This is a beautiful property, very tastefully decorated, and furnished. So close to the beach Nice balcony that catches the sun ?? Parking space ???? Everything is just perfect…. Even has a selection of body boards and wetsuits! I assume the owner has left them for others to use as well ???? Cannot recommend this property more…. We have stayed here for five times now over the years, and the standard is always high. Oh…. Nice touch… this time… there was fresh milk in the fridge, and tea, coffee, sugar and salt and pepper in a sealed tub ???? PLUS a loo roll in each bathroom… ??

Very nice , convenient apartment in an ideal location with the added bonus of two bathrooms

This apartment was lovely and modern and it was especially nice to have an en suite bathroom (which the children moved into immediately ??). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who 1.wants to be near to Porthmeor beach, 2.who likes their luxuries and 3.who likes to feel safe within a gated community.

The place was lovely (if you don’t mind steps) that is the trouble, you just can’t book it again

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are glad that you enjoyed 44 St Nicholas Court. We are sorry that the summer holiday weeks for next year are booked up/reserved already. It is a very popular property, so one that customers need to get booked up quickly to avoid disappointment. We would be happy to put a note on your details for 2025, or look into other available weeks in 2024, and will try to call to discuss this with you if you wish. Tanya, Customer Services

The apartment is very close to family friendly beaches and a short walk to the vibrant hustle and bustle of the harbour and Fore Street with it’s many shops and amenities. The apartment is very well kitted out with just about everything a holiday maker would need.

Great to have a parking space, but the car parking spaces are extremely narrow and tight for todays cars - designed for the much smaller cars of the 60's and 70's - and very difficult to get in or out of if your 'next door neighbour' has an SUV!

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are sorry if the parking space was not what you had expected. We try to make it as clear as possible on the description what the size of the space is, including measurements of the space and additional advice around it. It is not ideal if someone has turned up in an SUV given as these spaces aren't really designed for that, however, we advise that you consider space to open your doors enough within the measurements that we state in case someone in the next space is right up to the lines with their vehicle. If anyone interested in booking this property requires further information about this, please do not hesitate to contact the team here. We often have photos of the spaces which can help in deciding on its suitability. We do hope that you still had a great time here and enjoyed everything that St Ives has to offer. Fantastic accommodation with everything you could need from a holiday apartment. Location is fabulous for beaches and restaurants

Forth time staying at 44 St Nicholas Court and as always it never disappoints. Home from home, perfect location with parking.

Hello Aspects, this apartment has to be our favourite in St Ives, as we’ve stayed they a number of times. The overall location is great, close to the majestic Island with it’s beautiful coastal walk, a selection of glorious sandy beaches, and within 10 minutes you are in the friendly hustle and bustle of the town and harbour. The living / lounge area is big and bright, comfortable furnished, with plenty of room for a family gathering. The bedrooms are peaceful and comfortable.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room in an excellent location

Another lovely stay at this apartment. Great location, lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. Added bonus of parking. Hopefully will return in the future.

Aspects holidays are always friendly and helpful and l would highly recommend them for a stay in Cornwall.

July 2021, we loved the apartment, very spacious and well equipped. It really did feel like a home from home. The location was great, close to the beaches and the town centre but far enough away to be able to unwind away from the noise and people when we wanted to. We would definitely like to stay here again

St Ives will never disappoint and this property is the perfect home from home for you to enjoy your holiday from.

Lovely location, lovely flat, well equipped, even bucket and spade

It was a great holiday let access to the beach was brilliant everything we needed was there and my girls really enjoyed themselves

We were lucky with the weather. Cold wind at times. Nice sitting on the balcony in the sun out of the wind.

Had a week at this property end of August, fantastic location perfect for beaches and town centre. Very spacious plenty room for 6 with more than plenty crockery etc in the kitchen. Immaculate and clean, overall would definitely book again and would say one of the best I have stayed in in St Ives. We will be back.

We have used Aspects for the last 5/6 years and each time have found Aspect staff friendly and very helpful!

We have stayed at 44 St Nicholas before as it is so close to all amenities. So if your looking for somewhere central to town without the hustle and bustle then St Nic's is the place. So close to both Porthwiggen and Porthmour beaches.

This fully equipped and well appointed apartment is in a wonderful location, very close to superb beaches and all of St Ives glorious facilities. Whatever the weather, you will want for nothing if this is your base for a prefect family holiday.

An ideal apartment with a young family. Comfortable and well equipped and right next to the Porthmeor beach. The large tiled lobby, with utility room off, is great for storing all the beach stuff and gear a young family brings. Having a parking space is a real bonus too.

44 St Nicholas Court is the perfect place to stay for ease of access to both town and beaches. The apartment is very well equipped, and is a lovely haven to return to after a day in St Ives or the surrounding area.We liked that it is within easy walking distance of Tate St Ives and the Porthmeor beach where enjoyment of the cultural life of the town and the fantastic panorama of sea and sky could be enjoyed at one and the same time.

A perfect place for a family, very well appointed, light and airy with lots of space. Modern and pleasantly presented, and has a calming vibe. The accommodation was spotless, and has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer which is also a great addition for a family.

The bathroom facilities are excellent, fitted to a high quality standard and also has one of the deepest baths ever - couldn’t wait to try it, even if I wondered if I could get back out of it!

Would recommend the property to anyone with good mobility.

Another great week in St Nicholas Court, looking forward to coming back next year!

Second time staying in this property and was just as good as the first time. Lovely apartment, great location. Will definitely book again. Home from home.

Lovely accommodation near to beach and great eating places. Bathrooms equipped with quality equipment. Can recommend.

Bright spacious modern interior which was comfortably furnished. Very easy acces to beautiful beaches. Quiet location.

Another fab holiday in St Ives, can’t wait to come back!

Excellent apartment, excellent location will definitely be booking this apartment in the future. Everything you need for the perfect holiday in St Ives.

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location for the beach which is on the doorstep and to the harbour front. A great size and modern apartment with everything you could possibly require for a holiday

The cottage is well equipped, fresh and modern, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms.... Close to the beaches, town and beautiful views....
