Located on the second floor of the popular Carrack Widden complex, number 23 sits desirably in St Ives, overlooking the stunning Porthminster beach, its golden sands and turquoise waters. Day after day can be spent sunbathing here, soaking up the sun or paddling in the sea before treating yourself to lunch or dinner with a view, at the delicious Porthminster beach café. A few minutes' walk in the opposite direction will lead you down to the bustling harbour. There is plenty to do for all ages throughout the town, from a variety of restaurants, bistros and delis of local produce, through to an arcade to keep the kids entertained or a family friendly boat trip out to Seal Island. This comfortable, open plan, one bedroom, apartment is the perfect base to return to, following a fun filled day, and sleeps up to four guests, with the use of the sofa bed, and the allocated parking in the private underground car park allows you to arrive with ease, getting your holiday off to a nice and easy, relaxed, start.

Additional information

electric panel heaters throughout, parking for one medium size car in the underground car park, no washing machine in the apartment but there are laundry facilities at the rear of the complex, WiFi, short breaks available.

 
 

This is a lovely comfortable flat with a wonderful unimpeded view over Porthminster Beach and beyond. Allocated undercover parking is a definite plus in St Ives and it is just a short walk to the town and beaches which makes its location ideal. We return regularly to Carrack Widden and are never disappointed.

A great apartment. Fantastic view of Porthminster Beach that fills the whole living room window. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Really handy to have underground parking. Very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Would go again.
