gift pack of flavoured tea bags are thoughtful and it is nice that the owners obviously welcome their visitors rather than treating them as cash generators.

This flat is in a great location with a lovely view out to sea. The flat is very comfortable and has a large shower,all the rooms are decorated to a high standard,a flat that makes you feel at home.

Perfect base for our holiday in St Ives. In fact, we only used the car once during the whole week. Flat was clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect and led to a perfect nights sleep.

We have been coming to Carrack Widden flats since 1985/6 with different agents and different flats, but 38 is the best flat and Aspects are the best agents we have had.

Fantastic accommodation! Superb in every way! Couldn't ask for more!

This property is a little gem in St Ives, it is close to all the lovely quant shops in the town centre, the railway station is really nearby and the trains run regularly and the fares are very reasonable. The bus station is also a stones throw away and there is a good bus timetable. The porthminster beach is literally right in front of the flat and accessible down a flight of steps, best beach in St Ives. Overall a fantastic place to rest relax and breathe in the sea air and eat at the many restaurants St Ives has to offer.
