Rough Seas Loft is a brilliant holiday location for either couples or families. As the Loft is on the top floor, it commands incredible views, looking out into the ocean and over to Clodgy and Man's Head. You'll be able to check the surf from your living room and watch the dramatic seas, at any time of year. You'll also have front row seats to some of the most perfect sunsets you will ever see. Porthmeor beach is just a 5 minute walk away and another great perk of Rough Seas Loft is the private parking space, right outside the front door, so you can come and go as you please.
If you are looking for a romantic stay then the zip and link bed in the bedroom can be made into a king size. For families, this can be split into twin beds.
access from the parking space to the rear of the building, 29 steps via a spiral stair case leading to the front door. Access to hallway with:
zip and link beds - will be made as two single beds, unless a super king is requested at the time of booking, storage underneath bed and wardrobe just outside bedroom.

28 external steps up a spiral staircase to the front door, electric heaters. WiFi, short breaks available.
This is a great apartment with fantastic views and parking outside which is a real bonus in St Ives. This is particularly apparent when watching people try to find a parking space in the car park opposite! Good location as long as you don't mind the steep walk back - good exercise though. Great to watch the surfers on Porthmeor Beach from the lounge windows. There is a small deli just up the road which is really handy if you don't want to go down to the town centre. Just watch the closing times as it seems to close quite early in the afternoon. Overall a great place to stay.

A lovey, airy loft with great views. Fantastic open space, with lots of natural light, perfect for 2 guests, or a family of 4. The apartment was exactly as described, with all furnishing that you would need for a comfy and enjoyable stay (and a very sought after private parking space) Fresh tea, coffee, sugar and milk left for arrival, which is enough to last the week, and perfect to find after a long drive.

Thanks for your comments. The spiral staircase up to the property may certainly be something to consider, but we are glad that you also thought that it was worth it for those lovely views. Tanya, Customer Services.
