Great location, stunning views but quite a small living area for 6 people.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your comments; the owners of Porthmeor Loft have certainly put a lot of time and thought into making this a beautiful home for people to enjoy so we are glad that you liked it. We always try to be as open and honest as possible, so whilst it can accommodate 6, with 2 king-size double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, the living area is on the smaller side. We try to give an accurate representation of the size and layout of all properties within the photos and descriptions, so hope that we have achieved that in this case, but we will continue to monitor feedback. We hope that it suited all members of your party, and glad that you enjoyed the fantastic location and amazing views from this lovely property. Tanya, Customer Services

We would stay again as it’s a special place , you would need to be fit to walk back from town , but there is a bus which goes up the hill .

Oct 2019

Once again another great stay at a Aspect holiday home. Location was perfect for watch the waves and a short stroll down to the town and harbour, but remember the hike back can be steep. Would recommend this apartment if you are looking for something a bit special.

Oct 2019

Lovely property. Everything one would need for a brilliant holiday. A bonus to have two parking spaces too. Plenty of room for 5 adults . We 'll be booking again.

Sep 2019

Beautiful property with stunning views, well looked after and love the little extras

Jul 2019

St Ives is such a lovely place, with interesting shops, great food, beautiful beaches and good coastal walks. This is a lovely spacious house in an ideal location which overlooks Porthmeor Beach. The house is well designed with the master bedroom away from the other 2 on the top floor of the house and with lovely features including a drinks cooler, ensuite and great views to the sea and across St Ives. There are some very nice touches like electric blinds, sliding recess door (to separate top floor from living area) - the house has been really well thought about. The living space is comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher. The property also has a useful washer/dryer and most crucially, comes with parking (we managed to park an estate car at the front). The property would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as its at the top of a hill and the living space is on the 1st floor.
