Additionally, Island Dream has the luxury of gated, undercover parking for one car, allowing you the ease and flexibility to discover the surrounding area during your stay. Island Dream is well- equipped. It boasts newly installed wooden flooring, heaters and downlights to enhance the overall ambience whilst the kitchen includes a dishwasher. Fantastic flat in a great location. Easy access to all the beaches we have stayed in the same flat ever year for a very long time and hope to continue to do so.

We absolutely love this property. The new decor is fresh and very inviting.

The utilities provided are fantastic and the location is perfect.

We felt very safe at this property as the gates are locked after a certain time in the evening.

Having a parking space was a bonus & the little touches of fresh milk in the fridge, coffee, tea bags, shortbread and marmalade was a great touch.

The courtyard is also beautiful and whoever the caretakers of this property are, do an outstanding job.

We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lovely place, very relaxing! Be aware that the washing machines & dryers only take £1 & 20ps! Large washing machine is £5, small washing machine is £4 and dryer is 20p for 3 mins. We did a small load and found that about 30-40 mins in the dryer was enough.

Island Dream apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean. It looks as if it has been recently newly furnished and the bathroom is particularly splendid. The only downside is due to the side it is on in the complex as a lot of noise from people or vehicles passing can be heard.

Being a popular location may mean that you can hear some of the hustle and bustle of the local area, especially during peak periods, but we hope you agree that it all adds to the atmosphere! This property is very well located to beaches and town and restaurants the area is very quiet .

Great time spent at Nicholas Court. 2nd visit to this flat and we were pleasantly surprised to find a new kitchen installed.

Lovely and clean and all you need can be found in the flat.

Location can not be faulted

Nice apartment. Great location. There is both a wavey beach and a calm one a couple of minutes walk away. I got my ford cmax in the parking space.

Very clean, and some very thoughtful owners leaving a christmas hamper, tea coffee and mile was provided which was a really nice touch after a long trip. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Location is great, close to town. Great to have parking included. Comfortable furnishings and Beds. Would highly recommended.

Without doubt a lovely apartment and reasonable parking access, i would come again but out of term holidays. I think the booking fee is very expensive £40 for less than an hours work in the office per booking. A big problem is not being able to get into your let until 4pm and needing to vacate at 10am, which in effect is losing two days of your holiday. We would come again, not at this apartment but a different let outside of term times.

We are sorry to hear that you had felt the booking fee to be a lot. We try to keep it to a minimum and competitive with other agencies, but with there being a considerable amount more going on behind the scenes, beside the work involved at the point of booking, it is the lowest that we can keep it. The check in and check out times are there to allow for not only the cleaning of the properties, but to also allow for ad-hoc property checks and the opportunity to have any quick maintenance jobs carried out to try and ensure as best as possible that the properties are kept to a good standard throughout the season, when there are few breaks in between bookings. We fully understand that guests want to get in as soon as possible so that they can get settled and start their holiday off, so if we ever hear from owner's housekeepers that properties are ready early and there are no trades attending, we will always contact guests to inform them of the possibility of early entry. We are sorry if these times were disappointing; we try to make them as clear as possible at time of booking so that it can be considered before anything is confirmed. Customer Services

Very close to the beach! Excellent value for money! Clean, cosy and warm!!! Fully equipped, even a loundry on site....clearly recommended!!!!

Great flat in a good location within easy walking distance of two beaches and the harbour. Flat was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for four people. Garaged parking is handy, spaces are tight but we easily parked our VW Passat.

It is probably ready for a little update in some area's of the property but that said we have already booked it again for 2023.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO ST IVES FOR ABOUT 60YRS, STAYING IN VARIOUS HOUSES ETC ST NICHOLAS IS GOOD FOR LOCATION, THE WHOLE LOT IS WELL LOOKED AFTER NO 21 LIGHT AND BRIGHT, COMFORTABLE, ASPECTS VERY GOOD TO

A quiet location ,ease of access in a locked gates at night .

Location of St Nicholas Court was great & central to most things within the town. Safe underground car park was very worthwhile even though the spaces are quite tight but we managed to get our 4x4 in, just !! The interior of No21 felt very dated & worn especially the bedroom furniture, also the shower was very weak. The apartment was cleaned to a great standard & Aspects as a company we would book with if we came down again but we would not stay at No 21 in the future.

Fantastic property in a phenomenal location about 30 seconds from porthmeor beach.

We've stayed at this property a couple of times and it does not disappoint.

We have been staying at No 21 for a few years and have found the apartment to be clean and tidy, and in an idea location for our requirements. Aspects appear to get the job done no matter how small an issue may be with this apartment.

Had a wonderful stay at 21 St Nicholas Court. More than ever having a parking space was precious as it was great to escape the busiest times in town and go out walking in the countryside etc. The beach side location is great as you can come and go as you please and clean up quickly - we enjoyed many evenings on the beach surfing until sunset and beyond, then back for hot chocolate! Property was clean and well appointed and fairly spacious. Kitchen is well equipped but oven was a bit on the slow side to cook things the way we like them. I really recommend this property overall - an amazing location and everything you need for a fun time!

We chose this place as we wanted to be close to the beach. I actually hadn’t realised how close we were. The location was perfect!! The home could do with updating to make it a lot more modern, but regardless of this we absolutely loved staying here. The neighbours that are residents in the court were so lovely and welcoming. We would 100% stay here again and am now finding it hard to re-book as it’s so popular. I can see why it is. The court was very well maintained and always kept clean. We felt very safe as the gates locked at a certain time which meant not just anyone can walk in and out. Having a parking spot was also a huge bonus. An all round excellent stay for us.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Lovely short walk into the town. Refreshments were a lovely touch too.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, the wifi is very good, and after all the years we have returned to this apartment it has always been like a home from home, and is in a great location for all the attractions on offer at St Ives. The corner shop is a god send.

Our first stay at 21 st Nicholas court and first time with aspects holidays. Apartment was spotless felt at home as soon as we entered the door. Brilliant company to book with so helpful right down to the welcome pack that was given to us. Never had that before .so thoughtful and will be booking with the company again

Location Location Location! We've walked past this building many times and finally stayed there. An excellent size for our week in the sun. Contained everything including windbreaks. Showers to remove sand outside flat. For younger families there is no washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment but did not affect us and having an Aspects office on site we reassuring also.

A clean and comfortable let for a week, and nice parking below. Its location is perfect for the local beaches and town centre.

We have nearly always used Aspects when we come to St Ives which is most years over the last 25, the service has always been very good as have the places we have stayed in.

Just returned from a fabulous weeks stay at 21 St Nicks Court. Couldn't have asked for more at the property and the location is perfect. Been staying at St Nicolas Court for 30 years now and I still get that same, excited feeling when I walk into the courtyard. Now my own children get it too. Such a quick, flat, walk to the town and the beaches. Thank you for having us

Fabulous setting for the beaches - great apartment with everything you could need for a family holiday - even WiFi! Parking space aswell - perfect

This is our second stay in 21 st Nicholas court and will stay in this property again if not already booked

We have been to this house for the last 12 years and twice a year for the last 6 years I think that says something how we feel about your company and the house no 21.

We have been coming back to the same apartment for nearly 10 years, and is like home from home. The beach is seconds away, and the corner shop is a god send as it stocks all you would need. Now that WiFi is being installed it has everything you need is a managed apartment block with safe parking. Would recommend the apartments at St Nicholas Court to anyone, as long it is not the apartment we stay in.

Although work is required it still had a pleasant feel
