This is our second visit to Treporth and it is a very good property. We enjoyed the parking for 2 good size cars. It was very comfortable for the 6 of us. It has a very well equipped kitchen. The location of the house was also excellent for the convenience of surfing and bodyboarding and walking around the town.
Mrs Swain October 2024
Our stay at Treporth was absolutely lovely, it’s lovely and spacious and has all you need. The views are stunning and to be able to watch the sunset from the sofa is definitely a winner. We loved this spot and are booking again for next year.

The property is in a great location, with parking for up to two cars and with sea views. It is spacious, so a good option for two families. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We liked the property, but we did not find the sofas or beds to be comfortable.

Thank you very much for your review. We were delighted to see that you had such an enjoyable stay in Treporth and that it suited both the families in your party well. The parking is certainly an added bonus and takes away an worry of finding a space in the busy season. We were sorry to see that the sofas and beds weren't to your taste and although this can be a subjective matter, we shall certainly monitor any future comments we may receive regarding this. Hopefully it won't be long before you're back in St Ives again soon! Ben, Customer Services.

Trepoth is the perfect place to stay .It has everything you need .lots of room for a family. Perfect view over Porthmeor beach .Wonderful to sit in the lounge and watch the sunset .Added bonus two parking spots
Mrs Ross Jul 2024
TrePorth is a fantastic holiday stay. The house is only a very short walk to Porthmeor beach and into St Ives centre. The house was very clean and comfortable with lovely views. The kitchen was really well equipped, every utensil you require for cooking! A big bonus is the 2 parking spaces, we managed to park a VW transporter and VW golf estate in the spaces. Great holiday stay for a family.
Mrs Hawkins Jun 2024
We love staying at Treporth, we have stayed 4 times. It is perfect for our young family and perfectly situated. Close enough to the town and the beach. The parking space is a luxury and we hope to come back next year.
Mrs Fairfield May 2024
This was our 4th visit to Treporth, we are 3 generations and it meets all our needs. Great having 3 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces.
Mrs Derrick Apr 2024
Lovely homely and well decorated house! Plenty of equipment and facilities for all! Great to have two parking spaces as well and so close to town! We will be back again next year!
Mrs Chadwick Mar 2024
Great house in a stunning location Beautiful home for your holiday, quick walk into town, having 2 car spaces a bonus too
Mr Mottershead Jan 2024
Treporth is a lovely comfortable, well equipped house for a family holiday with plenty of space to relax. The parking spaces will take 2 medium cars or a large and small but there's not much spare space. The climb up from the beach or harbour is very steep but the benefit is fantastic views over Porthmeor beach.
Mrs Russell Sep 2023
We loved our two week stay at Tre Porth! It is in a perfect location with two parking spaces which is very unique for central St Ives! Each bedroom effectively has its own bathroom. This house was even better than we expected and we hope to return next year!
Mrs Brooks Jul 2023
Our fifth stay at Treporth didn’t disappoint! Fabulous location, ideal for exploring or just wandering down to the beach. The bubbles are a lovely touch!??
Mrs Barton Jun 2023
Absolutely perfect holiday home in a fantastic location, spacious and comfortable and very well equipped! Went to rebook it during our stay for the following year but was already taken, that’s how impressed we were. Will definitely go again, parking is such a bonus.
Mrs Flanagan Jun 2023
We love staying in this house and were welcomed to a wonderful welcome tray. The house it perfectly equipped for a young family. We started coming when my son was 5 months old and have been every year since. The luxury of parking outside the house with no stress is wonderful.
Mrs Fairfield May 2023
Property very good, excellent for a family. We go with our daughter and 2 grandsons and it meets all our needs. Great for the beach and town, as long as you don't mind the hills coming back up.
Mrs Derrick Apr 2023
A lovely home with great views and everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Parking is tight for two cars but a bonus to have a parking space in St Ives! Will definitely come again soon!
Mrs Chadwick Mar 2023
We loved our holiday at Treporth and will definitely be going back! Very comfy, lovely views, parking for 2 cars, nicely furnished and enough space for the 4 of us. A couple of minor things that I've pointed out in the feedback to Aspects so hopefully those things will be taken on board, but nothing to stop us returning.
Mrs Peace Sep 2022
We had a lovely holiday at Treporth. It is a light, airy, clean house with wonderful views, comfortable furniture and in a great location. We would book again and were glad to find it. Thank you.
Mr Wilson Sep 2022
Beautiful property ticks all the boxes.
Mr McClennon Sep 2022
The house was very good, well stocked with equipment. Two parking spaces was an added bonus .Ten minutes walk to beach, town and harbour. Excellent property for an enjoyable holiday. Would definitely stay there again in the future, would recommend to friends and family.
Mr Taylor Jul 2022
Overall the house is great and has obviously had some time and money spent on it; it is warm, clean and comfortable, however the bathrooms were quite tired and the electric showers could do with an upgrade. With 3 kids we struggled a little without a tumble drier, so a washer-drier would be an added bonus (we didn't want to turn the heating on all the time to dry clothes on radiators). As the ground floor rear bedroom is somewhat separated from the rest of the house, I was a little concerned initially about the lack of security at the back of the house - there is a small yard with no gate, just a gap onto the lane behind. Personally I would have appreciated a locking gate for peace of mind. A tap/hose at the back would also have been a great bonus to help with washing off wetsuits and beach gear at the end of the day. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at Tre Porth but these minor improvements would be great to see. The location and parking space make it a winner and we would recommend.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. The owners had originally been planning on changes to the bathrooms this year, but there can many reasons for delays or changes to plans, so in the meantime we try to ensure that the photos and descriptions are accurate, so that guest know what the current decor and style is, so we do hope that this was what you had expected. Your comments are automatically sent on to the property owners though, so that they can consider any suggestions for future improvements, so thank you for the helpful comments and we hope to see you back soon. Great holiday in a lovely house complimented by great service from Aspects Holidays
Mr McGrory Oct 2021
Treporth offered fantastic accommodation and location for a young family. The off-street parking was a real treat and offered lots of flexibility on what we wanted to do with our days. We found this the perfect spot for exploring St Ives and the Cornwall coastline, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house.
Ms Carlile Sep 2021
This is the second year we have stayed at Treporth. It's a fabulous location, just a couple of minutes from the gorgeous Virgin Street, Fore Street, The Digey and both Porthmeor beach and (a little further away) Porthgwidden beach. With parking for two cars and so close to the centre of St Ives, this property is just about unique. Watch those gorgeous Porthmeor sunsets from the windows and wake up to an amazing view. The new owners have updated the property already, the decked area is transformed, the new sofas and beds are fabulous. You can walk to everywhere - both times we have parked and not used the car all week. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Mrs Guest Aug 2021
Treporth is a lovely house with sea views. The rooms are large and comfortable. The house was very well equipped and the stylish updates are excellent The house shows it is loved by it's new owners We had a wonderful stay
Mrs Fairfield May 2021
Lovely house, equipped with all commodities and less than 10 mins away from Porthmeor beach. Great place to stay!!!
Dr Maugeri May 2021
Wow! What a week. Our stay at treporth was fab. As set out by aspects, the property is under new ownership and have recently put in some new sofas which were SO comfortable, as well as new bed sheets etc to give the house a lease of new life. All of the kitchen equipment was brand new and very high spec - we loved all the Joseph Joseph! There’s also a fab new smart TV in the living room. Please ignore prior reviews about the house needing some TLC as the new owners have provided that. We had the best week ever staying at Tre Porth and can’t wait to come back and visit again in the future. Having two parking spaces is such a bonus as we could see people every day queuing to try and get spaces in the local car park and this was off season. Thanks so much for having us, and aspects should definitely get a photographer round soon to show off what the house looks like now! Love Sam and Jake xx
Mr Blackburn May 2021
Treporth is a good sized house in a very good position with two parking spaces ( very useful in St Ives) and close to a great surfing beach.
Mrs Atherton Aug 2020
Treporth has a great location (a few minutes downhill to Porthmeor Beach) and 5 minutes walk downhill into town.
The house is spacious but tired. The sofa is dirty, the outside areas are spartan (some old dirty furniture) and crockery is chipped. The painting etc are really nice. It could be a dream house, but isn't currently.

Thank you for your helpful feedback. This property now has new owners who have some great plans for Treporth. They have now replaced mattresses, bedside tables, the coffee table and have ordered new outdoor furniture and are in the process of replacing a lot of other items in the coming months, as well as redecorating. They have some very exciting plans for the bathrooms and kitchen, but these areas are not likely to change until 2022, however, it should already look very different should you return before then. Thank you again for your really helpful feedback. Tanya, Customer Services
an excellent property so easy for beech and enjoying restaurants and pubs or an evening.
Mr McClennon Sep 2019

Had a very pleasant stay at Treporth, lovely location close to beach and town. The house is nice and roomy with excellent sea views. The parking is quite tight but ok for medium sized cars. We would definitely book again.
Mrs Stainton Jul 2019
Lovely stay at Treporth. Second time we've been there. Family house ideal for three generations. Good location for surfing teenagers. Also easy access to the harbour and Fore Street. All down fairly steep hills but taxi back are easily available and reasonably priced. Good news for elderly less mobile grand parents
Mrs Wadsworth Jul 2019
Treporth has everything to ensure you hVe a great family holiday. The property is large with lots of space for families and the bonus of parking.
It’s an easy down hill walk into town and a a short hard shock coming back but leaves a warm feeling of satisfaction knowing yhst you’ve deserved the cream teas and pasties.
I would book this property again if they would allow dogs.
Mr Frammingham Nov 2018

We are very sorry if the standard of cleanliness was not to the high level that you would have expected, we can only apologise if any areas had been missed. Having now received this feedback, we will be closely monitoring this, so thank you for your comments. Tanya, Customer Services
We were a bit disappointed because the House overall was good, good location, parking etc, For a small amount of decoration/fittings/ clean it could go from good to excellent.

We are really sorry if there were some areas that weren't up to the usual high standards that you would expect from properties that we market. We take all guest feedback very seriously and contacted the housekeepers immediately upon receiving your comments, to pass on your feedback and to ask that they check on the condition of the sofa and on the availability of kitchen equipment. We will also check on this, the extractor hood and blinds on the next inspection, and pass on all suggestions to the owners of the property, for their consideration. A lot can happen in a short space of time in properties, so we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Tanya, Customer Services.
Nice property well equipped, location at the top of the hill so you need to be fit but nice view of the beach. The two parking spaces were a bonus, easily took two medium size cars.
Mr Croker Jun 2018
Must be one of the best locations in st ives
Mr Redfearn May 2018
Very comfortable house and excellent location. Quite a tight squeeze for 2 saloon type parked cars, but we managed as no low wall at r/hand side which was a great help when manoeuvring.
Mr Crossley Apr 2018
This excellent cottage is well placed for the town and beaches, and has the bonus of parking for 2 cars.
Mr Heard Jan 2018
Lovely place to stay. So central to the beach and the shops. Absolute bonus having two parking spaces. We have already booked for next year!
Mrs Singleton Nov 2017
We have just returned from A lovely visit to St Ives staying at Treporth . It is a very spacious family home with the benefit of parking and outside space . It is very close to the town and beaches but quieter in evenings . We would recommend this property .
Mr & Mrs Millea Aug 2017
Lovely big cottage for our party of 6 people. Great to have a shower and toilet on all floors.
Mrs Oliver Nov 2016
Perfect location and large house that was bigger inside than we expected from the photos. Very lucky to have two parking spaces. Everyday the car park was full with people driving round for hours at a time waiting for a space to free up - most properties don't come with spaces. House is well equipped including ironing board, Hoover, wifi and selection of DVDs.
Mrs Childs Jul 2016
Excellent family accomodation.
Mr Fieldhouse Jul 2015
The views from the cottage are wonderful especially upstairs and in the attic bedroom.
