Had a week at this property end of August, fantastic location perfect for beaches and town centre. Very spacious plenty room for 6 with more than plenty crockery etc in the kitchen. Immaculate and clean, overall would definitely book again and would say one of the best I have stayed in in St Ives. We will be back.

We have used Aspects for the last 5/6 years and each time have found Aspect staff friendly and very helpful!
We have stayed at 44 St Nicholas before as it is so close to all amenities. So if your looking for somewhere central to town without the hustle and bustle then St Nic's is the place. So close to both Porthwiggen and Porthmour beaches.

An ideal apartment with a young family. Comfortable and well equipped and right next to the Porthmeor beach. The large tiled lobby, with utility room off, is great for storing all the beach stuff and gear a young family brings. Having a parking space is a real bonus too.

44 St Nicholas Court is the perfect place to stay for ease of access to both town and beaches. The apartment is very well equipped, and is a lovely haven to return to after a day in St Ives or the surrounding area.We liked that it is within easy walking distance of Tate St Ives and the Porthmeor beach where enjoyment of the cultural life of the town and the fantastic panorama of sea and sky could be enjoyed at one and the same time.
Mrs Barlow May 2019
A perfect place for a family, very well appointed, light and airy with lots of space. Modern and pleasantly presented, and has a calming vibe. The accommodation was spotless, and has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer which is also a great addition for a family.
The bathroom facilities are excellent, fitted to a high quality standard and also has one of the deepest baths ever - couldn’t wait to try it, even if I wondered if I could get back out of it!
Would recommend the property to anyone with good mobility.
