It is a very nicely presented second floor apartment with superb sea views, offering well-equipped and comfortable accommodation all on one level. 38 St Nicholas Court is suitable for families or couples any time of the year. The complex is handily placed for the shops, galleries and restaurants in the vibrant town centre and just around the corner to St Ives harbour.

seating for eight, sofa bed, TV, door to patio balcony with outside furniture, views of The Island, Porthmeor beach and Godrevy Lighthouse from the patio and the sitting room.
electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dining table and eight chairs.
king size double bed, TV, views to The Island, en suite bath with electric shower over, WC and basin.
twin beds, sea views across the balcony.
bunk beds, window to courtyard.
bath with shower over, WC, basin.
electric heaters in all rooms, use of laundry facilities within complex, travel cot and high chair provided. Undercover parking for one car, parking space measures 9ft wide x 16ft in length. WiFi, short breaks available.
38 St Nicholas Court is a great holiday base. Significantly bigger than other properties that we've stayed at in the town and having a car park space was a bonus. Location was perfect. Ideal for the beaches, harbor, shopping and restaurants. Towels and bed linen all very clean as was the accommodation itself. Plentiful supply of all crockery, glasses and kitchen kit and equipment. My only request would be a second set of keys available as the gates close at 10pm and we often didn't return at the same time as the rest of our family party. Would definitely recommend however.

Excellent location with short walk to town and any of the beaches giving a good choice depending on wind direction. Parking space is VERY useful given the lack of street parking in St Ives. Large appartment and surprisingly warm for such a large space.

A morning precesison led by the Mayor to bless the Well of St Eia. Following this, the Mayor will 'Hurls the Silver Ball' into a crowd of children who assemble on the beach below. The one who returns the ball to the Guildhall steps by midday receives a silver coin. In the afternoon the Mayor then throw pennies from the balcony of the Guildhall for children to collect.

The flat is in an excellent location and the parking space is very useful. However the property is in need of updating.

Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry to hear that you feel the property needs updating. We try to offer a very wide range of properties that will suit the different styles, tastes and budgets of individuals. Some properties will be more dated in style than others, but we will always try to show this as best as possible within the photos. With inspections taking place each year, we ensure that owners are keeping the properties well maintained and we will always pass on guest's suggestions regarding any upgrades, to the property owners, for their consideration, so thank you for your helpful comments. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the location of the property and made the most of the parking space, which can be hard to come by in St Ives! We hope that we will see you again soon. Lucy, Customer Services
Lovely property in a great location. Quality of the furnishings not great, and beds uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. Fantastic views from the windows and convenient for the town and handy to have a care park.

It's difficult to beat the St Nicholas Court properties for location; they are extremely popular as a result. We are glad that you enjoyed it, though sorry that the comfort and quality of some furnishings let it down a bit for you. It can be very difficult to find things like mattresses, pillows and sofas that to suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. For now, we will closely monitor comments on these areas in case there is any further feedback that we can pass on to the property owner. Thanks for letting us know. Lucy, Customer Services

Good spacious family flat, great views and carparking.
Mr Asquith Sep 2019
Our third year in this apartment and it did not let us down. It has rather spoilt us for staying anywhere else as we love it. Our Grandchildren loved the fact that they could sleep in bunk beds and that there was plenty of room for them to run around if the weather was inclement. we love the views and the ease of being able to walk everywhere, beaches included. It provides a home from home environment which is great when you have small children with you as it ctares for them i.e. high chair, cot bed even buckets and spades! Hopefully we will be back again next year.
Mrs Elliott Jul 2019
A very pleasant outlook of the beach ?? and the Island with the Kestrel hovering 200 metres away.
Mrs Rodwell Sep 2018
We have stayed at 38 St Nicholas Court on numerous occasions and always found it well equipped and perfect for mixed family groups. The location is perfect - overlooking Portmeor Beach with easy access to the beach. The area is very quiet and ideal for families. We will no doubt be back.
Ms Hounslea Oct 2017
So pleased, we are coming back next year!
Mrs Elliott Jul 2017
Everything was superb - the location, the size and quality of the apartment, everything was perfect. I last stayed at St Nicholas Court about 24 years ago and have stayed in other properties in St Ives almost every year since and had forgotten just how fantastic St Nicholas accommodation is.
Mr Pruett Jul 2017
fab! so well equipped in every way. You will want for nothing.
Ms Dobson Oct 2016
A comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment in a great location with the benefit of a reserved parking space and good wifi. The location was ideal for easy access to great beaches and the town with all it's facilities. Excellent value for a family looking to park the car and enjoy the perfect seaside holiday.
Mr Nencini Sep 2016
Great for families, loads of space! Perfect location by the beach and handy for town!
Mr Westgarth Sep 2016
Our second year in this flat... Our 20th in St Nicholas court. Not booked this flat next year, but only due to limited mobility of one of our family. Beautiful, spacious flat with stunning views
