Situated in an enviable position overlooking Porthmeor beach, in the popular complex of St Nicholas Court, No.5 has everything you could possibly need for the perfect beachside stay. With large windows capturing the stunning view from the sitting room, you can watch the breath-taking sunsets over Porthmeor, all from the comfort of the sofa or balcony. Located on the ground floor of the complex, the apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, and sea views from the seaward facing bedrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen with large dining table and leading off the kitchen you will find a spacious sitting room to kick back and relax with loved ones after a busy day. If you would like breakfast alfresco style whilst listening to waves rolling in, then the large balcony overlooking the beach is the perfect spot to dine, or just sit with a coffee planning the day ahead.
The apartment has a secure parking space in the gated garage, so you don't have the stresses of trying to park if you choose to venture out of St Ives for the day and visit the surrounding areas of beautiful West Cornwall, such as Godrevy Lighthouse or Penzance. Whether a couple or family of six, the apartment provides an excellent central location, being only steps away from Porthmeor beach with its golden sands and surf school, or a few minutes in the other direction and you will reach Porthgwidden beach. Both the harbour front and shops of fore street are under a five-minute stroll away, where you can puruse the galleries, shops and cafes. The Tate Museum is just a stone's throw from the apartment perfect to visit when you don't fancy a beach day, or should you wish to take in the Cornish coastline on foot, pick up one of the coastal paths to either Zennor, or Carbis Bay. Whatever you choose to do during your St Ives stay, 5 St Nicholas Court will provide everything you need for a truly relaxing breakaway.

The Tate is a must; something everyone should visit at least once, or simply relax and enjoy the view from one of our many self-catering beach-front apartments. Most of the town and all it has to offer is a level walk from Porthmeor, making it many of our guests' first choice of location. Many Porthmeor properties offer parking and most have superb beach views and balconies.

Feast Day offers visitors the chance to witness, and even join in with, a centuries-old tradition. The Mayor 'Hurls the Silver Ball' into the crowd on the beach below. The one who returns the ball to the Guildhall steps by midday receives a silver coin.
