The accommodation is all on one level and offers the flexibility to suit families and couples alike. Blue Horizon is accessed via a short flight of steps and a paved fore garden.

Lovely spacious and comfortable property. The view is superb! Perfect place for kids as it’s all on one level (although no bath if this is something you need). The property is cosy and so close to the beach which is ideal. (Although be prepared for a steep hill - good bit of daily exercise). We will be back. :)

We are sorry to hear that a neighbour's van had been parked outside of the property. While Blue Horizon comes with one parking space across the road, other properties in the area also have allocated spaces - this shouldn't be impacting any sea views so you can still enjoy those spectacular sights. A very comfortable, well equipped and dog friendly apartment in a fabulous location. The property is within a few minutes walk of Porthmeor beach and the centre of St Ives, albeit via a very steep hill. We had a lovely week!

You do have a bit of an uphill walk to get back to the property at the end of the day after exploring; but we hope that you agree that it was totally worth it for those amazing views, parking right outside and some outside space too! We all had a lovely stay at Blue Horizon. Large apartment for 4 adults, 1 child, baby and 2 dogs. There is everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Great welcome basket, milk and clotted cream. Lovely view of Porthmeor beach.

A nice place to stay with excellent views however the neighbors at No5 don’t like holiday makers and cause access obstructions.

We loved our stay in Blue Horizon. The view from the living room window is superb! Lovely cosy yet spacious accommodation even for four adults and two dogs. A quick 10 minute walk into the heart of town however, be mindful of the uphill trek on the way back. Very easy short-cut access to walks on Clodgy from the house....a true bonus if walking is your thing!

We booked this holiday as a special treat as it sat right between my husbands and my 50th birthdays! We chose a lovely property with a sea view - the information on the website was spot on except the sea view was even more amazing when we actually got there! We found the payment plans so helpful and achievable and chatting to the staff each time we called to make a payment helped build a lovely sense of excitement. The property itself was spotless and the bedding and towels were wonderful quality and standard. Aspects definitely go above and beyond in terms of their customer service - special goody bags, loads of extras and always available on the phone or email if needed. Highly recommend (my mother is going to book asap purely on our recommendations!)

Blue Horizon was a great sized flat in a perfect location for the restaurants and pubs of St Ives - as long as you are able to walk home up a hill. The kitchen was really well equipped and the parking space was really useful.

Beautiful views over the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. I would come back.

Potentially this property could be great but it was disappointing. The location, if you don’t mind walking up a steep hill, is fantastic. The view is restricted by the large transporter van parked outside the neighbouring property but if you stand up at the window you can see the beach. Netflix and Sky tv were great. We’ve contacted Aspects with a list of the disappointing aspects of the property and hopefully the owners can make a difference.

We really enjoyed our week at Blue Horizon. Lovely living space, well equipped kitchen and skytv an amazing bonus! Gorgeous view and perfect location for town and the beach. (Easy to get down to kidzrus for their fantastic summer show too!)

An excellent, spacious, well equipped property with stunning views of Porthmeor beach which are a pleasure to wake up to! Well situated too with being only a few minutes walk to the harbour and town centre. Our second visit and we'll be sure to return.

Third time's a charm! Just returned from another fine week here. Will never tire of the fabulous sea views to the front of the property. We will be back again sometime!

Stunning views and perfect location. We absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The shower and sink in the double room are a little bit strange but you get used to it and do not have to disturb anyone else whilst using the facilities. We are hoping to go back sometime.

Good location but accessed via a very steep hill. The property was not as clean as we expected, there was lots of dog fur over the house. Overall we were not blown away by this property.

Great apartment, very comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need. Parking is a real bonus in St Ives. Be aware that it’s only a short but very steep walk up and down to get to town but definitely worth it for the wonderful view!

Blue Horizon is a lovely apartment that sleeps five. If you wish to cook, everything you need is catered for in the kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach and sea. You can watch the fishing boats going out first thing and surfers enjoying the waves. Lovely and quiet position. It’s everything that makes a good holiday for us.

This is our fourth visit to Blue Horizon booked through Aspect Holidays, the apartment is spacious & very comfortable and dog friendly. The views are exceptional & it’s well placed for the town & beach. We’ve been visiting St Ives for 30+ and have already booked booked again for next year.

Our second time staying at Blue Horizon. The location is perfect. Stunning sea views from the front of the apartment. Close to the town centre, but in a quieter spot. Spacious inside. Parking space opposite is a big bonus! Be prepared for a hilly walk to and from the beach and town, but don’t let that put you off choosing to stay here. We are planning on returning next year!

We have just had a week at 12 Ocean View Terrace in St Ives, it excelled our expectations and have rebooked for 2022. It was like home from home with everything you need and it was very clean and comfortable.

Blue horizon is lovely. Comfy beds especially. Spotlessly clean would definitely stay again . The view is spectacular . We had 2 weeks there . Quite emotional when we had to leave. Would recommend to anyone

The property has everything you need and a beautiful view. On rainy days it was lovely relaxing just looking out to the beach and sea. The hill is a slight effort, but I think had we not had a toddler we would barely have noticed it. The parking space is perfect, it is easy to get into and is right outside the property which is not always the case with places in St Ives. The fact the property is one floor is also very useful for children. The facilities in the property are ideal, a home away from home.

Would stay here again and recommend to others

When we arrive at Carbis Bay we say “we’re nearly home”. Blue Horizon makes our holiday. Clean comfy beds. Nice big shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful views. Because we have pets we are limited where we can eat Xmas day so a small freezer would be the icing on the cake. Apart from that........ it’s perfect that’s why we come back year after year.

Blue Horizon may be atop of a steep hill, but the view more than makes up for a few minutes of puffing and panting! The large window perfectly frames Porthmeor beach in all its glory. We were swept down to St Ives by Storm Dennis. It was wild and windy weather during our stay, but the apartment was warm and cosy and very homely.

Spent Christmas at Blue Horizon - beautiful apartment and views are outstanding. The property is well equipped and really comfortable. Having parking right outside is a bonus. We had a fabulous time, only disappoint is that someone beat me to booking it for next Christmas !!!!

One of our favourite places to stay in St Ives. Light, airy and comfortable. Views to die for. Close to the beach and town. Flat has all you would need to do a self catering holiday. Looking forward to our next years two visits to this property.

Good spaced rooms, the fact one is a triple room is very welcome.

Great accommodation, very spacious, new carpets have been put down so it feels fresh and clean. Fantastic location with views. ( we really didn't want to leave them behind) Parking space available for the property and dogs are welcome. Home from home with anything you would need so overall we would recommend Blue Horizon, just be prepared for the holiday blues when you have to pack up and leave! Lovely touch of a mini hamper to get you started on arrival. Thank you for a lovely holiday ??

This is the 3rd consecutive holiday in this apartment and you couldn't ask for more, as all is included with a brilliant view of Porthmeor beach.

Overall a lovely property. Good views, great parking space just outside and little passing traffic. Close to beach and not too far from town. Fab big sofa. As many bathrooms as bedrooms which is very nice. Would benefit from a proper freezer and mattress toppers and maybe a gate on the front approach.

Excellent views and well equipped apartment would highly recommend

A brilliant location with spellbinding views, not too far to walk to the beach and there are many variations for getting in to town. The parking space at the property is a must in St Ives and luckily the property does not have too much passing traffic.

This property has stunning views of Porthmeor beach and excellent facilities with ample space for all the family.

Excellent, comfortable property, well equipped, good location, superb views, quick walk into st.ives, to be mindful of the steep pavement going down and coming back.

It was a lovely place to stay, very handy for porthmeor beach and st Ives generally. The hamper on arrival was an excellent extra we didn't expect but thoroughly enjoyed.

We can highly recommend this property.Breathtaking sea views,lovely decor and spotlessly clean.The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, including dog bowl if you forget to bring one! Bit of a climb up the hill from the beach,but if you investigate you can find an easier route via a few short cuts and there is a "Tardis"grocery store just up the road which stocks everything you could wish for!

Great decor, kitchen has covered everything. Fab!
